I just received an invoice for a battery I cancelled the same day it was ordered about two months ago. If there was a negative rating I would have chosen it. I will once again contact my bank and dispute a charge for a product order that was cancelled and never received. Im not clear on why my card was charged again? I will dispute it again, but it would be easier if you just reversed it.

I appreciate the warranty, and help my wife & I always receive. We do buy on-line at the website and pick up in-store. It is easy and convenient to be able to make sure the items we need are at the local store before we drive there.

Got battery from this store no one told me that it could leak. While I drive home it got nocked over and leaked over my car trunk. Half trunk is destroyed. Call them and they say it happen few times sorry for inconvenience. Would be great if they would say when I bought it. It could leak.

Replaced my car battery. In and out like in 20 mins or so. Great service! If I had gone to my car dealer I know I would had had to spend a few hours. Price is competitive. Paid about half of what I would had paid at car dealer.

Ordered battery online, then got email battery was ready. Went to store, and they hadnt even started to get battery ready. Had to wait 30 minutes for first charge, then was told needed to charge it again when I got home. $100 for a little motorcycle battery that I could have got for $20 on Amazon, if I didnt need it right away.

I bought a transducer key for my Jeep Wrangler on the internet. Took it to Batteries Plus in Factoria to have it cut & programmed. Josh made sure it worked absolutely perfectly. I couldnt be happier with the service and the cost was way less than anywhere.

Friendly staff and prompt service

My phones wifi icon was greyed out and I went there to get it fixed. They ordered the parts for it, but made me wait for a month and a half. Each time I called to ask when the parts is coming they ended up having a different reason. Quite upsetting for I payed $60 in advanced only to get my phone fixed yesterday. It was fixed in the shop but when I brought it home my phone went back to the same problem. So I called the same day about it and they say they can’t fo anything about it. Most likely to charge me again to fix it too. I am not impressed with the service and felt like it was unfair of them to do that.

I went there to get my iPhone screen replaced and the person who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a very nice speed for turnaround so you dont need to wait 3-5 hours just to get your phone back, and competitive pricing in todays market. Highly recommend to all of my friends.

Great support, good batteries. I spent a two months trying to figure out why my battery kept dying. It took an overnight check of the battery to ensure it was bad. Thats the only reason I gave a 4 versus a 5. If they had given me a loaner battery, or better yet, saw that it was bad right away, I would have given a 10.

I have gone to the Bellevue location twice and even those the internet says they have the item it is not available and I have had to drive elsewhere, This is unacecptable and the Bellevue store needs to step up their game.

Raining cats and dogs but my battery was on its last legs-I wondered every time I started it if it WAS going to start. Stopped at Batteries Plus and the guy there was amazing. He checked my battery (which was as close to dead as it could get and still drive). He stood in the rain and changed my battery (thank you Ford for making it harder than needed, jeez) and my car is doing SO much better. Thank you so much.

This is my third purchase from the Factoria store. Two auto batteries and now two cell phone batteries. Each experience has been very good. The store was initially recommended to me by a friend in Arizona. I am glad that they are also located in my area. I will continue to stop in, and will recommend it to my friends.

I went here when I needed new batteries for my landline cordless phone because yes I still use my landline at home. They had the one my phone needs and when I went in they were so helpful and took care of me and installed it readily and I was so glad for their help. They carry every possible battery you could need.

What I really like about this place is that I always get great service! I love the lifetime battery replacement for my key fobs, it is very convenient.The prices for everything else may be a bit higher than if you buy online, but usually the vendors are so knowledgeable that you can be sure you are buying exactly what you need.Also, you can bring your light bulbs to be recycled here, for free.

They were able to quickly program my key fob and get me on my way to work. Darren was very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

So impressed! We had our infinity key fobs’ batteries replaced for a hefty fee last year and in a year both keys’ batteries died. Stopped by here to see if I can buy the right batteries and replace them myself. But for $18 each they were replaced and are covered for life of the key. Wow! I’m in. Thank you for making my life easier. Ok gotta go find those old dead watches and bring them in.

We stopped in because my daughters iPhone had a headphone plug broken off in the jack (dont buy Beats!). This was our last-ditch effort to get it fixed, after Apple customer service, the Apple store, and two jewelry stores had failed. The service person was incredibly nice. He gave us excellent advice about charging the phones (including how not to cook the battery), came out from behind the counter to hunt down a cheaper option for something we were buying, and best of all - worked at that darn plug until he got it out! Incredibly competent, nice, and thorough. Were going there first from now on.

