The best experience I had buying a car from a dealer! I have bought many cars before and usually I would walk away feeling exhausted and unhappy dealing with other dealers. At AutoNation I felt relaxed and well taken care off. They went beyond the regular paperwork and showing us the car. We bought a used 2017 Ford Explorer Limited and we love it! The communication was great! There was a small dent that AutoNation fixed. They also removed an RV hook up that we didnt like. We are very pleased with the service and will buy our next car from AutoNation!
Be sure to check the date on the tires and battery, because less than 6 hours after pulling out of the lot, one of the 11 year old tires literally exploded, and after a month Im still waiting for reimbursement from the dealership for just one tire despite needing to buy an entire set.The battery was also nearly 8 years old and setting it up to a battery tester showed it had at most a week of life left.Good thing I tested it since I guess they didnt.Calling the dealership is like pulling teeth to get an answer out of anyone. And the sales rep who sold me the vehicle and said to contact him if I had an issues vanished as soon as I left the door.Im not leaving one star because the truck hasnt been engulfed in flames nor any other issues, but youd expect a dealership to at least properly maintain the cars themselves, since I had to spend $500+ on something the dealership should be responsible for.
The 5/5 is for the sales man, Alex for the sale transaction once bronco was delivered. He is very nice and informative, promptly answered calls and emails, and helped me take delivery of new Bronco at MSRP. Thanks Alex!I will state up to delivery there were some frustrations with communication. I unfortunately was unable to get email answered regarding status or vehicle. I attempted no less than 5 times, including calls and google messaging service they had. I received more emails to review them, then to get a hold of an agent. I write this so other than may be in the same boat know the experience. My situation may be unique as the salesman I originally working with at time of order does not work there anymore. That being said, if you aren’t able to get they anyone I do recommend Alex as he was able to get me straightened up after being the only one to answer and return my calls! At the end of the day I am happy with the sales exchange I received. Thanks Alex!
Worst dealership service I’ve ever experienced. I had asked for a transmission diagnosis and an oil change, which took them almost two weeks to complete. Each time I called to check in on my car (I must have called at least 4 times throughout the week) I was told that the person who “knows” about what’s going on with it will have to give me a call back. No problem, right? Until those calls never came, and I found myself calling them every day just to get any sort of information about what was going on. It took me 3 days to hear back from them. I shouldn’t have to leave increasingly frustrated voicemails before you return my phone call. Not to mention the grand that I dropped on a rental car waiting for these guys to get their act together.Fast forward two weeks- the diagnosis is complete and I’m told I need a new transmission. They offer to fix the car for a whopping $8,300 BEFORE labor costs. I decide to take it to a transmission shop, where I find out that it’s not a transmission issue but a dead battery, and Ford has neglected to do any service whatsoever on my car. In the report they note that my battery is “excellent”, whereas the transmission mechanic told me my battery failed all three tests. They even put the wrong lug nuts back on to the point where my new mechanic couldn’t even get them off. I’m so disappointed in the service that I received here that I sold my 2015 just so I’d never have to deal with that company again. The cars are built horribly and don’t last more than 10 years anyways. 0/10 would not recommend bringing your car here!!! You will be overcharged and underserved. Find a mom and pop shop who will take good care of your car and who has enough time to actually diagnose the correct issue before charging you an arm and a limb.
I brought my F350 in for a exhaust fluid system fault. My advisor Josh, kept my updated throughput the repair process. Upon completion, Josh advised me that a part had to be ordered to complete the repair. I appreciated him keeping me updated and the courteous way he answered my questions.
Attentive customer service team that communicates clearly, timely and with care for customer concerns (hats off to Paul and Nate). Effective service group completed repairs successfully and with surprising speed (given parts needed). Reasonable costs. Service team even applied a coupon about which I knew nothing until it was time to pay.
