Great customer service. They didnt have the glass I was looking for but gave options of ordering online or checking back. It was a little hard to find and its in Old Bellevue, WA a quaint section of town with all kinds of shops, restaurants with outdoor seating, and park nearby.

It’s you’re looking for a special gift that people cherish, a glassy baby is perfect! Each with different names that can match up to a sentiment or mood, these beautiful handmade votives are super special. Another wonderful thing about glassybaby’s is a portion of the profits go to charity - I’ve done fundraisers for my charity of choice there at the Bellevue location.

Better selection than in previous months, but sadly the quality of the glass is not what it used to be before the pandemic.

Love the Glassybaby votives we’ve purchased and been given as gifts. Definitely a luxury and if you’re only buying it to hold candles, it may not be worth the price. Each Glassybaby has a name and our family has used them as meaningful tokens to represent something we want to remember. These votives are valuable to us because of the reasons they were given and the associated ideas, memories, and meaning.We also just love moving them around and creating colorful arrangements around the house.

Visit happened during COVID, so masks and social distancing in effect and handled well! Number of people in the store was limited and viewing the candle holders and drink glassware was facilitated by one of the employees. Beautiful colors and one of a kind finds, perfect for gifts too!

The product is expensive but absolutely beautiful and, dare I say, addictive. I purchased my first Glassybaby in 2012 as part of a fundraising event for breast cancer research and I have not looked back. Now, as a real estate agent, I often purchase Glassybabies for my clients - they are each unique, since they are hand blown from glass, so every single one has different variations of color and layering, which makes them an inimitable gift. Each votive has a specific name, which means gifting can become very symbolic and especially meaningful too. The cherry on the cake is that this company is Seattle based and I love supporting local businesses. Once you buy one...you wont be able to stop!

Great selection, but staff isnt the friendliest. I prefer the Madrona store and their happy, welcoming staff.

Cozy little shop with good selections. Since each glass is blown by hand, the same model can have lots of variations to it. Its good to go see them in person to pick the best ones. Plus there is free parking!

Theres just something about this place that makes you want to stay all day. They are all so unique and beautiful. You really have to light them to get the full effect. Thats when they come to life. Hard to park here and yes they are spendy but its worth every penny

Pretty candles and cups. Great gifts. I bought the Seattle candle for a hostess gift. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gift wrapped the candle beautifully. Side note the parking lot off Main Street is small, but I think there is more behind the store.

The staff was great in helping me pick out an incredible color combination for a particular room in my house. They encourage you to put a tea light in the candle holder so you see what it looks like. What a neat experience!

I received a glassy baby drinker from a friend for Christmas. I dont have any other drinkers and she told me I would be able to trade it in for any other glassy baby, because they are known for being so customer service centered. When in brought it in to exchange i was told I could not exchange a drinker for a candle even though the drinker is more expensive. I told them since they are so into charity, they could donate the difference as I have no need for a single drinker, they were not helpful at all. Will never go there again!

Went there because my wife received 2 glassybabys as a gift, but they weren’t quite the right color. Staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, and was more than happy to help with the exchange without a receipt. Excellent service!!

Trendy, beautiful, one-of-a-kind glass candle holders that come in every color you could ever want. The sales floor is intimate and very cozy but modern and elegant.

Its a store that exclusively sells little glass blown decorative candle holders starting at 50$ and going up to 300$+. If youve got the kind of money to burn on this, I suggest you spend it elsewhere.
