Great prices, great staff. So nice to have a real hockey shop on the Eastside. They do a phenomenal job sharpening skates, too. Tons of stuff for adults and youth - you can get just about anyone of any size or skill outfitted here.They also carry other sports equipment as well, just more hockey forward - which personally appeals to me.

The entire staff at Elevate was awesome throughout the entire process. From initial questions to letting me try on multiple variations of gear right there in store. They answered every question I had and even offered to transport used gear from their Tacoma shop as I was shopping on a budget. I highly recommend Elevate as your hockey store. This place rocks. The staff are knowledgeable, nice and are really committed to helping you find what you need. I needed a whole set of ice hockey pads and they took the time to show me options, give advice on where to spend a little more and where used would be OK.

We are a new to hockey family, and have found other stores do not have the quality of customer service Elevate does. Jacob and Eddie are first class. I ask a lot of questions(probably dumb questions) and they always take the time to explain the answers. I have not been to a store with better customer service.