Steve took care of me and my car, answered any questions and got me in & out quickly. In the last 7 years Ive been taken my Explorer to 5-6 ford dealers all around,.but since i found AutoNation in Bellevue havent looked back. Will never go anywhere else. They do an excellent job, in a timely manner, and you feel you can trust them. Highly recommend!Steve thanks again,.see you next time
I had a recall on my car, needed spark plugs worked on, needed break fluid, differential, and transmission fluid, needed an oil change and a few other things (my car was shaking for an unknown reason) - quite a bit of service. They had my car back to me within 5 hours. Everyone at this location is kind, helpful, and honest. My car is running better than ever. Definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
Sales and service are the best. I know the majority of the staff personally and it’s hard to beat the experience at Autonation Ford Bellevue
My first time in after a recent purchase, and really had a nice experience. I worked with Mike, who was super friendly, let me ask a ton of questions, and explained what I should expect going forward. Great experience and will definitely go back for regular and continued service needs.
Outstanding sales and vehicle service. We’ve experienced nothing but the best since 2004!
I took my fathers truck here to get an oil change and they wanted over $100. Ford of Kirkland was literally half the price for the exact same oil, filter, and service. My other relatives have been taking their vehicles to get service at Ford of Bellevue and I was shocked to see the price tags. Thousands of dollars for small fixes that are $100 at most. Fortunately I talked them into going elsewhere for service. I dont know whats up with Ford of Bellevue, but make sure you shop around first before going here to make sure youre getting an honest price.
We had an exceptional purchase experience at Ford Auto Nation in Bellevue. Our rep Vlad, was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He provided detail information about the vehicle we were interested in and enabled us to compare with some of the others. This assisted in us finding the best vehicle that suited our needs. The finance manager was equally amazing. We highly recommend this sales location!
Paul was extremely helpful when I went in to talk about the lack of a tire mobility kit for my 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Apparently there was not one in the trunk but I had never noticed (fortunately I hadnt needed it!) until I had the tires rotated and oil changed and the service tech asked me about it. I went to AutoNation in Bellevue where we had purchased the car and asked about it. Paul sought one out for me free of charge. Now I can travel safely knowing that if I get a flat I can at least fix it well enough to get to the next highway exit. Thanks, Paul! Thats why we buy our cars from AutoNation.
Took my Ford Fiesta in here. Had a broken alternator belt that needed to be replaced ($600). Was also told that its about time for my 60,000 mile service which cost $1100. Spent over $1700 on general repairs and broken alternator. I ask When would be the next time I would have to get the vehicle checked up on? with the response of About another 10k to 15k miles. Car works great for about a month. One day I notice a check engine light with barely even driving the car (maybe a few hundred miles). I try to set an appointment for which they tell me the closest one is about a 1 1/2 weeks. Appointment set. I go in at 11:30 for my appointment time at around 11:40. Was told that I would have to wait till 3pm for the car to be checked in. What is the point of setting an appointment time then? I end up leaving a voicemail around 4pm asking what is up with the check engine light. Receive a call back around 5pm saying that a cap wasnt closing properly. The price to fix it and replace that part will be about $700 with the added vehicle diagnostics charge of somewhere around $170. End up getting there around 530pm and having to wait for the vehicle for another 30 minutes. You would think that after spending $1800 on a 60,000 mile check + a broken alternator belt replacement that they would check the whole vehicle. Ford has way to high pricing. I was also told another time that if I didnt spend $800 on tires right then and there that my tires would explode the next day. Vehicle drove fine for about another couple months.Very dissatisfied with the service here.
This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Our salesman Vlad was awesome. Not only was he nice and made us feel welcomed but was very professional. Also big thanks to his Sales Manager and Finance Manager that helped us. They worked with us throughout the whole process. We love our new 2021 Ford Explorer. Without a doubt, I would recommend AutoNation Ford Bellevue to Family and Friends. Thank you AutoNation!!
Im always able to get an appointment within a week and usually pretty quick to drop of and pick up my truck. Advisors do a good job explaining the work needed and keeping me updated.
It took a bit longer than expected because there was a delay in getting the parts, but they kept me up to date with what was happening at all times. They came across as serious and professional and I’d recommend this place
I took my truck into Ford of Bellevue for a 50,000 mile service and various other things. My service writer was Steve who was very informative in all aspects of what I was to expect. From start to finish the customer service I received was top notch. I was happy that Steve summoned Lyft to pick me up and bring me to Ford to pick up my ride. I am very happy knowing that my truck is safe to drive across the mountains due to all services including recalls had been addressed. Thanks,Steve.
Josh, my Service Advisor and the diesel mechanic did a great job and really took care of me! Thanks AutoNation!
