I am not buying another item from this store!! I was ok with some rude staff members because I had the option of just going to someone nicer. But if an item is not serviced on time or as promised, I would atleast expect an update or say an apology. I understand that the pandemic has made things tricky for all of us. But if you promise a service with confidence, it might still be a good idea to start by apologizing before brusquely dismissing a client and blaming FedEx for everything. After all, I bought the ring from Tiffany, not FedEx. And one tends to be more understanding when you first acknowledge the delay, apologize and then pass the buck. Not make the client feel like its their fault for expecting good service from a brand like yours.

Been here a few times, some employees are slow and rude, others are quick and very polite. If you dont like your salesperson, simply look for someone else thats available and theyre usually better. I was there the other day and knew what I wanted to purchase. The salesperson was quick to show me what I wanted, prepared and packaged the item nicely in a box. I was in and out within 5 minutes, very impressed.

We had my engagement ring purchased at the Bellevue store, the sales are not professional as she promised us gifts but it never arrived, and she never returned texts after the purchase is closed. Apart from that, it took her days to find out the fluorescence detail on our diamond. The store manager and my sales did not provide a microscope diamond check even after we requested one and no professional knowledge and expertise were given in the process of purchasing. (we were invited to the private room at the Portland T&C store, the store manager and the greeting salesperson were passionate about the brand and brand story. They provided a lot of info on the diamond we purchased, and they are proud to work at T&C.)Later, we had our first resizing done months after the purchase at the Bellevue store, the whole process is handled poorly. The customer service guy basically dumped our diamond ring on the placemat on the day of pick-up. It is an expensive ring. He has no gloves on and no detail given. His attitude was also pretty condescending. He might be the general store manager at the Bellevue store too. I have experience shopping in both Portland and Seattle Tiffany, they have way better customer service. Dont go to Bellevue tiffany. They are making the brand feel cheap.

There is only one reason I go to this store to see a wonderful sales lady who is absolutely phenomenal. If she ever left I would take my business elsewhere. She is the only one that excels in customer service. I find the other Sales staff, dismissive and the front door security gentleman is extremely rude when asked a simple question. He had accused my husband and I of trying to jump to the head of the line. His rude gestures and tone were jarring as you would never expect this from T&C. We have spent thousands and thousands of $$$ at this store. COVID restrictions or not, treat your customers with respect and dignity.

I placed an order here and they told me some one will call me in 3 weeks and notify me to pick my item up but no one called and when I called they just said yes your item is ready when I asked why no one called they said oh maybe you did not pickup which was a lie however I went there and explain to the person that no one called but she said oh ok .... thats it. no one even apologize which is so disappointing and looks like when you pay they dont care about you as they already got the money so sad and disappointed

Ive had a terrible experience with Tiffany Bellevue. Ive never left a google review before (especially negative ones) and Ive never filed complaints about any store or company in my life. However, I decided to do that because this store is horrible. The management team and its employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. Ive spent over $30K on Tiffany rings and accessories at multiple stores in many different countries but their (people working at Tiffany Bellevue) behavior and responses to my complaint were ridiculous. Please AVOID this store and go to Seattle one!!

Had an EXCELLENT first visit to Tiffanys in Bellevue. I worked with Mr. Finnie and I would highly recommend asking for him. I was shopping for a 40th birthday present for my best friend and I. I ended up getting matching engraved toggle bracelets and a toggle necklace and charm for myself. Incredibly excited to pick up my items next week. Truthfully couldnt be happier with the service I received and the items I chose. Also note the custom engraving was estimated to take 2 weeks... but they had it done in 3 days. Nice bonus!

