Ive been coming to this store for many years. The attention at this store has always been excellent. The employees are always helpful,no matter what issues I bring. I found better service than on line, over the phone, or at other stores. There 1 store within walking distance from my home, and I still would rather drive a few miles than go there.

The manager is great but get the contract and detials in writing. I was told in the store by the representative that I would receive a promotion which included a free iPhone SE in March 2021. I was charged for the phone my second month of service and T-Mobile said the promotion was only for 50% off the phone. Also, the representative said I would receive a free Netflix account with my service - also wrong. When I contact T-Mobile about it, they said that promotion did not exist.Emailed the address below and still waiting for a response. I wish I had read the Google reviews and maybe gone to the Redmond store.

I only lasted 2 months with T-Mobile. The first problem was that they charged me $120 per month (on a $70/month plan) because they listed me as having 2 active lines. I only have 1 line--the one I brought over from my previous carrier, that T-Mobile helped me transfer themselves. The problem was that, for whatever reason, they never deactivated the original line the sim card came with.Why?Welll...I never used it. Still, I was charged an additional $50 a month for it.The second problem was that they wanted to set my monthly bill to $83.99. I explicitly asked, and was told, my bill would be $70 a month with all taxes and fees, PLUS basic Netflix included (I just would need to pay the difference between Netflixs Basic and Standard plans.) My monthly bill would then be $75. My account page on their website even reflected this. But still, it wanted to set my monthly bill at $84. It would not give me any line items as to why the additional $9. So I called support and they said Netflix On Us is actually an $8.99 additional charge. How exactly is that on you if Im paying for it?Then I was told, Netflix is not free unless I had 2 lines. Is this why the original line wasnt deactivated? Because someone thought He can have free Netflix for $50 a month! and didnt think maybe I wouldnt have agreed to that?Yeah, no thanks.I honestly would never had signed up with T-Mobile had I known of the conditions later described to me.Reply to response: Theres really no point. I spent hours on the phone with T-Mobile support (chat and by voice) and no solution other than refunding me the overcharge was offered. But I simply would not have started using T-Mobile if I had known the actual monthly charge.

I had an incredible experience thanks to Danny DeNicola. He really went above and beyond to help me and make my experience a positive one. The store did not have what I needed and was unable to order it for me. Danny literally got out his own personal cell phone and called other stores for me to see if they had what I needed. I visited this store to add a tablet plan to my account. When I tried to do that online, price was 20$ a month but I had to wait 3 days to receive SIM kit - thought will popup at the store and do that on the spot. During my visit associates told me that I must change the plan to newer (more expensive one) and that adding another tablet line will cost me 40$. Said no and did it online for 20$ a month. Very disappointed.

Spent an hour discussing plans and phones with an associate, finally arrived on a plan and phone, told the associate I would come back with the plan discussed when the phone was in stock. Store wouldnt notify me when phone in stock, had to keep calling. Finally it came in, went to the store, but because the associate wasnt there, I had to go through the entire process again.You guys need to keep this information on prospect customers, really no reason we should have to go through the whole process twice.Associate rude and defensive. Other stores can do this, dont tell me it cant be done.

Attempted to order replacement screen protector at this location. Screen protector replacement was under warranty and was out of stock. A sales assistant attempted to place an order, but was lost during the process, and failed to process the request. Salesperson failed completely at helping take care of this issue. Improved training is needed.

During such a difficult time having a situation come up where I needed to replace my phone last minute because I waited for my jump on demand to almost expire Created a tough situation for the sales associate.Let’s add a few more details LOL number one the account holder who lives in Washington state had to be present in Bellevue, I the person who waited till last minute lives in Los Angeles now lol.Let’s add the worst detail, wanting a phone last minute that had more availability on Christmas Eve during a 50% off sale… In other words impossibleBut that didn’t stop the sales associate for being extremely helpful yesterday, with my friend who was there and present At 4:30 on a Sunday because of me...Young lady that helped my friend called every available store that she could, and confirmed that my situation just couldn’t be cured because of the timing.The timing is my fault, and even the T-Mobile stores here in California Were extremely polite and patient But what stood out more with the fact that this young lady, whose name I wish I could remember, made every effort possible to find out if the phone I wanted was available.This is the kind of service that deserves recognition this person did everything they could within reason to help me.I hope to God to learn that person’s name soon but in the meantime the store obviously has some of the finest employees during such a difficult timeto the young lady who helped my friend Abby yesterday, thank you so much.To the manager I spoke to today, you guys are doing a great job! Bought a new phone and the rep was super nice but turned out we bought the phone without the full knowledge of the phones capabilities so I called them 3 times(first 2 times service rep. Cole(?) hung up on me within 2 sec. So on the 3rd call back I had to hurry and say hello even before he spoke so he didnt hang up on me again. He refused to try and help me or at least try and give me advice but instead just said that I needed to come in or talk to the online help. It was a bummer experience.