I had Steve for my service advisor. He kept me informed with any issues with my truck and gave me solutions to fix all the problems while I was only dropping my truck off for Ford recalls. The mechanic took the time to inspect my truck and found issues on my truck that another Ford dealership didnt find a couple weeks ago. Steve is a outstanding service advisor and because of him taking care of my truck so well I will now only get my truck service at this dealership.
Took my Ford Fusion in to get a crack in the side mirrors to be fixed. After making the payment, one of the service guys told me to wait for his call after the part has arrived. No contact for a month. I tried calling several times to check the status but no one just picked the phone and no follow ups whatsoever after leaving messages. Finally got another appointment scheduled today. They had me wait in the building as the repair work would take less than a hour. It’s already been an hour and half. Never want to own Ford again if this is what they call their service.
Had a problem with slipping transmission and they fixed it in around 5 hours. They replaced a EGR sensor for free. The part cost $314.00.Van ran great for a week..then the same problem has returned so lm guessing whatever caused the valve/sensor to fail, in the first place wasnt checked or fixed.Ill keep you posted. But overall l love the Grand Caravan they sold me and Auto Nation has been great getting me in the same day and not making me wait for an appointment which the call center told me yesterday wouldnt be until Friday but l drove in and they got right on it.
Ford Bellevue tried to have me do and pay for maintenance I did not request and my car did not need (as per Ford maintenance plans). If I had not inquired on why they were recommending these and if I had not pushed back, I would have paid for items that did not need to be changed. I did not like that. That definitely erodes trust. I will not share the name of the advisor publicly but if Ford Bellevue cares (given they usually ignore feedback), they know.
This is my first experience with AutoNation and probably will be my next one too. Tim Stakkestad helped me to finalize the deal over emails and shipped the car from California to Washington before I paid a single penny. He was very passionate and energetic both over emails and in person, I had a great chat with him about books while waiting for all the paperwork to be prepared. He is very easy to work with and even found a secret rebate for me on the delivery day! That absolutely blow my mind and was the best news I heard since pandemic. The second best news was the previous day he emailed me that my car arrived.Brandon Anderson, the financial manager, was also very nice guy who guided me to sign all the paperwork. Previously my purchase experience elsewhere usually lead to some numeric errors or hidden charges in this step, not here. All numbers were the numbers we agreed on, no surprises or no hidden charges.Overall, this is the best purchase experience I ever had so far. None of the sales techniques that make you feel extremely uncomfortable exist here. I was treated as a human being and I can feel they truly care about my whole experience instead of maximizing profit.
Melodi has been extremely helpful and easy to talk with on the phone. NICE WORK!
Great Customer Service, efficient, fast service. I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thank you AutoNation Ford Bellevue!
Worked with Josh and Michael in the Service Dept. on a transmission warranty claim. They were great setting expectations & getting our family a rental car the next day. Communication after day 1 was ok. Wait times on hold on the phone were long and updates over the 4 week repair were few and far between. I understood, it was clear they were busy and short parts. When I got ahold of someone they were helpful and honest.
I was frankly surprised by the service I experienced with my recent vehicle purchase. No pressure sales; combined with genuinely helpful staff from salesperson to sales manager to customer finance services. All were professional, helpful and efficient.
At first had a great experience. Then went down hill from there. they said they were going to pay for our Lenex spray . Six months later still wasn’t reimbursed for it. And trailer tow light keeps coming on and told them and showed a picture and it’s like they didn’t believe us . I will never buy another car from this place again . Just all excuses!!!!!!
Very bad follow up done after I bought my vehicle at the end of the lease. Had to call each day for 2 weeks to get the new tabs and registration certificate; no one really cared, they asked me to come back in person instead of offering to solve my problem on the phoneI eventually received the tabs, but poor customer service quality, would not recommend this place ever
Paul did a great job, had all the information ready when arrived and help have our car serviced and taken care of quickly and carefully. Always a pleasure working with the AutoNation Ford Bellevue team.
This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from this dealer over the last 5 years and Ive dealt with Tim every time. No pressure sales, clear finances and EXCELLENT customer service. Highly recommended. Tim takes care of internet sales mainly - he wont let you down.
They were very helpful in setting up an appointment to come look at a car. Once there, Chris rollman was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and took the time to explain each button and how everything worked. He then made sure he was giving me the best deal possible on the car.
