Loved our experience working with CA Closets. Michelle our designer was incredible - clearly knows her business and an expert in her space. We had built ins made for our family room and what a difference it made. Weve had numerous compliments about the change and how its elevated our room. Will definitely be using CA Closets in the future for additional projects in our home :)

I met with Cherie via video during the pandemic, and she designed two perfect closets for us: the one in the main bedroom, and our pantry. Before, we had builder-grade wire shelving systems. With the CC closets, we gained so much space and function.Pantry: I didnt take any photos of the pantry, but I love how easily I can find things in there, and the security of the solid shelves. Before, I had to be careful about overloading a shelf with canned goods and bottles. I can store more, but it feels less crowded.Bedroom: I cant overstate how much we enjoy having our clothes organized and in view. Cherie took our every need into account in her design, and we love it. My favorite feature is the telescoping rod on my side. Its so fun to hang tomorrows outfit on it, and it saves me time each day. I also use it as a holding place for items that need steaming. (Yes, I do still dress for work at home.)Our townhome is like so many others in our area, and part of the reason we purchased CC closets is to create a differentiator when we go to sell.There were zero surprises along the way. The installer arrived on time, and followed safety guidelines in this crazy time. He finished on time, and cleaned up. All I had to do was move things back into each space.

I had a fairly small job for them - adding cabinets to a small closet in our bonus/media room. It was white glove treatment all the way through. I worked with a designer on an initial plan over email, then more in a quick (and safe) visit for measurements. They made. a design, shared it with me, and had no problems when I made edits and suggestions. Finally, the installer had the shelving up quickly with no mess at all.

California Closets were very easy to work with! From the day I met with a designer for an in-home consultation until the installation, everything went very smooth! My closets ended up better than expected! Thank you!

We were looking to add more sleeping space to a small guest room.We decided on Murphy beds w storage cabinets above and surrounding the beds.We also wanted more storage added to an existing storage room that California Closets had also installed a few years back. We looked allover and realized our local California Closets could provide them for us. Unfortunately, our previous rep Susan B. had jus retired. That was a sad revelation- she was by far one of the best reps we have ever worked with. I got a recommendation for Michelle Gion and couldnt have been more pleased. She was punctual, had great knowledge of her product and was very professional. We knew what we wanted and Michelle helped guide us to the best placement and materials we could use to make the room not look like an afterthought. The room looks incredibly beautiful! The install went great w Greg Bartlett leading the crew and we could not have been more pleased with their work. They were kind, courteous, very professional and left the roomclean and ready for us to move into and prepare for upcoming guests.The testament to their work- our nieces and nephews came to stay with us for a week this summer and having the guest room with two Murphy beds and extra storage was a godsend. We were able to accommodate them without skipping a beat. Not only that, but they declared the beds very comfortable. Success!!!We have just a few more things to tweak with the storage unit and some modifications that I so wish we would have thought of during the design process. We are hoping that Michelle can help us make this work, even after the fact.If you are in doubt, dont be. This is our third set of closet systems in this home in 20 years. The first two lasted just a few years. California Closets is our third and last closet system we will use. They stand by their product and their employees/representatives are the best in the industry.Thanks to Michelle, Greg and his crew, we couldnt have had a better outcome from start to finish. LOVE THEM!

Worst service I have ever had, the day I had an appointment with them at my home to measure the size, their staff was 1 hour 40 minutes late, and then tried to discuss with them about the design, she doesn’t answer the phone, and she told me she was on a meeting for a whole day, and the next day just sent me a text told me I have to wait 5-6 months to install, the first time when we meet, she gave me a price estimate was around 5000, after she told me the price is over 12000, it’s more than doubled, don’t go to them

I used CC for my master bedroom walk in closet. I had a really great experience with California Closets, especially Stephanie McKnight. We went back and forth on so many designs and finally went with the one that looked great and was in my budget. She was really patient with me and answered all my questions. I met with a couple of closet companies and CC gave me the best quote and value for money. Our closet looks great and meets all our needs. Would highly recommend.

We ordered an expensive closet system from this company back in July and we’re very excited to get a high end closet and great service. Well, that ended quickly. They showed up 2 months after we paid but didn’t have all the parts for some reason. What was more disappointing was the material used for the closets. The doors were amazing but the cabinet itself was made out of white pressboard. On top of that, there were no backs to these cabinets. I don’t remember seeing this at their showroom or being told of it either. Then comes the service issue. 2 months after installation we still don’t have our closet done and they haven’t been back since. There’s been zero communication other than when we ask for a date to have the closet finished which the salesperson can’t or won’t give. For the price we paid this is shocking to say the least. I wish I would have. Went through Costco because the service and quality would have been better. Not worth the price!