I live outside of the US. Every year I visit this place to get my brothers SIM card.The SIM card only costs 50 dollars for unlimited call and data which is just unbelievable.Friendly staff and within 10 minutes you have a phone with an SIM card usable in all of the US.Quick service, if just incase if you are not a US citizen, you may want to bring your passport as they may take the details.

Had great customer service from Will today. Came in for a complicated upgrade and he was able to quickly get the right equipment, update my account, and even offered a water while I was waiting. I was actually on the brink of leaving T-Mobile for Verizon, but will now do everything I can to find a way to stick with the Uncarrier. Would highly recommend this location for your cell phone needs.

My son and I enjoyed simply amazing customer service at this T-Mobile location. Now I wonder why I stuck with Verizon so long. Nori and Shannon (the manager) were so helpful, going out of the way to explain our phones and the plan to us. I had talked at length with Shannon on the phone a few weeks before our visit, and I was so impressed that I looked no further for our purchase. Cannot overemphasize the great customer service you will receive here!

Great service! Just went there to resolve an problem with my plan (which was $45-plan that I wanted to change to $30 internet only plan). Paul (the manager) was very helpful and was 20 on the phone with T-Mobile to ensure that it got fixed. Great customer service, even though they didnt make any money on it! Highly appreciated! (was a bit reluctant to go there, given all the negative reviews, but it seems there has been a change in management? didnt recognize what I read here ...)

ZERO stars.Came here to purchase the new phone. Was told by the saleswoman that my purchase included a free screen protector and case. So I picked some out with my sister since they were free. Turns out I was charged for them both at full price. The sly woman went as far as putting the case and screen protector on for me (without even asking me) which at the time I thought was good service and then disposed the packaging for me.I will be going back to get refunded for these free things. I feel sickened that I was tricked in this way. Seriously, how dare you market something like that when it is totally untrue? Thats just bad karma lady.

Zero stars. Literally a TERRIBLE place to get your new phone. I got my iphone 6s from a salesperson named Lisa, and she provided me with a phone that has been presumably staying in the store for a long time. She told me it was the last iphone 6s they have, so no wonder they always used that particular phone to explain the functions to customers. The iphone 6s was even dead on the VERY DAY I purchased my phone. My friends and I using iphone are highly suspecting the phone with a serious battery issue that only makes me phone last for about two to three hours at most. My friend who has been using her new iphone for several months suggested me my phone battery really has a problem, and T-mobile sold me a defective product. Highly disappointed about their customer service. The girl and other salespeople were chatting, neglecting me while I was waiting for a while to get my iphone charged. It happened when I was trying to buy my new phone. Also, I didn’t ask for an upgrade, but later I found out she charged me $20 for an upgrade fee. It takes a while to realize my phone battery literally drains by 1 percent per minute (or even faster than that) and dies within two hours, I wouldn’t have purchases this phone. I feel really bad I can’t even exchange my phone due to the 2-week contract. Two weeks is too short for a customer to figure out there is sth wrong with their product. Also, the other guy was rude while he was trying to test my phone. Salespeople are highly arrogant. They give you the impression as if you are bothering them and not willing to answer your questions. Try to avoid this store if possible. Otherwise this might happen to you and you would have so much stress bringing your charger to every single place you go.

I have been with T-Mobile and decided it was time for an upgraded plan and phone. First of all their website wouldnt work. Kept getting Sorry, please try again later. Our systems are currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. for three days. It is more than an inconvenience. So I called Customer Service to just have them get it through. They couldnt give me the same deal because it was Web Only. I said yes, but the Web Site has been down for three days. I was told they couldnt do anything about that.I asked for a Supervisor and they just cut me off. I called back and same thing. What happened to good old customer service. I guest I am going to have to change after 10 years. The sad thing is they wont do anything about it nor do they care.

WARNINGFirst off, I believe they lie to increase their phone sales. Also it was brought to my attention by another store that I was lied to by an employee at this branch. They had told me that $100 in accessories came FREE with my new phone as part of a promotion. Turned out they just added to the purchase and spread out payments on the accessories in addition to the phone. Hard to spot on the account....very sneaky and it worked! Im out $100 nowTherefore I was lied to twice in one visit for the sake of sales.

First off, let me say this stores Assistant Manager, Derek Bustamante is seriously the best!!!I entered the store a couple weeks ago and was kindly greeted by Caitlyn, their “Mobile Expert”. I explained my phone situation to Caitlyn and it seemed as if she was going to do her best to help me but DIDN’T! During our conversation, Caitlyn called Derek over to explain my situation. As Derek was helping and giving me alternatives to resolve my issue, Caitlyn got upset and said: “ I’m not dealing with this”. She aggressively hung the phone up and continued to stand there…. huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes. Caitlyn then walked away to the back room. I totally understood why she was upset but behaving the way she did on the floor and in front of customers is completely out of line and juvenile. Her customer service was horrible.At the end of my 30 - 45-minute visit, Derek provided exceptional service. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me solve my issue, while he still took the time to explain the companies policy to me for future visits. I am 100% positive that EVERY T- Mobile store needs a DEREK Bustamante. This ***** is for David Bustamante and his remarkable service!

