My mom and I visited Seattle a few day ago and we went to buy my Seattle charm at the Bellevue location. They did not have it in stock but the manager Ana Lungu was so nice and provided such nice customer service. She had the charm shipped to us for free. She redesigned my bracelet and cleaned it and we ended up having so much fun in the store with her. She also kept me posted on the package status and overall I have to say this is the best experience I ever had at Pandora. Thank you Ana, we will definitely visit you when we come back to Seattle

I had time to kill before my appointment at the Apple store so I decided to go into this store looking for some cute jewelry. The lady who served me was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to show me some earrings and ask me thoughtful questions. The cherry on top was she found out that I’m hard of hearing and fluent in American sign language and it happens that her mother is deaf. Wonderful coincidence!

Had a very nice experience at Christmas time at this store. They acknowledged us in the line and the team was very helpful.I came back to shop for a gift in January and I was helped immediately and the sales associate had very nice recommendations for me.

This store is so clean and they follow all the safety rules that the state has in place, they sanitize everything you touch (southcenter storeis dirty).The manager was so nice and knowledgeable. She helped us pick a birthday gift and I will for sure come back and shop at this store again.

I love my jewelry from Pandora and one of the reasons I prefer to buy here is because I dont have to clean my jewelry- they do it for me. Ive dropped off my rings and earrings here multiple times before and then walked around the mall to shop but the new form of cleaning is a bit ridiculous. I dont want you to show me how to diy and wste my time watching you for 30 minutes- i just want you to clean it per the reason I chose to purchase it here. Showing the customer how to diy make me feel like the jeweler no longer wants to uphold their end of the complimentary cleaning bargain anymore.

Really bad service. The seller cheats on the promotion information in order to make us buy more. This let us feel suck. Also do not provide boxes for us. I must mention that this seller is a white woman with long hair. Although not ugly the appearance, but her heart is dark. The altitude is really bad. I don’t want to say any word with such guy any more.

Do not order online, wait until they open their stores; I ordered four items and only received three. I contacted Pandora on the day of delivery, two weeks later I am still waiting for a response.

When I asked for the weight of gold in the 18k earrings as it sounded a bit on the higher side, she laughed and was like what is that? No one asks the weight of gold. Now, how else will I know if they are charging a fair price or not?Will never recommend or visit this shop again.

My boyfriend started buying me jewelry 2 1/2 years ago from the Bellevue location. I had never stepped foot into a Pandora store before. I since have worked with Jenni and have loved ❤️ Every single thing she has hand picked out with my boyfriend. Yes, I have had to return a few items due to size etc... She has never made me felt bad about bringing something back. One of my bracelets broke and I texted her, she already had an exchange waiting for me. She is the most calm and sweet person. Ask for her when you visit this location. She even picks out things you might not be sure about. Those ones have become my favorite staple pieces.

Quickest way to spend money :) We were assisted by Victoria, who has a very clear idea of her inventory at the store.

I went in to ask about returning or exchanging an item that I had purchased online. When I went in, all three attendants were busy with other customers. I waited over ten minutes just standing there and not one of those women even acknowledged me. I understand that they were busy, but a simple well be with your shortly! would have been better than them randomly and awkwardly making eye contact with me and acting like I was an inconvenience. Just acknowledge that your customer is there! I wouldnt have minded waiting if they hadnt been so rude.I decided to mail back my item instead of exchanging it. I dont need to be bothered with poor customer service.
