Went in there yesterday for the first time just to check the place out. Let me tell you I have not had such great customer service in a very long time! So much I actually thought to write a review, which I rarely do unless it was deserved. Extremely knowledgeable on all things bikes, very helpful. I will definitely be back for my bicycle and parts needs.

Wonderful local business! Although, the hours are a little challenging I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Olde Towne Cyclery! Todd is very professional without being condescending when talking about the intricate details of what type of bicycle seat a person should seek out. He didnt have anything in stock; but, upon his recommendation ordered an ISM Touring Saddle. Well worth the cost! I am FINALLY able to complete 20mile rides day after day without that Funny Walk of Pain in the soft nether regions!

I went in to Olde Towne Cyclery with an old mountain bike that I wanted to convert into a touring bike, a very small time frame, and an impossibly small budget. Todd was the only employee in the shop and was noticeably busy with several projects but he took the time to sit down with me and talk about my situation. Todd knew right off the bat that he wasnt going to make a lot of money from me but he still took on the challenge. He offered several creative suggestions to help me get what I wanted in my budget and even took time outside of business hours to hunt down other solutions. My impression of Todd is that he is a guy who owns a bike shop because he is knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about biking and wants to help others who share that passion, he is most definitely not in it because he thinks hes going to get rich off of it. Im very glad to have his shop in my neighborhood.

Phone number doesnt even work and theyre constantly closed

First off I am new to cycling but I just went in to the shop because I lost the nut for the quick release on the front wheel. Stayed and talked for half hour oh and he gave me up with a new one free of charge. I will be back for my next cycling needs!

Todd is great. The service is impeccable, he will always make things right for his customers.

The owner fixed a handlebar piece I had and provided some great advice on bikes in general, and showed me the right bike for big & tall guys.

Id never go anywhere else for anything, OTC is the perfect mom and pop shop we need to get back to. Im buying whatever they are selling because I know Ill be taken care of.
