The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They led me straight to the elliptical machine that was right for my situation. If I have learned anything in the past 6 months, its that you cant beat shopping for exercise equipment in-person. And this store gets it done at the highest level.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon looking to buy a heavier duty exercise bike. The staff listened to my wants and needs then showed me several different options. They answered all of my questions and never pressured me. I would go back to buy more equipment but they guaranteed me the bike I bought has a ten year warranty so I don’t imagine having to make many trips back.

William, the store mgr, was amazing. Instead of just reading off info from website he called their expert guy and helped me make best decision between the 2 bikes. I’ve used this bike in gym (Chrono) and was going to go with the Spinner shift because the price of the Chrono is a thousand dollars more. After he hung up with him and had all my questions answered, he told me the one I had originally wanted was on sale. So, I got the better of the 2, the Spinner Chrono. He went above and beyond. I’ve been shopping for a spinning bike for a while including Peloton and I went with this bike for many reasons … mostly due to the fact the handle bars can move from front to back as well as up and down. This was by far the best customer service experience compared to other shops including Peloton. Thank you and I’m gonna really enjoy this!!!

The crew is great! If you want to browse and look at things on your own, they let you. If you have questions or want help with equipment they give that with absolutely zero sales pressure. I highly recommend stopping in even if youre just contemplating working out.

I’ve had a Spirit elliptical on order since August and still don’t have it (now Christmas Day). I realize this is a unique year but I’ve been promised delivery multiple times and no one seems to know where it is or when it will arrive. I’ve contacted the store many times and always get referred to someone in Chicago; she’s been apologetic and says “2-3 more weeks” but I have zero confidence in that. I was originally promised delivery in September so take their delivery estimates with a grain of salt.UPDATE 1/12/2021: The store owner gave me the name of the regional sales manager who said he would call me; never did. Jessica in Chicago left a message last week that *maybe* the product would arrive this week. At one time Jessica offered a “free upgrade” that was “in stock” - that never happened either. Oh well pretty soon my gym will open up....UPDATE 1/19/2021: I finally received my elliptical today (Note, this was not a Precor brand product). Precor Home Fitness upgraded the product one level and are going to comp the deliver/setup fee, which is much appreciated. Although I feel like PHF could have done a better job of communicating with me during the past five months, probably the overseas manufacturer probably didnt communicate well with them either with respect to inventory/shipments to the U.S. It was an understandably extraordinary year for retailers - Ive changed my review to 4 stars and would recommend PHF to others.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, and VERY well supplied with a fresh stock of weights of various types, despite a nationwide shortage of dumbells, barbells, plates, kettle bells and balls.This combination makes the Precor in Bellevue a winner for someone looking for serious equipment that will last.

Fantastic customer service! I went in to try out rowing machines. Brian and Tye were very helpful and attentive, but very low pressure to sell which was just what I needed. After a day to contemplate, I came back and purchased a machine from them and the process was extremely simple, quick, and very helpful. I highly recommend checking them out if youre interested in exercise equipment!

Just went in to try out a couple of models of water rowers and see if Id prefer a monorail or a dual rail. Brian Smith was wonderfully helpful - he set us up with different models to try, gave us space and time to consider them, and provided all the information we needed to make a decision. Thanks to his help I felt confident buying a water rower, and we were able to get it home and set it up in the same day. I will absolutely be recommending Brian and Precor to anyone I know who needs exercise equipment.

We have had a number of transactions with the Precor store and theyve all been great. The last transaction was no different. Very competent and fair treatment. They make trading up very easy.

Awesome experience purchasing a stationary bike, trying them out in the store, getting advice. Delivery was right on schedule and on time. Now Im enjoying riding every night, watching virtual bike tours on my iPad, which sits perfectly on the machine. Only down side is that the Precor Bike comes with a manual that describes how to assemble and maintain the bike, but does not describe how to use it - how to set the controls, etc. I have no idea, and can only guess.

Brian, the GM, is absolutely fantastic. My wife and I were in looking for a treadmill and he was super helpful, full of good detailed information not only about treads but everything else we asked about as well. No pressure whatsoever, he is more interested in helping people get healthy vs making a sale and it shows.

Brian was great to work with. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. The store had a large variety of equipment. We were able to equip our entire home gym from this one place. The only negative was the checkout experience. Their computer system is antiquated and crashed multiple times while doing our large order. I purchased a reconditioned commercial grade elliptical trainer from Christian at Precor Home Fitness as a post holiday gift to myself. The residential models just didnt have the same smooth motion I wanted. The whole experience was fantastic and they followed through on every promise made during the transaction!! The guys at Precor were able to answer all of my questions about the machine, potential for repair and warranty info. These were important details when buying reconditioned equipment. I love my new machine. I love that the delivery went so smoothly and that it happened when planned. I will return to Christian to make my my next gear purchase!!

We had a marvelous experience at Pretor Home Fitness - Bellevue in no small part because of Brian who helped us every step of the way. No nonsense at this store, just a desire to provide the best customer service and make sure we walked away with a product that was a great fit for us and feeling good about our purchase. Brian is the man! My wife and I headed to the Bellevue store to try to find a way to get a Precor machine in our home. We have a six month old and settled on an elliptical as the perfect way to work out during naps.We wanted a Precor due to their reputation, but you also pay for the quality you get, this stuff is expensive! Brian took an hour out of his day to walk us through machines in store, and then easily another hour on the phone and texting with me and all of my wacky questions and thoughts.Not once did I ever feel like we were speaking with a sales person. Brian even gave us his personal thought on a route we should go to get a machine in our home at a price point we could manage.It is clear Brian is not only passionate about Precor as a compnay, he is passionate about helping the community around him get in the best shape possible. To top it off, he is just a cool dude. Youve got one of the good ones in Brian, Precor, keep it up!

We went to Precor fitness to check out a few exercise bikes. The salesman Tony was very helpful in explaining the differences between an upright and recumbent bikes. He let us try out a few and explained the pros and cons of each model. Though, we did not buy a bike that day, we were very happy with Tony and the store.
