Great selection,, great customer service ! Love this store 😍

Im giving this store 3 stars because while visiting, the adults who were there seemed to really enjoy the store and be excited for the comics there. I went with my kids, and we didnt have a super positive experience there. The owner seemed a bit grumpy and didnt want my kids touching anything. He snapped at my son for touching some comics. He was extremely excited to go to the comic store and left with his tail between his legs ready to cry. The store is small and not the best set up for kids. I would probably recommend the store for adults only as the owner doesnt seem to have the patience or want for littles in his store. We may return when my kids are a little older.

Nice place! But I like the comics but the coolest one there too me was a 30 dollar comic but I know why and there is pokemon cards! So I think this is a 4 out of 5!

Had the opportunity to visit a comic shop with my older brother. Many years overdue and it didnt let down. The gentleman who runs the Mighty Moose was a pleasure to deal with. Nostalgia

I stopped into this store for the first time today and it was a very positive experience. The owner showed me how the store was organized and talked about what comics were out and what was new since I haven’t been into a comic store in over twenty years. They had the front of the store with younger kids stuff like comics and Pokémon cards and the back half of the store is new and old comics. The owner answered all my questions and was very helpful. I will be back again.

This was my first adult trip to a comic book store and it was AWESOME. I loved it here. Ilon has a great selection of the latest comics and the older ones. My son and I will definitely be back when I have more time. Great store, great owner. He was so helpful and kind. :-)

Great place. The one Manning the store was very helpful and helped us pick good ones for some gifting as we dont know anything about comics.

The owner is SUPER nice and incredibly helpful. I just recently got into comics and Ive been to a couple shops. This was by far my most pleasant experience. Yeah there are bigger places to shop with more options but it seems pointless without a direction. I walk into Mighty Moose and tell him what I like and he gives me 2-4 suggestions and he is spot on every time. I end up walking away with a comic that Im really excited about instead of swimming in a big store and walking out with nothing.Im telling you. Walk in, talk with him and let him work his magic. You will be happy you did instead of walking into some big store, looking around and then leaving.

Mighty Moose Comics instantly became my favorite comic store! Im a big fan of obscure and independent comics, and while they do have a great selection of modern and mainstream comics, I was surprised by the variety and quality of books available. Ilan was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this shop, I believe it has something for every comic book fan!

Great place to come for comics and other things. Very knowledagable about what they have and what they dont. Helpful with the customers and friendly too. We got our comic subscription started here as well since we live so close itll make it easy to pick them up.

Elon - the owner is a friendly, warm and welcoming comic book lover. The store is small but packed with cool stuff! Theres plenty of new books, new trades, old trades and a great selection of back issues to go diving/digging around in. Please note - the back issues arent seemingly endless like youd find at Mile High or another massive shop - BUT there is a good selection on offer. Theres cool statues and collectibles on offer as well. Elon makes great recommendations regarding what to read as well. So dont be afraid to hit him up! Thanks mate. Ill be back next year to buy more books!

The owner was really helpful and attentive and even tried to help me find a comic I had been looking for for years! Very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about comics. A not so hidden gem in the factoria mall but never seems to get as much foot traffic as it should. Definitely going back to see if I can get my boyfriend a gift card for valentines day!! Its so nice living so close to a good shop :)

Good deals on comics

My nerdy boyfriend loves comics and I love him. This store had comics that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I guess him and his friends can geek out all day now. lol#funkopop

The short: Great comic shop with a wide selection of trade paperbacks.The long: 3 years ago my wife and I stopped by while killing time before a flight back to the east coast. At the time we had little to no interest in comics. Ilan, the owner, struck up a conversation about what types of stories we are interested in. He recommended several trade paperback issues that we completely fell in love with (Saga, Low, etc.) His passion was contagious. We used to think that comics were cliché super hero stories about perfect people fighting unending villains. Mighty Moose Comics showed us that comics are just another form of storytelling that can be just as involved and wondrous as our favorite movies and novels.Its now been 3 years since that visit and my wife and I now have a passion for comics. We have visited comic book shops in Idaho, Vermont, New York, Boston, and Montreal. All shops seem to be slightly different. But we still havent found one that we like better than Mighty Moose. The store is a good size with a great selection. But the best advantage Mighty Moose has is passionate people. Both the owner and one other employee we met can offer great recommendations. Which is why on our recent trip to Seattle we made a point to stop by the shop again.

Its a fun shop personally owned come they have a nice huge variety but I couldnt find what I needed while I was there other than that this shop is really great

Fantastic! They had what I was looking for. Store is inviting with lots of my favorites. They even have a subscription service so I can get any of my latest favorites put on automatic hold when published.

This place is spectacular and the guy behind is really relaxed. You can tell he really likes comics. He helped me pick out some good comics like superman and action comics by Dan jurgens and peter j tomasi. This is probably the best comic shop I’ve been to. I will definitely tell my friends about this place .P.S thank you llan

Mighty Grumpy, beware!!!I’ve comic to this store on three separate occasions and found the older gentleman who runs the store to be very rude. I’ve come each time looking for something specific. I wait each time for him to engage me to make sure I’m not disturbing him and each time he is rude. He acts as if he doesn’t have time for a customer or I’m an annoyance even though I’ve waited for him to help me. Today he was openly muddering to himself out loud, very awkward. The one time I purchased something from the store he complained directly to me for using a debit card (transactions was over $25). I will never return to this store and will tell everyone i know that likes comics to stay away from this store, I recommend other do as well.
