Got my conch pierced here and also got some lobe jewelry. They have a few different piercers. The piercer was fine, professional and friendly. The shop staff seemed to be in a rush to get me out the door both times despite it being quiet.They gave me poor quality jewelry and barely showed me options. From other reviews it seems quality is 50/50. They have a wide variety of options but I doubt that all of it is APP certified.The ball of my conch barbell would come loose on its own and fell off at one point. One of the ear lobe earrings they gave me didnt even have a proper backing just a rubber one. The jewel wasnt set properly and turned green from moisture. They also suggested a seam ring for my three month year old conch, which are not great for healing piercings since they can be irritating. I had directly told them my conch was three months old and they said it would be fine.I would not go there again, highly unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff. I can highly recommend Slave to a Needle and Deep Roots as alternatives to this shop as two high quality studios with curated app certified jewelry and professional staff and piercers.

Staff was friendly, but absolutely not knowledgeable about piercing jewelry, and sold me the wrong, poor quality jewelry after I repeatedly specified the exact jewelry I needed.

I got my earlobes pierced here. A tad bit expensive but they are professionals so I guess its worth the price. They use a sterilized needle which highly reduces the risk of infection. Friendly and chill staff.

Id give this place 10 stars if i could. I got my lebret, septum, and eyebrow pierced, and my industrial reopened, all at once, and i couldnt ask for a better experience. From entrance to exit, was such a 10 star time. Highly recommend

The jewelry itself is a 50/50 chance at being quality. Over the past two months Ive had to buy 3 different pieces of septum jewelry.1st time I gauged up and the jewelry declapsed on its own in my sleep after 2 weeks.The 2nd time the jewels started popping out. 4 weeks in and all of them had fallen out. I could of snorted those by accident. Then what? So I went and got it removed. When they were taking it out it completely disintegrated in my nose. The piercer said that it was like it was all superglued together.The 3rd set, the one I purchased after the superglue incident, after 3 weeks they also started to loose their shine.I went back and they told me to wash it.I understand after a long while that daily jewlrey does need to be cleaned, but after only a couple of weeks?When I got my piercing originally I had purchased a beautiful opal piece of jewlrey from them that I had in for months and had no issue.So I went there and changed it and saw that the jewlrey that had been superglued together was still on the shelf.I question the integrity of the shop now.I hope that this opal jewlrey continues to last a long time and will not have to take any chances soon as they are the only decently priced jewlrey store in the area.Other than that, the staff and piercers are very friendly! They are very informative and I always feel at ease as far as changes go. I would consider getting a tattoo there as well. The atmosphere is really nice.

I called asking to get my septum pierced and they told me to walk in because they had no appointments. So I went in and paid to just find out their piercer isn’t even doing septum piercings right now. And don’t even get me started on the south center location.

I didn’t catch the ladies name working at the desk, but staff was so kind! so good at making small talk and making it such a smooth and easy process. Kayla, the girl who pierced my Helix was so kind and was super fast piercing me. She also was very well spoken when it came to the aftercare / letting me know about the healing process. Also with the current situation we’re in (covid) the establishment was very covid friendly. Will be coming again!!🤩

Every time I shop here it’s a wonderful experience! The counter staff are friendly and super helpful. The piercer was very Informative and fast when he was piercing my nose. You can’t beat there customer service and prices here, they have high quality stuff at the lowest prices. I can’t wait to come back and get cool new jewelry for my new nose piercing!

I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing new Jewelry or a new hole in their body. They have a huge selection of jewelry which can be overwhelming but just ask any of the girls working there and they will help you find what you need. The girl that was helping me was super knowledgeable and friendly! She helped me figure out the size and style that would work best for me. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. She was so quick and was super funny. She made my experience really enjoyable compare to other shops I’ve been too... Their customer service and prices are nothing compared to any other shop I went to. Other shops were trying to charge me $80 for a gold nose stud. I left with a beautiful gold nose stud without breaking the bank. I will definitely be back.

I came in to get a nose piercing around 12pm . Turns out that they only have one person working and she didn’t even know how to pierce. She said the piercer was going to be in around 2pm. I came in at 2:15 and waited until 3 to get pierced. Still no one showed up. I ended up asking for a refund due to punctuality and me having to go to work. This is the 3rd time I come in and this happens.

I came in today to get a piercing and everyone in the shop was extremely helpful. The sales person Shaylee helped me pick out top of the line jewelry and provided amazing customer service. I was pierced by David and he was super precise and quick making the experience really enjoyable. I felt very comfortable and welcome to be there, I’ll definitely come back for more piercings and jewelry.

My girlfriend and I have both gotten tattoos from Justin aka Skizzy Star. I got mine before he worked here, and we tracked him down for hers. For anything that is a graphical design, he is an excellent artist, and his prices cant be beat. Im not sure who the last reviewer went to for their tattoo, but I know Justin does a great job. Talk to him and look at his style (like you should do with any artist before getting something permanent on your body) and make sure its a fit. Im definitely going back here.

I went to get my vertical Labret and my medusa pierced on wednesday and I AM ACTUALLY WOWED WITH HOW SYMETRICAL THEY ARE!! the process was painless and quick and the piercer let me voice my fears and concerns without judgement. she was incredibly calming. All together a very good experience and she was very knowledgeable.

I went here for a daith piercing and the piercer (his instagram is @bobby.rotten) was extremely professional and experienced. The whole process was fairly painless and very quick, he even explained what he was doing each step of the way. The prices for piercings are also really nicely laid out for you up front, and are totally resonable. Definitely would recommend.