Horrible experience. Went in for an upgrade and the person Brian told me I was eligible for a new promotion where I save $ on my monthly bill AND get $200 in free accessories. I looked at my bill and ended up getting charged for the accessories plus some. When I went in and talked to mgmt they said they would take care of it. Brian then called me directly to rectify the situation and skirted around the accessory issue saying he in fact did save me money on my bill- regardless of the additional charges. After 2 weeks of calling the store manager back trying to get a resolution, and calling customer service multiple times, I was finally refunded. They confirmed there was never a promotion going with free accessories. Shady! The fact that they acknowledged that and the guy is still working there, proves what kind of people they employ.

Does not honor TMobile promos. Called customer service to insure that were eligible for current promo of buy one phone get one half price (including apple phones), as both phone upgrade are on the JUMP TMOBILE PROGRAM (a program we paid $10 a month for EACH phone ). On this JUMP program it is suppose to insure our phones and it allows us upgrade if we pay 50% of phone value or once we have paid 50% in monthly payments). Tmobile phone customer service said, of course we can take advantage on this PROMO, as one of benefit we get by joining (and paying for)JUMP TMOBILE PROGRAM, is we can upgrade our phones up to 3xs per year (as long as pay off at least 50% of phone cost, pay $10 per month for Jump, and everytime we upgrade we pay agree to stay with TMobile until thru 24 monthly payments pay off our phones or pay balance owed on all phones if we stop using TMobile before all phones paid off). BELLEVUE SQUARE TMOBILE, however says it does not allow customers with JUMP TMOBILE PROGRAM to take advantage of any promo that involves upgrading more then one phone at a time thru the JUMP TMOBILE PROGRAM, even though we have paid for each phone individually to at or above the 50% cost of phone at time we we choose to upgrade with current promo and we have also paid $10 per month per phone for the JUMP TMOBILE PROGRAM. BELLEVUE SQUARE TMOBILE told us we would have to pay full price for both phones (promos are not available to customers who pay for each of their phones to be covered byJUMP TMOBILE PROGRAM). I called TMobile customer service back, they said that the promo does allow customers who are in the JUMP TMOBILE PROGRAM to use this promo, and both phones we tried to upgrade do qualify; so should have been able to obtain one phone at full price and one at 50% off as long as both phones were Apple Phones that qualified for promo (verified both were Apple, and eligible for promo). TMOBILE at Bellevue Square was overcharging up,and lying to us. TMobile phone customer service suggested going to another TMOBILE store or return to the Bellevue Square TMobile; if we have problems request the read the PROMO information supplied to ALL TMOBILE Stores, if the still do not understand we should request they read notes on our account and if the still do not honor TMobiles current promo, we should call TMobile customer service from the store. TMobile Bellevue Square wasted enough of our time, tomorrow will go to a different TMobile store. TMobile customer service assures us they are providing correct information and we will have no problem (now two c TMobile ustomer service Reps. have told us the same information; consistent with JUMP TMOBILE PROGRAM rules. Sadly is seens like TMOBILE at Bellevue Square is the Bad Apple for TMobile; sad one TMobile store can get away with dishonesty; but it makes me question TMobile, corporate ethics, if the tolerate unethical customer service (ok, maybe ignorance without accountability). Either way, poor buisness practices at customer expense.

This place is a bad example for customer service. I, wife and our 1 year old were made to wait for 45 minutes last evening to get ourselves looked into before we decided to walk out.Tremmel, the guy who checked us in was great. But for him, this store sucks.Story goes like this. There were 5 of them all reps at this store at 7.45 pm and there were 3 customers including us. So, two of the ladies out there in the store were busy servicing the two other customers while Tremmel kept us engaged and our 1 year old entertained before we realized the two other gentlemen in the store were checking something out on their computers (apparently helping out with a customer request.. whatever that was)And now, one of the customer leaves the store and we thought it was out turn.. turns out not to be. Lo behold.. the two gentlemen and one of the ladies disappear into their back office for a while. Now our 1 year old was getting a bit cranky (his dinner time ofcourse) and we decided to walk out. So Tremmel comes out apologizing for the delay and for us not being serviced.Okay. You make your customer wait for 45 mins, your reps disappear into your back office and I walk out with an I am so sorry we made you wait this long and our reps are busy counting coins in the back officeNow.. that not only sucks but is a great example of the lousiest customer service one could get. I have been an ATT customer for 4 years now.. family plan.. and I am getting my f*g business out to T mobile.. you can take that ATT and see if you could retrain your in-store reps if you really care..