Friendly and prompt service. Steve is very personable. Knowledgable. Great location. Lifts to wherever you need to go.
My sunroof stopped working in April. I brought my car into the AutoNation Ford Dealership in Bellevue. I was greeted and taken care of by Paul Hinzpeter. Paul was such a great service rep. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. In April they were able to at least close my sunroof but they needed to order the parts to fix it. Unfortunately, with COVID, supplies were really hard to come by. It took four months for the parts to arrive but each month Paul would touch base with me to let me know status of the parts. I was very frustrated in the beginning but was very grateful that Paul stayed on top of it for me each month. I brought my car in this month and I was in and out in two days. Excellent customer service. Thank you Paul and AutoNation for taking care me and my car.
I have visited to check out one of the used cars on the lot. Experience in store was quite well, credit to young gentlemen who greeted me respectfully and offered his help. Unfortunately I had to leave for a meeting, so asked trade-in information and numbers to be sent to my phone and that I would swing by in the late afternoon. I had to call three times to get that information and when I did, sales manager on the phone offered me about a third of my cars value offered by order dealers same day and spent a confident 10 mins explaining why he thinks he is so right. This level of variance, I can only explain with either wrong intent or incorrect assessment. Both are not the attributes that I would like to have with a business that I’m looking to buy a car and trust their work. Not recommended. Based on the call I had and the quality of interaction, I would have given one stars, second star is in recognition of the courteous sales associate.
My car broke down the day before I had a service appointment, and Mike was able to help me out that same day within the same hour that my car broke down. He was very communicative about everything they did to my car and took care of me 100%!
Had a great experience with Steve Martin in the service department. Did the 30k and some warranty work.Love the F150Egoboost
I had a great experience working through which vehicle would work out for my needs and getting a deal done despite me having absolutely ZERO credit history. They even stuck around a little bit after hours to help me out. Much appreciated and I look forward to seeing you all again soon!
Good service! Never had a problem with them. Just the wait is a little too long for car service and to be able to make an appointment as well. But definitely would recommend.
Spoke over the phone with Tim before making the trip to the dealership and to my surprise had a totally problem free experience. Tim was very willing to work with me not only as a college student, but with my military family as well and made my buying experience simply amazing.Thank you all so much at AutoNation Ford Bellevue!
Our purchase went really well. The truck is what we have been looking for and I am looking forward to years of use. I am disappointed that the radio will not work. We did not try using it on our test drive so I am accepting this as something I should have found before buying.
Excellent service, very smooth. No complaints whatsoever. Even the coffee was great. Thanks.
Steven was helpful, fast, and thorough with my CMax repair. He answered my questions and offered suggestion. Thanks again!
Weve never purchased a car out of state before, since my daughter wanted a red Audi A5 cabriolet which didnt appear often for sale. After a few months searching, we found one that we wanted at Autonation Bellevue Ford in Washington. Weve bought a car from Autonation before here locally and weve been extremely happy with the professionalism and meticulous customer care. We felt safe to contact Autonation Bellevue Ford inquiring this RED A5. Michael Allen was our contact, we texted and got all the information, extremely professional and hard working. Autonation has one price thing which is good and bad, we wanted to negotiate because this RED car is $3k over any black one in CA with the same condition, but the price only drop if they dont sell in 30 days or so. We didnt want to take a chance to wait. We didnt want to buy an Audi with one key and no wind deflector for the convertible since this is one owner car, it should have everything that came with the car originally. Michael didnt want to let the deal fail due to the extra key and wind deflector, he made sure we have both before we drive up to get the car. We had an A8L to trade in, Autonation did give us a fair trade in value which were happy with and the amazing thing is they would let us to drop off the trade in locally at Autonation Honda of Fremont and the people here had been amazing, Vince was the manager that let us to sign papers and dropping off the trade in. Everything went smoothly, so we didnt have to drive 900 miles up and 900 miles down, kudos to Autonation. We booked the flight and Michael actually picked us up at the airport, how much customer care can you get more than that. We should take one star off the review due to the finance department didnt make up their minds on if they should collect the tax and the license to register the car for us, yes, we had to paid the tax and license and then on the day of picking up the car, they decided not to do it because its a cash deal, so we had to pay for tax and license here at DMV but we had to come back because we didnt have the title of the car. The finance manager Craig New (and where did he get the 10.3% tax to collect from us?) should know what he wanted to do with the deal like this. Yes, the refund check and title was Fedex to us a week later, but its just sloppy and inconvenient for us IMO. What happened if we dont have the extra cash for tax and license when we try to register in CA and why do they have courtesy taking cashier check in CA and not registering for customer? . Anyhow, Autonation is a great auto dealer network IMHO. It was a beautiful drive back to CA from Bellevue.
