I just read some of the reviews on this store. My experience has been the exact opposite of the negative reviews. I have found the manager to be extremely helpful and have returned things in the past, with no hassle or pressure to buy anything. I find all of the staff to be friendly, welcoming and helpful. Friends who have shopped there have commented to me on how helpful and friendly the staff is. It is my favorite store to visit in Bellevue Square.

If you pay attention to things that have fine detail and have a love for Unique products you should definitely check out Brighton. The store has a long list of cute jewelry bags and accessories and looking around you find one thing after another that catches your eye it makes you want it. I dont regret buying anything I buy here and Im coming back to buy more. You really have to come inside the place to realize the kind of products theyre selling tooled leather bags and silver adorned shoes are among the products.Check the store hours and come by and even if you dont have the money to buy anything youll remember and want to buy something later only because the product will stay in your mind.

Tried to make a return of a product I purchased online that was purchased as a gift and the woman who appeared to be in charge was pushy and tried to insist that I keep it. The other staff were nice enough but that didn’t make up for the managers frustrating way of interacting with me. Brighton will never get my money again. If I could give zero stars I would

I agree with you Sunny, customer service definitely need to improve. When I am in the store spending $400+ on a handbag the staff are helpful. Call them back inquiring about a $40 free bracelet they offered to me via voice mail for being a VIP customer and have Linda literally laugh in my face saying with attitude those are not longer available. Well Linda keep your $40 non-offer and Ill keep the $s I would have spent in the store in 2018. If I could return the $1200+ in merchandise I purchased there last year I would - not that I dont love what I bought but only to prove a point Linda - you are working in the customer service world. Well if you are not the store owner perhaps I should say you used to work in the customer service world because I for one would not continue to employ you.
