Normally ABE is top quality and very professional, but i was quoted my glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. Nope at 7, nope at 10, nope at 14, today was 17 and still no, and told maybe this week. The doctor was great and the people were nice, but They need to get their ducks in a row.

Great experience! We went in with my grandma to help her pick out new glasses and Miss Maddy was super helpful. She walked around and found glasses for my grandma to try on and she has a great taste. My grandma found a pair she loved!

We have purchased all our eyewear at the Belleville Crossing location and have been very satisfied. Let me start by saying that everyone there is polite . I do feel that there was a lack of listening on the doctors part and lack of communication when it came time to order my contacts.I was not told that I had to wait to get a Trial Pair of contacts, then once I tried them for a day, I had to schedule another appointment to see the doctor before they would order my regular contacts.If you ask me, this is just another way of scamming the insurance for another office visit. Had they told me the process up front, I would have been expecting it, but I just get a text saying that my contacts are in and when I drive all the way out to get them, they lay this on me. Very disappointed. Will be contacting my insurance tomorrow.

Everyone at the Belleville store is awesome. They were very friendly the minute I walked in til I left. Dr. Shah was great. I’d been wanting contacts again. I’ve always struggled with getting the right prescription, but he managed to find the right combination on the first try. Maddie helped me find a great pair of glasses and brought in the troops to help me decide. She was very helpful and fun. She made the whole process easy right down to figuring the best price. Ive been going to All About Eyes well over 15 years. Ive always been impressed with the quality of their work, the selection of frames, access to the optometrists and, of course, the prices. I had a great service call recently with one of the folks at the desk. She was very thorough in covering all the needs I had to get a lense repair done (after 2 years of use, one of the lenses got a scratch directly in the line of site). I cant recommend any optometry location or store more than All About Eyes!

I had a wonderful experience this past week at All About Eyes. I went in for an eye exam and wanted to purchase new glasses. Dr. Shah was very through and quick with the eye exam. Then, Kristen spent time with me (very patiently) as I tried on about 50 different pairs of glasses. I just couldnt decide because of the large selection. I have been going to All About Eyes for 3 years now and have brought my entire family, because of the good service. We are a family without eye insurance and they always seem to work with us. This year I took advantage of the 2 pair of glasses offer. I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and have never experienced “fish bowl” vision from any glasses. My exam was in December, I purchased glasses and contacts in February, and returned the glasses to have them adjusted. I received the updated pair in March, to still experience the “fish bowl” vision. Kristen assured me to take them home and try them for a bit and see if my eyes would adjust. I have NOT adjusted. I called this week only to be told I would have to go through another exam at full price and pay for any changes in my prescription. My prescription is good for one year.....why would they not honor this and check my vision again and cover any changes if changes need to be made? I will now be finding a new Optomotrist.

Outstanding service and eyeglasses. The eye check up ended with a couple very good recommendations for the type lenses that would suit my work and home viewing use: tablet, monitor, TV, phone. When selecting my two for one pairs of eye glasses I was shown which racks of frames were available and allowed to browse until I narrowed down my selections. Tons of glasses, affordable, great staff, great exam.The first impression of the store when you walk in is nice. There are dozens of shelves with different types of glasses. We were quickly greeted at the door, the staff is very friendly. Dr. Aashay Shah was friendly and helpful, answered lots of questions and did a thorough job with the exam.After the exam, my wife and I picked out glasses with the help of an employee named Mara. She was super helpful for the whole process. Not pushy or needy, very chill and happy to help. They have a ton of glasses there. I liked that not every option was designer. They have a mix of regular glasses and more pricey designer glasses. I got a pair of each for less than I thought it would cost. Overall, a great experience.