I had a great experience here. Tim was very professional and extremely patient. The entire staff works with you and makes your car buying experience as less stressful as possible. I would totally buy a car from here again. Love my Mustang btw
Awful. Rude people at the service desk. Took my truck in for an appointment Thursday for something simple they said would take 1 day. Came to pick the truck up on Monday and learned that nobody even looked at it. All this after spending over $4500 2 weeks prior for tires and services.
Purchased two vehicles here working with Christopher Rollman. Super easy transactions and Christopher is transparent and easy to communicate.
I just purchased my second vehicle from them. Both purchases went very smooth and they worked hard to make the deal work for me. Big thanks to Christopher Rollman for staying in touch with me and helping me find a Ford Ranger Tremor.
I typically don’t like the dealer experience and feel rushed or pressured, however that was not the case at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. They were very kind and gave me exactly what I wanted with no hassle or extra fuss. I would definitely do business with them again. When you go there make sure to ask for Tim or Vlad!
I gave a 5 star rating, for their best efforts to rip me off, not once but twice on my first service call with them. Josh, hes a great con man as a probably thinks every customer that comes to them in a state of emergency like I did who accept what they say is the reason for the vehicle breaking down and approve any repairs necessary to fix the vehicle. You see folks, I broke down, was first told my heater core was bad, it would cost me $800-$1200. When I folks him to bypass the heater core, all of a sudden the next day it wasnt the heater core at all, it was the thermostat and its housing which was 4 hours of labor at a cost of$600+ for Pattys and labor. Needless to say I towed the vehicle home boot the thermostat for $61 and put it in in under 45 minutes. And guess what next, it wasnt the thermostat, I still have the problem. These folks are thieves. Praying on the rich. They should be ashamed. I hope this review makes it to post and helps the ones who need it most.
Steve Martin was very professional and kept me in the loop with what was going on with my truck. It was a long day because I chose to wait at the dealership. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
Friendly staff, unreliable/incomplete service work, and generally chalked full of little inconveniences that would normally be tolerable if there wasnt 20 annoyances occurring simultaneously. Ive enjoyed and appreciated the service advisors but find nothing convenient, reliable, or easy when it comes to the FORD customer experience and this dealership is unfortunately no different.
Some of them know how to handle their business. Ask for Chad, he is the man . He took great care of me . Keep up the good work
I came to come look at a Subaru and Riley O’Brien truly made my experience better AND I left buying the car. There was no pressure or uncomfortable negotiations, he was super lax. I am normally very skeptical of dealerships, but everyone including Riley made this experience comfortable! I will recommend anyone buying a car to this dealership, it was a great experience buying a car here! :-)
I purchaed a used escape fron ANF.. The powwr steering went out 87 days after the purchase. A 90 day Warrantee was included in the purchase I called for an appointment when the steering went out but was not given an appointment unntil 4 days after the 90 day warantee expired. The $2000 steering repair claim was denied by ANF beause it was outside the 90 days.
We always have the best experience and feel they really pay attention to our needs. Our service manager, Josh Benjamin always goes above and beyond to make sure we receive exceptional customer service! We won’t take our car anywhere else!
My technician/service guy was the best ever! He went the extra mile to get my truck in quickly and he worked hard to save me money. He’s the best.
Vlad is the COOLEST salesman. He was the most humble and helpful. So transparent and communication skills are top notch. Online system had wrong details, was super disappointing, but the experience was well worth the hassle. 10/10
Another great service experience. Josh is simply great in all aspects. He and the service I continually receive is the reason I drive from Spokane for my vehicle maintenance needs!