Unfortunately my purchasing record was not in their CRM system because I purchased it from a different franchise so that they dont share my record and then I had to decide going to the old location where is far from my place. However, Nick, a staff, didnt want me spend time and energy to go that far-away and allow me have exchanging car battery at their place. What a pleasure. I bought a lightbulb here after bringing in an odd shaped old bulb. When i got home, i found the bulb was too big, so i brought it back. They did not honor their own return policy, even though my product was unused and it was still within the time frame laid out on the receipt, because the packaging was opened. What is the point of a return policy if you cant return a bad part? Of course the packaging will be opened.

I went in there to get something stuck taken out of my headphone jack. They did everything they could to fix my phone, were extremely helpful and kind, and did it free of charge! I will return if my phone ever breaks again!

I had a great experience getting my iPhone screen replaced. The repair guys were knowledgeable and helped me out by fixing up a couple other issues (vibe and 4G issues) for free while they were “under the hood” fixing my cracked screen.

These guys are pretty good. They tested and helped me replace my car battery. The parking lot can be difficult, but the store itself and the people working there were top notch.

I placed an order with a company that was supposed to deliver the product to Batteries Plus Bulbs. The order got messed up but Nick and Aaron went out of their way to get what I ordered in so that I was able to come pick it up! I really appreciated their going the extra mile to get what I ordered in!

I am very upset and disappointed with poor attitude and services on returning an item.When I brought a sample of halogen light bulb to verify purchase at the store, Paul the assistant manager and a new staff found a pack that fit my request. Unfortunately I drove back home in 30 mins and tried to install the light bulb on the ceiling fixture. It was a wrong light bulb (the leg is wider) that they sold me. I immediately drove back to the store and asked for return or exchange for the correct one. Paul, the assistant store manager refused to take my return item because the package was slightly opened. He even admitted that it was his oversight and lack of knowledge from his new employee. In conclusion, the company doesn’t take responsibility for their errors and misleads the consumer. They just want to sell me another “correct” one with a discount offer. But when I got home again, I found out the “new” bulb I purchased was ALSO WRONG. Once I put it in the ceiling fixture, it burned out. Turns out it was the WRONG VOLTAGE. So even the second package didn’t work. They are unprofessional and careless employees.How do you feel that the company treats consumers like that?

Purchase battery for $400 on accident upon trying to deliver after one or two hours after purchase they would not return it as I found the same item for $150 cheaper at interstate batteries. The salesman told me that this battery is a Mercedes and he cant offer Honda prices . Really interesting how these people do business avoid this place

I took my iphone there to be fixed. No problem with getting it fixed but they were not upfront and honest about it. Please know that they use third party screens therefore the screen doesnt fit the phone properly and the lighting display is different. I dont mind but what i do mind is not being told this upfront b/c they said no one every notices the discrepancies but that doesnt mean you shouldnt be upfront. For the $150 I paid to get the screen fixed I could have paid a bit more and gotten apple to fix it and it would work fine. When they finally told me after the fact that their screens are slightly different they said my option was for them to refund me the money and give me my phone without a screen. I think instead, they should have said upfront, We do fix screens but use third party screens so it wont look the same or fit the same....i wouldnt have opted to get my phone fixed there is they had been honest from the beginning.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this location. One of the employees has repeatedly used foul language in front of customers while behind the counter. He also openly voices his unsolicited political views. My overall experience here was very uncomfortable. Not my idea of good customer service.

Was easy order easy pickup car battery did all I expected

My phone took a bath, I dried as much as possible then like an idiot kept texting (i.e. OMG, phone took a bath! What now?!?), touchscreen stopped responding and phone at some point shut itself off and wouldnt turn back on. So into the rice it went for 3 days. I brought phone in to Batteries Plus Bulbs in Factoria. (Great place!! Ive bought bulbs there many times, and even exchanged bulb --so easy-- since I didnt pick the right temperature to match the other hall light.) Anyway, the rep offered to test with a new battery, and if that didnt bring it back to life he wouldnt charge for trying since the logic board was probably fried and cant be repaired. Between being in rice for 3 days, a knowledgeable/competent rep to do the repair, and a fresh battery, my phone came back to life! Thank you B+B!!

We went there to fix an iphone charging port. They replaced it and seemed ok when we picked it up. Buy the same night we noticed that charging is extremely fickle, that any tiny movement while plugged in would disconnect/reconnect the charging. So we cant even use the phone while it is plugged in because itd vibrate repeatedly from flickering between charging and no charging.We returned to the store, and they refuse to acknowledge theres any problem, just told us to dont touch the plug

Worst place to go. I got batterie for my watch spouse to have life time warranty. But the battery I bought from them died yesterday and I took over there to replace it. They told me they cant open it because they dont have right tools and my watch has lots of scratches and warranties they have dosent mean anything.
