I went to HD Fowler when I needed to pick up a 1-in backflow and a few other parts including two frost-free hydrants. These guys and girls are very professional and I was able to pick up everything I needed in one trip they have hot coffee and hot chocolate and soup plus filtered water which is great if you ask me. I also like HD Fowler because they have employees that get all of the parts so keep up the good work thank you.

Great company, good customer service behind counter, but it take forever for you to get your parts at Bellevue branch. 30 min just to get a valve box and over a hour yesterday to get a Romax and some parts. And its not just yesterday and today its all the time. Never had that problem in the marysville branch. Otherwise everything else is great here