Riley was my original sales rep. I set up an appointment and did a test drive of the Mach-e. Riley was rude and knew very little about the car. For example, I asked if manually closing the electric tailgate would damage it, he scoffed Im not an engineer. He knew zero about the GT version and claimed there is no info available yet you can reserve the GT online.I came back a few days later so my girlfriend could drive the car. Riley was there to help... He said he couldnt find the keys another associate has them, they probably wouldnt show up for my girlfriend to see the car. He then proceeded to say they are trying to keep miles low, its not meant for joyrides, and turned me away.I immediately went back inside to change sales reps. George Li, very helpful. I said... heres what happened with Riley, I want to move on and talk about the car.George found the keys in 60 seconds so my girlfriend could see and rest drive the car. He shared how many people come to drive the mach e and its a pain for the reps. And then we moved on, and spoke about the car. Thank you George.Tldr: Riley insulted me in front of my girlfriend, lied about not having keys to see the interior and test drive the Mach-E. New rep same location, George Li quickly found keys and helped, thank you George.Edit: Spoke with the GM, impressed at his availability to address poor customer experiences. Things always go wrong when you run a business, how you handle those problems defines your business. Upgraded from 1 to 2 stars.
Our daughter had just moved to Washington to start her first job out of college and needed to buy her first car. She had Chris Rollman as her salesperson. He did a stellar job! Chris made it a relaxed, easy buying experience which was great for a first time buyer. All the people involved were friendly and it wasnt a high pressure situation. Chris took the time at the very end to sit in the car with our daughter and explain all the bells and whistles. There was so much to cover regarding the screen and all the electronic devices on the dash so we were very grateful that he took the time to review everything with her before she drove off. We would highly recommend this AutoNation location and would highly recommend working with Chris Rollman as your salesperson.
Best service ever!!!Travis you are great.Chris, thank you very much for your wonderful attention. You all rock!!!!
Service advisor worked me into their full schedule to accommodate my oil change and tire rotation. As always, quick check-in, service completed in about 75 min, check out about 5 min. I was also able to use my loyalty points to pay for 100% of the fee which was a nice bonus.
Very communicative, professional team, down to earth too. Nice waiting area with free coffee, tea, water, etc. I will keep returning, I trust them with my vehicle.
Easy scheduling. Friendly check in and service. All questions answered.
Great place, fast and friendly service and parts dept. Lots of accessories to browse, clean lobby, very comforting feel and close to chick fil-a!
Took my escape in for a normal 90k service. They said it was a Big job but 5-6 hours is all. After they couldnt get a rental car to the dealership I ended up walking to enterprise to pick up the car and driving back to the dealership to get my stuff to found they had already misplaced the key. After leaving and coming back 7 hours later they still had a long list of things to be done and told me they would need it the next day. When taking the valve cover off the also broke that and had to next day air a new one. After it was all said and done it took 4 days.I wasnt going to leave a review but last night three weeks after the service was done about 800 miles driven. The change oil notification comes on as even though they had the car for 4 days they didnt even bother to reset that. Never again. POS dealership.
I popped into AutoNation Ford Bellevue last week for an oil change and I was greeted and helped by Ashley. She was extremely helpful and customer friendly when describing the service expectations. Additionally, she asked well thought out questions on the history of my vehicle. I especially liked that she provided a ride via Lyft so I could wait for my vehicle in the comfort of my home. Overall, another excellent experience at this dealership and I look forward to the arrival of my new Ford Bronco.
I purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger from them in February 2021, The sales staff was great, no complaints there but when I needed assistance to get a copy of my trade in paperwork I could not get anyone to assist me. I finally got in touch with a general manager who said he would get me the paperwork I needed...that was Thursday and now its Saturday and still no paperwork. Not to mention that attempts to get information on why I still have not received my car tags when the temporary expires in three days have proved unfruitful. Attempts to contact the General Manager again today resulted in a return to the infinite recording loop.
No waiting - I was able to drop my car off for service, and the shuttle arrived with a minute or two to take me where I needed to go. Same with pick up - fast and easily accomplished.
