Very nice selection with a high ticket price but hey, quality is there.It is something to look at for years and it needs to be ergonomically correct, functional, easy on the eye and a conversation point at times.I’ve looked around but was not dressed for the occasion I guess to meet bathtubs, toilets, shower fixtures and other Toto’s.The sales lady asked me couple of questions and was helpful to note that all items are quite expensive.It’s not what you say it’s how you say it...

Chown Hardware exceeded All our expectations, every step of the way. Doug, was OVER THE TOP helpful. We purchased a wall mounted vanity, a French product. After the plumber installed the sink and vanity, something was off. We called Doug to discuss the problem. This was not Dougs job! But he knew the product and was dedicated to customer satisfaction. He dropped by our home, which was near the showroom, and diagnosed the problem. (Plumber error) We are so grateful and couldnt believe his can do attitude. Chown sells beautifully designed quality merchandise. Customer satisfaction is priority. Visit the showroom, you will not be disappointed, but rather, amazed!

Our beautiful sink we ordered from Chown came cracked and by the time we discovered it we were close to our install date. Customer service at Chown did not hesitate, they quickly ordered us another one and pushed for a quick turn around. They will get all my future business!

Very rude staff. Salesperson was lacking in problem solving abilities and basic people skills. They try to upsell everything and then condescend when asked for different price points.

I am only giving a 1 star because I cant give 0. Our contractor ordered parts in plenty of time to be ready for installation on June 8, he went to pick up and they only had a few of the supplies with a promise of the rest in 4 days. Nope, not four days. Then by Monday, okay, by Thursday, oh, they got delivered to Portland but they are guaranteed to be here on Monday (the 19th of June) but NOPE, not in. Finally here on July 11 they are in. BUT, did anybody call to let us know they were either delayed, in or anything - NOPE. Will never do business with them again and encourage any contractor to strike them off their list as well. Their products are beautiful but it isnt always about that. Sometimes having a working bathroom without being delayed by an entire month takes precedence.

I bought my lock and kept it for a couple months before installing it I did not know anything was wrong with it until it was installed. When it was installed we later realized that the rod that turns the lock on the inside was short and as a result it kept falling off where it was supposed to be thus damaging that part. I requested multiple times that they replace the damaged part but they refused, rude over the phone. They just sent a longer rod which is useless coz the other part was damaged.

If youve got the money, they have some really nice bathroom and kitchen hardware. The service people are all very knowledgeable in my experience.
