Great place to come look at some video games. They are great with replacing items that youve gotten warranty. As sometimes items come defective.

I placed an order online and went to pick up at the store the same day except when I got there they were closed even though they were supposed to be open. I called a few hours later no one answered. I called the next day, nothing. I had to drive all the way to the store to find they were closed yet again. I just want my money back! 😭

When you point out the prices it says on line are different than what is marked at the store, then you get an associate with an attitude saying those were 1 day sale prices....sort of puts a really bad taste in your mouth. Especially when he could have said it differently but wanted to act big and bad for his friends hanging out in the store.Bad customer service,bad attitude.Learn some manners Junior.

They are never open. My husband has gone to se if they were open 3 different times and 3 times where closed. There was a ups delivery man there and he even mentioned to him that this was pretty common.

I went in to see if some old game stuff was worth trade on a new game. Samantha was the best! She honestly felt bad that my stuff wasnt trade worthy! Anyhoo- Id recommend this store just due to the stellar customer service I received. I bought a couple used games anyway at a great price!

Cashiers were super friendly and helpful, he was observant of our shirts and accoutrements and made suggestions of games off that. Overall a great experience. :)

Was having a bad day, needed to pick up some Pokemon codes and the gentleman working was courteous, prompt, and went above and beyond to get me the right codes. Im glad there are still great Gamestops in the area.

Pretty good overall. Kind of disappointed they said they had the one thing in stock I went for and didnt, but otherwise ok.

Staff is great, and Ive always had a nice experience here. Odd seeing the store change from when I was younger. But it has alot of cool stuff. Heard Gamestop as a whole is looking for a buyer, so cherish this place while you can.

Dont bother selling anything not recently released. Good for special prices on older games and prior generation systems.

I had great customer service. The gentlemen at the store talked me through my upgrade from Xbox 360 and helped me pick out games. Also, I came over there on a bike (lol), and he was nice enough to find me an Xbox One from the back of the store that had proper padding inside the box.

Went in to get the division on xbox one for myself and they didnt want to sell it to me because my little brother was with me, i told them that it was for me and she said in a smart remark they need to have there I.D. or else we cant sell it to you knowing he looks like hes 14. Will never step foot in that gamestop ever

Really hit or miss at this location. Ive been having more and more issues lately with things such as picking up pre-orders claiming I did not order it when I had a receipt in my hand.