Dont go here for good customer service. The salesman who sold me my car was great. However the Sales team/management as a whole lacked maturity and the ability to communicate aka tell the truth entirely. My car needed a minor repair prior to being driven off the lot - I was told it was being sent to BMW for this repair on Friday and would be done on Saturday. I never received a single phone call with updates and every time I called them I was told a different story. First Theyre working on it!! then oh well the part never arrived (so how were they working on it if they didnt have the part) then the part will be here at 11am Tuesday and the car done by 3pm and lastly its all BMWs fault the part didnt come. Then someone accidentally told me my car was being fixed at Ford and not BMW even though they had previously told me how great and amazing it was that my car was being fixed by the BMW dealership itself. Less than 48 hours after finally getting my new car, the service light comes on and the battery in the key fob dies. I told them I was coming to have it checked out only to find out that the service department was closed on Memorial Day - too bad they didnt tell me that when I said Im coming in on Monday.Additionally, they were insanely pushy about the extended service package/warranty and condescending once I said I didnt want it. When I asked (4 times) to have it removed from my purchase contract, the finance guy refused to speak to or acknowledge me plus the manager kept trying to leave things in that cost more.Overall, I love my new car but Im insanely disappointed in the experience. I will not go here again.
Great service for my 2008 truck. Josh is a knowledgeable and patient service advisor.
Service technician was knowledgeable and service was prompt and performed as expected.
I highly recommend the Kirkland Ford over this location, for many reasons.
The only person at parts and I have to wait 20 minutes just to find a price on leaf springs. This is why I dont go to dealers for service. Theyre usually MORE likely to be bad and cost more. Why dont you make it easier for your staff to located parts and pricing? Is she back there checking encyclopedias from a decade ago?Seriously... Help your staff sell your parts! Also she couldnt tell me if a 350 leaf fits on a 250 truck. Nor could she recommend any kind of upgrade...Ford or the owner of this dealer needs to learn the Lean Method. Get it together people.
It was definitely a quick and friendly encounter with all of the staff. Vehicle was done in about 3 hours which is pretty quick if I have to say so. Thank you guys
Paul Hinzpeter is the guy to see at Bellevue Ford if you need your vehicle serviced. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed in constant contact with me, let me know exactly what was going on with my truck and was nothing but polite and professional the entire time. Paul made my visit to Bellevue Ford the best interaction Ive ever had at any dealership. I look forward to bringing my vehicle to him again for my next service. Thank you Paul for all of your hard work, you are truly appreciated!!!
Easy drop off and pick up, this is a really nice facility. During ther process I was able to connect with a knowledgeable service advisor that took the time to answer all my questions. Ill be bringing both my fords here for service and maintenance from now on.
Super quick & efficient service. Glad I brought my truck here.
Best service around after you purchase your vehicle there and that was 3 years ago. Paul & Steve are fantastic!
I just bought a used Ford F150 from Matt at AutoNation Ford in Bellevue. Matt was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge. I bought a fully loaded 2019 F150 and I could not be happier with the process. I was in and out in about 2 hours including financing. Thank you!!!!
Great service my car has never run so smoothly.
My service rep is awesome and has tried hard but overall the experience has been mediocre. I’m a patient guy, but I’ve had to return too many times for a simple door gasket replacement. First time, the part ordered was incorrect. I typically wait on site for service. Bad mistake. Two hours later, I get word that the part ordered was not correct. Service department manager called to apologize, which I appreciated. He offered free shuttle service for next time in. When that time arrived, I got a Lyft ride home, all good. Because my engine warning light came on just coincidentally the day before my scheduled service, I knew it would take a bit longer, but after dropping the car at 8am, I hadn’t heard anything by early afternoon. Since my son works in the area of the dealership he gave me a ride back there on his way to work. I sat there another hour. They figured out the warning light issue, replaced the part after replacing the door gasket but when I went to inspect the repair, they replaced the wrong gasket. So frustrating, because the outer gasket was clearly hanging down from the door frame, and it was obvious that was the one needing the repair/replacement. The new seal/gasket has been ordered so we’ll see what happens next.
The smoothest and fastest car buying experience Ive ever had. Many services done here as well and theyre always very professional. Great experiences with the parts department too. Fully recommend AutoNation Ford Bellevue!
Alper was the best, thank you for all of your hard work and making buying a car feeling like hanging out with an old friend :)
Overall my experience with autonation was great. They really are a “one price” dealer so do not expect to haggle price or condition of the vehicle at all. They did take a bit of time to find me a loan I was satisfied with. They tried to talk me about the same loan several times knowing that the APR and payments were not what I asked for. However that aside once everything was settled I got a car I’m extremely happy with and they were all very helpful. Will definitely go back when it’s time!
