Joseph, the store manager, is fabulous and the true treasure of Belle Square. He listens and is fun to work with. I absolutely love the Chanel and Tiffany frames he selected for me. Go see Joseph, you wont regret it.
I bought a pair of Reyban sunglasses and after using a few times I’ve noticed that it doesn’t quite fit on my face and for some reason it was giving me a headache. I tried to return or exchange at this location. They mentioned since it’s been past 3 months I could only exchange within a. Year. They asked me to come back since the assistant girl wasn’t there I went and came back after 30 min and the assistant girl ( talk, skinny, brunette with glasses) whom was very rude and angry told me she can’t do a return or exchange. She completely was looking down on me which made me feel so uncomfortable. I would have totally be fine with not getting a return or exchange if she had a better attitude. If you hate your job, don’t work for a customer service. I’m never shopping from this location and I don’t recommend it
Ugh! Terrible customer experience and they lack training. Alex is so sensitive and emotional and rude. Major training required how to deal with customers, don’t take things personally and leave your emotions out of the door.
Perfect service. Specially very calm and patient lady who I forgot to ask her name . She helped me very much to find a good sun glass after long time searching.

Alex (store manager), told me based upon a micro scratch that I was not able to return based my Rayban Chromance sunglasses. She implied that I was trying pull a slick one on them despite the salesperson selling me those sunglasses AND the receipt explicitly states the “Easy Return Policy”. The sunglasses were in every possible facet in resellable condition. If Sunglasses hut does not honor their “Perfect Pair Promise” for this pair of sunnies, they might as acknowledge that their return policy I.e. “you’ll just need proof of purchase and original packaging” is a marketing ploy to bait and switch clients knowingly. There is no condition stating that a perceived micro tear would suffice as reason to reject their “promise”.

Terrible customer service. They charged me in store for placing an online order, after one day of waiting and not receiving the email receipt for the purchase, called them back to check the status, and it appeared that the order was canceled, while I was charged. I had to call them 20 time over one week to inquire about a time-line for getting a refund, the store manager, Alex who is a rude and irresponsible person said that she would not be able to help me with the refund and hanged up the phone. I tried to call back and the phone was unplugged. Stay away from this store.
I didint buy anything on this store but on their store in Southcenter. The lady which I failed toask her name just simply adjusted my shades according to what I what in a matter of second without asking any details. She is very experienced and professional.
