Awesome job by the guys at Park Place on my Porsche!! The paint was full of swirls and minor scratches that were all removed by their paint correction. Definitely recommend and would go again!

My Wife and I took our Range Rover Sport off-roading in the Olympic Peninsula. We tried to take a forest service road over a mountain ridge, down to the coast. Unfortunately the road disappeared on us and we ran into a lot of brush and small trees. We scratched every surface of our vehicle. The paint looked completely damaged.I knew there was only one place that could help us out and get our Range Rover looking just like it rolled off the show room floor. We took it to Park Place Auto Salon and Jacob reassured us that they could get most of the scratches out but do not expect everything to buff out. Well long story short, they worked their magic and 99.99% of the scratches disappeared. Our Range Rover Sport looks like the day we drove it off the show room floor. We are so excited we brought our vehicle to Park Palace. We highly recommend their services to everyone for any vehicle!Thank you so much!

Horrible service. I arrived 5 min late and they rejected cleaning my car. Said they were in a tight schedule and couldn’t clean my interior. Rude and disrespectful. I waited a month for this appointment. Just want to get my car cleaned. Don’t go here.

Always come here for car washes and the staff is extremely awesome. Taylor went above and beyond to get me in for a ceramic coating and even got rid of a giant scratch on a door that I did not think would come out. I was on the fence about getting the car ceramic coated but Taylor explained the entire process to me and the results speak for themselves and Im glad I got it done. Came in for an interior detail. Second time Ive been here and ill definitely be back for a third. Employees are respectful and provide excellent service. My car looked brand new upon pick up. Also, their cleaning products are natural and dont contain harsh chemicals, which is one of the main reasons why I gave them my business!

Often times some shops will try to rush many cars in but not here!And speaking of which, MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENTS! Everyone here was super helpful and nice. I stopped by about a week before I had my car detailed because I had some questions regarding some paint issues. Taylor walked outside with me and examined my car and was very clear and upfront about what they could do to help me. Took my car in a week later, dropped it off for the entire day and was provided a very nice loaner vehicle. When I stopped by the next day, my car basically looked brand new! I believe the guy who performed the detailing for my car was Bill and he did an amazing job. The paint issues I had before were absolutely gone and both the inside and outside of my car look amazing now. Highly recommend Park Place Auto Salon, and I last thing Ill add is I believe the prices here were appropriate for the work that was done. Very happy with how everything turned out.

I have an old car (2006) but I like to keep it looking nice so I brought it to Park Place Auto Salon for an interior detail and when I picked my car up, it looked brand new. The interior was perfect! The service team was also friendly and professional. I will definitely bring my car back next time it needs beautification.

Took the car to here for trunk shampoo and odor removal($140), they ask me to leave the car at the shop for a night. Picked up the car in the morning the next day, the car broke down afternoon SAME DAY. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK！ ：（ PARK PLACE SALON

Great service and hand wash. Theyre by appointment only but sometimes you can get in same day. Best to schedule it on their website. They dont charge until after the wash. On sunny days, especially during the winter months they can book up fast, so plan ahead. Ive never waited more than 20 min and the lounge is nice with complimentary coffee. You can sit in the lounge and watch them wash your car which is a nice feature. Staff is always friendly. I regularly take my car here. Hope to get their ceramic coating done soon.

Their attention to detail impressed even me, who tends to be somewhat particular, and they turned what was already a beautiful car into something even more gorgeous with an amazingly deep black shine. I was waiting to get appointment here for hand car wash for my tesla bc they have good rating.They finished car wash in around ~30 mins.There is a little dirt in some places after the wash and manager needs to revisit the car to clean those marks**Not worth of the price.

We picked up our 2015 Grand Cherokee yesterday afternoon and are AMAZED at how great the wheels look! Wow! Please tell your wheel person how much we appreciate their awesome work and attention to detail. They’re as good as (or better than!) brand new. For those that don’t know the back story: we wrecked our factory 20” wheels a couple years ago while rock crawling in Moab - the trail got a lot more difficult than was advertised in the guide book. Anyway, I got tired of looking at the gouges and had to have the wheels fixed.Even better: Park Place Auto Salon warranties their work. We were informed that the machined surfaces and clear coat are covered for as long as we own the vehicle. Another reason to keep our Jeep ‘til 100,000 miles!Again, we are so happy with how the wheels turned out. Money well spent. And the full interior/exterior detail on the Jeep looks awesome too - as it always does, which is why we keep coming back.