Needed my f350 serviced called evergreen ford where I bought my truck and they said they couldnt get it in for a month but sent me multiple notices about being ready for me I called ford of Bellevue and they were able to take care of me before my vacation and they are very polite quick and professional my service advisor Paul was awesome thanks again Paul
The team did an excellent job of my Ford Focus Electrics periodic update. The were polite and efficient. In fact, my car was all ready in about 2 hours, far more quickly than I had anticipated!
I actually had a really awful experience here.I did want to name that they casually do not wear masks. Many people who are sitting at their desk do not wear mask. And they were not eating. In addition to that when we went to the front desk, The two people who were in the back had no mask and one person partially had it on and they really were indifferent about us being in a pandemic. I just had to say that because it was shocking given the fact that they have a sign at the door and that we are in a pandemic.I went here with my friend because we were going to empty her car only to find out that they sold her car without even letting her know. One of the associates really asked well what was in there that was so valuable not giving any regard to the fact that someone has had that car for 12 years and they were led to believe they had the opportunity to complete the sale of the car.For someone to have given you business and bought a car especially in this economy, during a pandemic where it looks like your sales are scarce. Its a shame that his coworker had to step in and apologize for his rude behavior. In addition to that everyone seemed very indifferent to the situation and they will try to overcharge you for one tire that was $400. What is insane is that Les Schwab pulled the nail out and patched up the tire for free. All I wanted to say was they dont wear mask, and they will try to overcharge you and will talk to you as if you dont have common sense. The only nice people who are wearing their mask the whole entire time where the people who were in the service area and the man giving back my friends keys.If I was you I would take my business elsewhere. You dont want to get sick and you also want to be treated with respect. If a manager is to respond to this please look at your camera before trying to tell me that you all wear masks at all times
While getting my car fixed, I was offered rental car to which I had to pay insurance out of pocket. Not only that, when I returned rental car just after 4 days, Ford Bellevue chose not to inform rental company (Enterprise) until after 8 days! Spent another week getting refund.Called Ford and Manager and was basically dismissed with condescending tone.Absolutely terrible service across the board from Ford!
Professional Service. Paul in the servicing department is great.
During my first service visit I had the easiest and most enjoyable experience. My advisor Ashley, took the time to review what was expected and due, checked for and reviewed all recommended services. Best part, total came under initial quote and complete faster than promised.
We went to a couple of Ford dealerships in Seattle area, sales staff had lack of interest in helping us because the model we wanted, needed to be special order. We were told it was impossible due to covid we’d wait for a long time.Thru family connection we went to Ford AutoNation in Bellevue.Josh the general manager was extremely personable. He apologized that we’d have to wait for 3-4 months for the F150 Limited which we didn’t mind to wait.Mehran the sales gentleman was a total delight to work with, courteous and very informative.Brandon at the finance department was also awesome. And we couldn’t be more delighted that the vehicle came 6 weeks ahead of the schedule.Truly was “Under promise Over deliver”
Autonation gave a fair and honest price for my new truck trade in and sold me a new truck at true MSRP even during the high demand and short supply right now. Previously, other dealerships I went to were adjusting the price of the truck up to 9k over MSRP.
I know a bad review does not go far sometimes but I believe good reviews always goes a long way.Chad is the best. While my car has been in the shop for 3 months, due to Ford not having parts ready, the service advisor Ashley helped me by putting me in rentals. Although my car qualified for Lemon law, the service team still tried their best to help me fix my vehicle. When the vehicle was still not acting right after fixing it, the general manager of the service department CHAD, has HELPED me GREATLY. CHAD DOBBS involved HIMSELF in and explained in understanding words with what was wrong with my truck and what I could possibly do to fix it. He helped reassure me as a service manager that my truck was safe to drive and that he would never jeopardize my life or my truck. From my personal experience Chad has been the BEST man for help. He is Honest, Caring, and has this service-mindset where he will dedicate himself to the customer. If you are having any serious troubles with your vehicle or need an expert advice, please go to Chad. He will take care of you and help you.
A very pleasant atmosphere and our sales rep, Alper, tried hard to meet our expectations. We are out of state, yet we were treated like a local.
