I have been going to K smoke for far too long time. Sometimes you find yourself going to a retail store simply because of its location.Even though you do not receive good customer service you go because its easy. Im disturbed at myself for continually going.Even though I do not receive good customer service. Today was the last day. I have lived through purchasing $90 worth of vape equipment batteries and so forth to find out that the atomizer and all of the moving parts do not work together. I bring it back within 2 hours and the men wont help me he will not refund me. I end up going to Olympus vapor and they are a wealth of knowledge and he was helpful to me and also helped with the price because of what I had gone through. They have the knowledge as well theyre not going to sell you something thats not going to work and that is not good quality.The last straw at k smoke was today I made light of a situation. The situation was somebody had broke his front door it was only the two glass pieces of his front door it was all cleaned up and I was making light of it and I said well I guess you have new air conditioner now and I smile. Personally I did not find that to be an offensive statement nor would I take it as one. Yet this man got angry at me and lectured me. Ive already taken his abuse many times Im sorry for his misfortune but he does not understand sometimes you have to laugh or you cry I choose to laugh it makes life easier that was all I was trying to do. He could learn a good lesson in customer service and in personal service as well.

Super, super rude staff. Don’t bother coming here. Lots of tobacco shops in the area that are happy to have your business - this aint one of them.

Convenient location, convenient parking, and friendly service are the easy marks of this retail business. What makes this shop great is the prices.As an advocate of Kratom for its medicinal properties for pain I can personally vouch for their prices are the best in the Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond area for liquid Kratom. Additionally the variety of product and product knowledge is a welcome surprise.

They sell some cheap and counterfeit products. For example replacement pods for vapes. They can leak and ruin your vape.

Be careful if you buy something and it looks like the package was open. Even if its broken when you get it they wont accept a return and give your money back.

Great place i bought a dr dabber here. i was really impressed with the selection of higher end electronic dabbers they offer here. they pretty much had every model i had researched on youtube. The salesman was honest and upfront about the stores return policy and the product i bought is backed by a manufacturers warranty should an issue come up although i doubt it will dr dabber makes an excellent product. This store sold it for 15 dollars cheaper than i could buy it on the manufacturers site itself and it was the newer black edition model!! i thought i would write a review because a lot of people seem to be trashing this store and its a pretty great place. i went in just to window shop for a edabber and literally couldnt pass up on the prices :)

I have been going here to get vape oils. Been using vape to quit smoking and the help I have been getting here has been good. I have a little bit of a hard time understanding him, but his kindness and patients make it a nice experience there.

Sold me a batch of plastic tasting Kratom which had all of the bad side effect profile and no euphoria or any of the medicinal profile. Guy just sat there with a crappy grin shaking his head that he could not exchange the product like he was proud not too budge versus and American who would stand behind the product and customer service. It is these types which erode America and these types why there is slavery around the world. Profit over pride integrity and honesty. I called him an idiot because why grin? Because you dont have the capacity for deeper insight? What is life a game to you. Grow the other half of your skull you mongol.

Terrible. A joke of an establishment. He couldnt verify my ID was real because it was an out of state ID. He tried calling his brother and then enlisted the help of an elderly customer to try to figure it out. Then after making me wait 20 minutes, he says he doesnt trust it. And tells me to leave. All he had to do was Google the expiration length of an Arizona ID. I work as a budtender and its terribly disappointing to see somebody in charge of IDs who cant do it properly.

I will never shop here again. This guy sold me a vape pen and now less than 30 days the charge wouldnt stay charging so I took it back in hope he would exchange it for me. After he tried to make it work he suggested I should just buy a new one with this smirk of his face.Why would I spend more money on something that might not work thats ridiculous. I feel like his costumer service skills sucked and he didnt even seem to care that I hadnt had it long and it clearly was a manufactor default or something. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it as far a scratches/dents and the light lite up still. With all that and the amount of time I had it, it didnt make sense as to why it was not working. Bottom line is this guys will take as much of your money as you let him.he kept telling me to just but another. He was rude and had no people skills . Every time I went in there he would try to flirt and ask about my personal life, I always gave him the benefit of the doubt but now I see he is just not a good person. If the owner knows whats good for his business he should get rid of this guy because he is the reason me or my family will Never be returning.Dont shop here there are other places to go factoria has a nice one and they arent misleading.

Dishonest- I purchased a vape tip here, and had specifically said I wanted acrylic. I was handed one and told it was acrylic and not metal, so I purchased it. Upon further review I found it is indeed aluminum, but at first glance does not appear to be so. I had not used the tip, but still cleaned it in alcohol because I had handled it. When I tried to return it I was told that they wouldnt take it back because it was used. I explained that I had not actually used it but had cleaned it anyway, and that he had specifically told me it was acrylic, at which point he looked me right in the eye and lied to me, saying I never told you it was acrylic. I handed it to you and you took it, so you cant return it. So unless you like doing business with an underhanded liar, dont waste your time or money at this shop.

If I could put zero stars I would! This business is horrible! The guy who works there asked me to get a photo copy of my idea, I go get one waste my time and gas over an hour to get and he turns me away. He is sexist and he sold someone else that looked younger then me some nictone juice without Id. He also asked for my number before all this and I told him no and now he wont sell me the thing I wanted!