Park Place is my “go to” auto detailing shop. Taylor Cross, who runs the place, is fanatical, like me, about every little detail on the cars they service. Recently just had them put a full 3M film on a brand new Audi Q7 Prestige, along with a 3-coat ceramic finish. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The work was flawless in every respect. I had to look and look to even see where the film lines were; it was that good! I have had them do detailing, film and paint sealants now on 3 Porsches, 2 Mercedes and now this Audi. I also take all my cars there for their hand wash. I’ve been 100% happy with their work. On the rare occasion we have a problem, Taylor will make sure to personally oversee any additional attention required. I will NOT go anywhere else. These guys are the best!

So I dropped off my beautiful 2017 Le Mans Blue Lamborghini to have the calipers painted and when i picked up the car I was happy with that part of the work or at least i thought i was. It has now been one week later and i can see that the drivers side front caliper was painted with little thought as to how many coats were put on as well as over spray onto non painted areas of the caliper. While I am now disappointed with the caliper painting portion what I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH is the large quantity of over spray all over my new car. $250,000.00 for this car and The company hired to do the job does not even spend the time or energy to cover my car and protect the paint from over spray. WOW!!!! what the hell where they thinking. The company that Park Place subcontracted this job to is called Same Day Auto Dent and Scratch Repair. I had no idea the job was going to be subcontracted out to another vendor and that does bother me as I know Park Place does high-quality work and it was their company that I wanted to do that work. What bothered me more than anything was the fact that my beautiful car wasnt even protected from over spray and In my opinion that is the biggest mistake you could ever make when painting and Same Day Auto Dent and Scratch Repair made that mistake. I was offered a chance to bring my car back to them so they could remove all of the over spray but in my opinion this is the biggest mistake anyone can make and Im just not going to give them the chance to damage my car again. seriously who doesnt protect a car from over spray when youre painting..... especially a quarter of million dollar car, come on!!!!Park Place motors was very apologetic for the damage that was caused to my vehicle and I do believe that they were deeply embarrassed by the situation. Ive been told that the repairs that need to be made to my vehicle will now be paid for by the painting company and I am thankful for that. The reason Im giving Park Place a three-star review is not because they didnt do enough to help me out rather the fact that my car was returned in the condition it was without somebody there noticing it. Theyre a very busy company and I understand that sometimes this happens. More than anything Im just disgusted that the company that painted my calipers was so reckless when it came to the protection of the paint on my car.

Dave on the upholstery side of the house did an incredible job repairing the side bolster on my drivers seat. He was fast, price was reasonable, and he needed my vehicle for less than one day. By comparison the competition required my vehicle for 2 days and were going to charge me at least $100 more for the same job. Thank you Dave!

I came across Park Place primarily thanks to a recommendation from my friends at RCS (Rain City Supercars). Ive been there a whole bunch for car (hand-)washes - they do a great job at these and spare no detail getting the Corvette all shined up and having its insides cleaned.Ive also taken my vette here several times to have wheel issues get fixed. Thrice for bent wheels, each time they fixed them up perfectly and saved me what Id have spent otherwise on new rims. Another time I went in for some curbed wheels and one where the paint and clear had started flaking, and they refinished both of them perfectly in the gloss black I needed. Great job!Special kudos to Taylor Cross here who always makes sure I get taken care of. Super quick scheduling, a loaner car if its an all-day task, and throwing in a wash when I go to get some wheel work done as well, all at a very reasonable price.11/10 would recommend.