I reached out to CC for a quote on 2 closet updates and received a call within 24 hours. I booked a virtual design consultation, due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The designer was prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We talked through what I was looking for and came up with a beautiful plan. On installation day, the service technician arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the project in the expected time. It looks gorgeous! He noted that one of the drawers was a fraction larger than the other two, so he assured that someone would be out to replace them and they wouldnt collect the rest of my payment until it was made right. This was incredible to me, as Im not sure I would have noticed the difference in the drawers right away. I was impressed that they care enough about the quality of their work to make sure everything was perfect. Id definitely use them again.

Starting with the initial contact thru design and final construction the process with California Closets was simple, professional and an enjoyable experience. the end product was exactly what we wanted. I Highly recommend California Closets and while this was for my personal house i am a contractor and will not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Had California do our master bedroom closet and our laundry room. The process of design and install was good. All people involved were friendly and professional. The 2 rooms turned out great, very happy with them.

Jason the designer was great at getting me exactly what I needed and wanted. COVID caused a delay in install and some communication issues, but California closets made it right and I love the finished product. My installer was fabulous, attentive to detail, and professional. Highly recommend.

Our designer is Yvette from the Bellevue store.It might be a good experience if you don’t run into any issues. We have had a half installed closet for past 2 weeks because they lost a part. We finally heard back today (after we proactively contacted them) and they have the part but can’t come for another month. No accountability or apology from anyone at California Closets. I’ll update my review with the outcome.Update (4/3): they came to finish the closet install and were missing yet another part so we are waiting on a 3rd install date. They sent undertrained installers as my wife overheard one of them say “how do you normally do this I’ve f**cked this up 3 times already”. This has been an absolute disaster of an experience.

Great designers. Patient and responsive with all of my requested revisions. Pricing was competitive and they had several deals that made it a better value. In my opinion, you can’t beat the quality for the price.

Storage systems turned out exactly what we had hoped for. Design consultant was responsive and very helpful and the end product is beautiful. I will mention the only issue we had was some damaged walls upon installation but nothing a little paint an puddy cant fix.

I had a California Closet installation in our new home to better organize our master bedroom closet. It was a quick, collaborative in designing something custom for our needs, and an easy one day installation process. We now have a beautiful product that keeps us organized and can accommodate all our storage needs!

This is the 3rd time they’ve been out since September 3rd to finally finish our closet install. Like the last 2 times all the parts were not in, even though we were told again they were. This has been a joke of a process. To make matters worse no one from management has ever contacted us and corporate didn’t respond to our concerns. I highly recommend you choose a different company.

Professional walkthrough of options and customization of your closets. Installation appointment was held to the original date, installers took COVID precautions and finished in a timely manner. Additionally, when one of my shelves were slightly out of tolerance they provided a replacement the same day.

I can’t adequately describe how happy I am with this experience. Everything from the designing to the installation was a pleasure. I have such a tiny closet and this has really worked wonders. I am definitely considering which other rooms should get the same treatment!!

This is the second home that we have had custom closets installed. California Closets is everything we could hope for. Their design, finish work and function are peerless. We highly recommend them to anyone who is considering upgrading their home.

We appreciated the skill of the personnel in helping to design our closets to meet our needs and the end result of the installation. The only snafu was in removing the old closet material and repairing the marks that that left, but California Closets made it right!

Jason Qunell did a great job designing our closet! He listened to my needs, was very accommodating and patient...even when I kept changing my mind. The end result was exactly what I had to hoped for. The installation experience was great too! The installer did a great job and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I cant wait to get my other closets done now!!

It was great and easy from the appointment making to the visit with Judy. She was not pushy at all and gave us some good ideas. We have our first item installed (a pantry) and it has greatly improved the utilization of our space. I think our pantry got twice as big! We have 2 more closets to be installed this month.

California Closets where very easy to work with. The sales person arrived at our home and within a short time came up with a plan for our laundry/storage room. We scheduled the installation. The installation was quick and clean. We have used California closets for other projects in our home. We are very satisfied with their product. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their closets or storage.

California Closets did an outstanding job of helping us plan and complete three projects simultaneously. We were downsizing, and they made every inch count with a wall bed unit, half closet and hidden computer room. It all works and looks great!

Design process was very effective, we did it all remotely via email and pdf documents. Its quite a convenient design. The installer was diligent, finished everything in half a day.

Cherie Gildersleeve was very professional and gave me excellent advice about possible options..she wasnt pushy but seemed to know exactly what would work for our odd little space. I absolutely love my new closet and my family is having a hard time getting me to come out of the closet.