If there would be a zero star review, I would rate it.We have a few items that we bought from the store at this location, and the experience was never great. The expectations weren’t high.But at this time no one even said “hi” to us neither when we walked in, nor the whole time we were in the store. Was it because we were dressed very simple, I don’t know, but was very disappointing and unprofessional.There were 3 sales people on the floor and only one of them was with the customers.Again, we didn’t expect much, but not even greet the people that walk in seems very rude.This is for the corporate:I do not know how they reward their employees or how much is the pay, so no one even says “Hi” to you, but I would definitely do something, because even people that truly love the product one day would never come back

My first time coming to Tiffany’s was this location and will probably be my last time shopping at the bellevue mall location. Had some difficulties exchanging a ring for the proper size due to them never setting up my account with them (that I asked them to) never got my email receipt that I asked for. And when I went in they also had a hard time finding my receipt on their end due to someone marking it under “exchange” or “return” I can’t remember specifically, however when in reality it was a purchase. This made my actual exchange process more difficult than it needed to be and at the end of my exchange I told them to add me into the system AGAIN. And they never did. It’s okay for people to make mistakes however the constant hiccups in a first time purchase from a high end jewelry I did not expect. I now have bought multiple pieces from the seattle location, I feel more welcomed there, and they set up my account without hesitation. If your going to buy Tiffany the quality or service should match the quality of the items. I recommend the seattle location, Over this one.

Came here for ring cleanings. They consistently provided bad service and great at giving you a generous amount of attitude. Even when they don’t look busy, they are slow and rude. Tiffany in general doesn’t provide good service, but this one is especially bad along side the U Village location which closed down. I see why.

Very rude security,went inside there was 2 customers 2 employees plus the security guy and we was 2 other customers,we was told to wait in front before someone can help us after i asked can we just look around before the lady can help since it’s said “due to COVID-19 customer occupancy 27 people” with us 2 there was a total of 7 people together,he looked at me very frustrated and told us “actually you have to wait outside i replied how about customer occupancy he replied back sir wait outside,Never gonna come back to a store where you coming to spend money but they treat you like a piece of sh*t

I was there Saturday evening looking at engagement rings with my soon to be fiancé, and the experience we had was absolutely horrible. It took awhile for us to be greeted, the woman seemed annoyed to be helping us, when I asked a question about a ring I got a very snobby answer. I think every woman dreams of a getting a Tiffany engagement ring, and I’m one of the lucky girls who was about to get one. I will now be getting a very lovely custom piece from another company that was more than happy to help us, and went above and beyond to make our moment special.

The most unfortunate experience shopping with Tiffany today. Went there with my husband to pick up the earrings we choose earlier (it was my husbands present to me). Brought cashier check from the bank because of the price $$$ you know...They made us go through a very long(~30 min) and humiliating procedure of verifying the check. Ill just mention a few steps of many. For example, they asked my husband to show 2 different IDs (do you often carry 2 IDs with you?!!! and since when 1 ID is not enough)? Doesnt ID document IDENTIFIES your personality? Then they requested a document that would confirm our home address(WHAT?!). Then they scanned the check, called bank, and so on. Ive never before felt so unhappy buying expensive jewelry.Until today Tiffany was to me this perfect place where dreams come true. The magic is now completely ruined.We bought the earrings, check was proven to be real (what a surprise! Bank does pre-authorization the moment they give you check, come on Tiffany!). The day that my husband planned to be perfect was ruined.I dont think I want to return to this particular Tiffany store ever again.

This is - without a single doubt - the best Tiffany & Co. experience I’ve had and continue to have (we’re talking many visits.) across many states... and even the downtown Seattle boutique.The whole team is fantastic, but my SA Sonya has got to be the best! If you need someone who is attentive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for your piece to be perfect... look no further! She and everyone from the security to the director of the store have gone above and beyond during my visits to ensure I have the best time and leave feeling like royalty. Some luxury brands are about the game and overpriced fluff but Sonya and this Tiffany & Co. remind me what it feels like to be treated like a valued customer and for that reason I will frequent this place for years to come.

The staff is always consistantly friendly and attentive. I own several Tiffany pieces that were gifted to me, so I always like to browse around when Im in Bellevue and the staff there never has as problem with me just browsing. I do intend on buying there someday and would definately buy at the Bellevue location.