I have used park place on two separate occasions with our two vehicles. I looked so long for a place that would do an interior and exterior clean without requiring a full detail and that was surprisingly hard to find. When I found Park Place it was an easy decision to bring my vehicles by and give it a shot (especially for the price of a hand wash).Let me preface that both our truck and car were a MESS inside and out. I was SO surprised at the level of work performed on both of the vehicles when we brought them in the first time. I was not expecting anything too fancy as I paid for the basic package for both vehicles but the state they came back to us in was unrecognizable. We had more than a number of spills in the cup holders, floors, Cheerios everywhere, you name it. They were embarrassingly gross. The technicians did a phenomenal job, leaving both cars in a much better condition than I anticipatedI brought my Audi back to them today and was just as impressed by not only the speed but cleanliness that it came back in. For the price, it is worth every penny and I will not hesitate to not only continue using them but to recommend them to others.

Took my Volvo to Park Place for the first time this morning. Staci Towne had set up my appointment over the phone, and Hanna checked me in and introduced me to Taylor, who walked me through everything they were going to do and also set me up with a loaner. The whole process was easy, and the car looked like brand-new inside and out when I picked it up. Thanks for a great experience! My next visit will be to have some curb rashes on my wheels repaired.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance, was told they would have a loaner or something available for me as I needed a full day for my full detail of my SUV. Called one day ahead to confirm how long it would take and got a dial tone every time for 2 hours. Next day when I arrived they had nothing ready for me and told me it would be longer then normal since it’s Saturday. Nobody advised me before and now I’m headed back home as I can’t waste my full day off.

I’ve been all over the Puget sound, and Park Place is hands down the best car wash and detail I’ve ever been to. Taylor Cross and his team are friendly, inviting, and pay very close attention to detail. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!!!

Got the exterior detail package this time - it was okay, not great. Theres a booster seat in the back, not attached. They didnt vacuum under it. The bumpers and some nooks were amateurishly done. You expect a detail to be a bit more detailed...

Worked directly with the manager Taylor Cross. He responded promptly and answered all my questions via e-mail. Took my Audi S4 in to have my wheel repaired and an exterior detail to remove tough water spots. I was able to drop the car off in the morning, take a loaner vehicle for the day, and picked it up in the evening. Everything was smooth sailing start to finish. Best service I have ever received from a detail shop. They treated my Porsche like it was there own. There were a few minor hiccups but what was important is they made it RIGHT and went well above and beyond my expectations. Taylor, the shop manager runs a great establishment. He showed patience and worked with me even when I was being a tad difficult.

Park Place Auto Salon performed an interior detail on my recently purchased used Audi A6.The car had blue jean stains, food stains, and general ground in dirt which I could not remove myself. When I picked up the car, the interior looked brand new. Everyone there was friendly, professional. The corporate attitude seemed to be “exceed expectations”. I highly recommend them.

My Wife and I use Park Place Auto Salon for both of our cars. The car washes are quick, efficient, yet thorough and gentle on the paint. We also use their detailing services, as well as PPF and Ceramic services. Taylor is absolutely amazing, and is the epitome of customer service. If theres something you werent quite satisfied with (which is rare with them), he makes it right. Out of 4-5 major detailers in the Puget Sound area, theyre the only ones that have kept our business.

No more swirls 😁Jacob made sure each and every rock chip on my hood was touched up with black paint and ensures my loaner was charged up and ready to go bright an early. Excellent, fast service for a reasonable price. I scheduled online and brought my car in for a wash and wax. I was juggling my two year old and a diaper bag, and they immediately rushed to help me remove the car seat so they could vacuum thoroughly. Ive brought several vehicles here in the past, and whether you have a work truck or a supercar they treat you and the vehicle with the same amount of care. My car now looks like a million bucks and is free of crumbs and Cheerios for a while. Oh, and I stopped for gas on the way home and a guy asked me if the car was new. Its 10 years old. Its amazing how a professional wash and wax makes a car look so much better. Thanks!

Mostly I didnt like the additional charges in the bill not advertised on the Web site. I also was expecting some kind of a shuttle service since youre leaving your car there for most of the day. The detailing job itself was okay.

