I had a great experience here. I came in after placing an online order but wanted to browse around a bit. The bud tender told me to take a look at the stock and explained where everything was. He checked in and made sure I didn’t have any questions. He was super knowledgeable and explained a lot of stuff to me. He showed me a few products that he thought would help me pain and anxiety wise. The patch he recommended has helped both my mom and i with our chronic pain. The pricing isn’t too bad either. I live way down in Graham but will be traveling to the auburn location in hopes it’s just as good.

As long as I have been going to this store all of the staff have been 100% friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, safe and clean. I see people complaining about being made to leave the store because of an expired i.d., complaining because they checked 5 dollar bills, complaining because they where asked to check there backpack. I say this to those people: lose your attitude and and remember where you are and what you are doing which to say is you are in a business that sells a legalized and previously criminally scheduled substance and that because of this rules and regulations must be vigorously observed. When in Rome!

Sorry but i had to report you guys to WA health for covid sanction violations of requiring customers to remove their face cover while indoors company premise.A solution would be to have them remove it while standing outside or not at all.Ive been to over 20 dispensaries in WA and NONE require you to remove your mask...

Never had a bad experience here. I avoided this place for a while because of the reviews. Turns out the reviewers are a bunch of entitled whiners complaining about having to follow the rules of a newly legal industry. Shopping here feels the same as shopping at any other pot shop, no complaints.

If I could give it less than one star I would. HORRIBLE customer service. We ordered online, got to the store they bagged up and gave my boyfriend a completely different product which was more expensive (he paid it no mind because he thought the price online was incorrect as it’s happened before here and also because his English isn’t the best). He literally walked to the car (which was right in front of the store) opened the bag to show me and and noticed it was wrong. He turned to go back into the store (he never got into the car) and they basically told him they can’t exchange or return flower and that we should’ve caught at the time of transaction and sent him back out the store. I then called and they basically said it was our fault. I’ll be going back to green theory. It’s a little further of a drive but they’ve never given us any issues.

Just went in 4-21-21 customer service was impeccable, but it was so hot it was miserable for me and the other customers. Won’t be going again on a hot day for sure. Y’all can’t make your employees suffer like that!

It was terrible service I felt humiliated when they asked to leave the bag to be able to enter the establishment. One star is a lot for the service that they have .

Evergreen Market is a great pot shop! It’s easy to get to, has a wide variety of quality products, the budtenders are helpful/knowledgeable, and the shop is well designed. One of my favorite places to stock up on edibles and flower.

Ive never seen a store check $5 bills to see if they are fraudulent until now. Im not sure if I should be offended. Do I look sus? Other than that security seems super cringe. Security called me in over the radio even though I was the only customer in the store and the woman at the register was aware. The last time I came here security yelled at me but I couldnt understand her cause she was high. Something about demanding I stand in line even though I wanted to browse the store before buying my online order.One star for the location. Another star for the online order process.One of my orders had mold. It was on sale so go figure. Also some of my orders seem to be light with the security stickers not being properly sealed.

“We display the newer product but when we call it to the back they will use the oldest product first to try and extend quality of inventory” is what I was told over the phone as to why I was sold product that turned to dust upon touch. So I checked the tag on the back that read “Blank(rather not include the product producer)” harvest date April 11 2020, today December 8th 2020. Returned to store and was told “all sales are final” and I should have asked harvest date prior to purchase.....

This store is so bright and beautiful! The staff are really nice, helpful and know what they are talking about! It is like no other experience I have had in a retail pot shop. Definitely recommend!

If I could minus stars I would, a guy said I could be a thief and I should take of my backpack and I said how do I know your not a thief and will try to steal my backpack? He didn’t like that and kicked me out of the shop without helping me! If the backpack don’t come off my shoulders then what is the big problem??????

I’m here at this location often and I love it. Staff always makes me feel welcome and they are happy and prepared to answer any questions I have. Recommend to anyone that lives in the downtown area for sure!

Hopeful that this place will get better as they did just open so they deserve a break. Online order system is kinda messed up so if youre having issues you need to call. They need an additional sign to be able to correctly navigate. I had a okay experience but Ill be back to see if its better in the future.

This place is great. I buy gifts there for friends when they come to town amd never know what I am doing and they are always very patient and helpful. The staff are the happiest most knowledgeable people. Honestly Ive spent thousands of dollars in places where the service hasnt been half as good as the service here is for $60 worth of gummies. Every time I go in I leave with a smile.

Evergreen market is terrible. They never have good deals and their selection is bunk. I receive promotional text messages from them and I got one that didnt have any deals, prices or promotions. It just linked me here to write a review because theyre trying to pad their score. A TERRIBLE shop, go to ruckus in Seattle if you want quality bud for a good price.

First impression great looking and well layed out. I was greeted through their wooded entrance after a quick id check by a delightful employee named hutch and whisked to the counter where i was helped with ease. Prices are normal for the area. Staff seemed friendly and open to answering stupid questions. The one downside is the entrance which can be tricky to find since its down a small driveway so look for the sign! All in all a good stop for your pot requirements in bellevue.

First time CBD user. My grandson suggested I try it as I was going through a period of sadness and anxiety, uncontrolled crying. So I went to Evergreen Market. Through my choked sobbing I explained what my grandson told me. A very understanding and comforting young lady showed me products and made a recommendation of an edible mango flavored CBD with a tiny bit of THC. About an hour after chewing it (it tasted good) I was no longer crying, felt calm and the sadness was in the background. I was aware of it but also accepting. I was helped so much! The store was clean, the salesperson knowledgeable and this old lady was not made to feel weird being there. I continue to use the product whenever I feel the need and recommend Evergreen Market. One other thing. If you feel awkward going into a “pot shop” Evergreen is tucked away so your best friend won’t see your car, unless she comes there too.

Will not honor their own specials. Many other stores around that actually do honor promotions, and are much friendlier.

Security at this facility is a joke all around. Feel free to email me. Ill be more than blunt on what needs to change. Even If i did smoke weed, you would have perminatly lost a Customer.

They sold me a Orange Push Pop 1937 1g pre-rolled joint that had been unwrapped at the tip with weed taken from it. They may appear professional but this place is shady. Check your pre-rolls before leaving this location.

Awful in-store experience. Huge space with three or four people working, but the product is spread out over a huge area.I went in to get a few pre-rolls and Airo Pro cartidges. One employee took my order through an IPad, and I followed him around to various display cases to see them. Then, he sent me to the checkout counter.I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Then, my pre-rolls came out from the back. Then, the cashier walked around the store to find my cartridge.For this simple transaction, it took over 10 minutes. Not what people are looking for! Not to mention the employees were ridiculously high which is against the WSLCB laws.

The on line menu sounded good but the store experience was totally different on morning of August 9, 2019. The store appears to have a vast & perhaps varied inventory, however, the sales people did not seem to know the product(s). First a female, after I explained I was interested in CBD, passed me off to an older guy. Besides making a purchase I was looking for some educational information (particularly about CBD) and pot or flower recommendations or specials. None of that happened. I purchased a CBD tincture & some Kush without the assistance or guidance of the attendant; actually he got my order wrong---capsules instead of tincture.As a small business owner & employer myself it was really disappointing experience. Wait in line to be id, wait your turn to ponder all these sealed containers, tell the attendant which one you want, wait for the product & consider leaving a tip. My tip would: learn your trade. There is no reason I would ever give them a second chance.