I have been a committed customer of Park Place Auto Salon for 5 years. I spent thousands of dollars at their workshop. In the past, I would simply leave my car with them and go out, relying on trust and hoping that they will deliver a quality service.Everything changed when I decided to stay one day on the premises and observe their car wash process end to end. I saw them vacuuming my brand new $130K car which has just arrived from the factory a day before. The vehicle was sparkling clean inside and there was no need to perform any interior work, neither was it explicitly requested. During vacuuming, they removed the custom plastic floor mat and threw it directly on my leather seat. It was later discovered that this action has resulted in several damages on the soft Nappa leather as the floor mat has sharp pins on its bottom side for better cohesion.When I attempted to politely stop them from doing that, their employees shouted at me and applied physical force to push me away from their premises to the street.I found this behavior totally unacceptable and returned a couple days after the incident to discuss the situation with their manager. I came by in the morning, waited for Joye who manages the detailing shop. Joye didnt show up within a reasonable amount of time. I stepped outside to take a work-related phone call.As I was coming back to the customer waiting area, I was stopped by 2 men; one of them was holding some object in his pocket, what appears to have been a weapon. They used inappropriate language right from the start. I ignored them and proceeded towards the building. After a short conversation with the manager, I went outside and was shocked to discover 3 police cars waiting near the Park Place Auto Salons building. One of the men who attempted to collide with me earlier on was found to have been talking to the police officers, pointing towards me and shouting that I belong to Russian mafia and came to this place to harm his son who happened to have been working at Park Places car wash.After a long conversation with the police officer, I realized that Im dealing with a bunch of C-R-I-M-I-N-A-L-S and decided to leave and never come back to these R-A-C-I-S-T-S at Park Place. They lost me as a customer. Forever!The guy who threatened me with a weapon near Park Place Auto Salon arrived on a Chevrolet Tahoe license plate 462 MAO. If something happens to me or any member of my family, I urge the police to find this person.

Another users said they badly smoked the clutch in my brand new truck, to which I can say they badly scratched the trim on our car. To get a car back with a three inch black scar on the passenger door is not cool. To which the manager replied well, underneath that trim the car should have been treated with grey primer, then the scratch would not show. To which I can only reply, WOW. The interior is fantastic, yes.

I had Park Place do the full inside and out detail on my car. My Acura TL is seven years old and when I picked it up it looked like the day I bought it from the showroom seven years ago. I'm really picky with details and they got into every single tiny little corner and crevasse. I'm a very happy customer!

The team at Parkplace Auto Detailing are true professionals! Taylor really took good care to educate me on my options for ceramic coatings and paint correction. We decided to do a double diamond Gtechniq coating on my black 2012 ML350. Howie and Mike in their detail shop spent over 10+ hours on paint correction alone to bring my swirled black paint back to life before applying the many layers of ceramic coating. When it came time to pick up my vehicle a few days later I literally couldn’t believe the my eyes!!! Mirror finishing and expcetional attention to detail; these guys didn’t overlook anything and it showed in the results. I would highly reccomend Parkplace because of their attention to detail, customer service and going above and beyond to stand by their work and deliver results!They did such a good job I decided to get my wife’s E350 done with the same coating!I sincerely would like to thank the team at Parkplace!

Wife made an appointment and called ahead to confirm. When she arrived she was told they were too busy to clean the interior of our car. She explained it was difficult to get there with our 2 month old child and asked if they would please honor the appointment. They refused saying it was too late and there was nothing they could do. Sent my wife and 2 month old away, crying and frustrated. TERRIBLE Customer Service.

The Park Place Auto Salon is one of the best kept secrets in Seattle. The car wash is fantastic. It’s done totally by hand (minus the rinse and half the drying) and its trackless, so no worries for your wheels. The Griots Garage products they use are top of the line, the staff is well trained to keep your car in tip top shape and they also take reservations, which is great because the wait can get long on nice days (though the free wi-fi and HD TVs in the customer lounge make any wait tolerable!). These guys are highly experience is detailing high end cars and trucks and the detail shop is one of the best around. Highly recommended.

This carwash is probably one of the best kept secrets here in Seattle. They wash your car totally by hand and it is trackless. Everyone there is very professional and courteous, they really know how to take care of their customers. The customer lounge is very clean and has a few HDTVs and is very comfortable. The only downside to this carwash is that it can get pretty busy on a sunny day, so if you have patience and you want an excellent carwash and great service then this is the place to go.

No good the employees are rude they dont even talk to you they really need new employees or new management take your car or truck somewhere else f you want t to be clean. I wouldnt let them wash my dog
