Terrible!! We bought a used 2008 Nissan Sentra. Paid cash. I was told by Nick S its a great car. Test drove it and it ran fine with no service engine soon light on. Picked it up the next day and shortly after we got it home the service engine light came on. So far we have had to replace the mass air flow sensor ($112), then a few days later the catalytic converter was completely plugged and had to have it replaced ($850). Now a month later the engine is knocking very loudly. We bought this car for our 17 year old daughter and now we are out the 3500 bucks and the 1000 plus dollars with no car to get her to school. I emailed Nick and hoped to hear back. Nothing worse than being ripped off buying a car.

I bought a nice older impala that when I got it home the transmission was slipping and the speedometer jumped around. I bought it with the understanding that it needed a little tlc but the major problems were hidden rather well from me. They got me good with this one.

The car I originally wanted was gone, but they were more than helpful in finding another close to my price range, they were understanding and honest and helped me to get a vehicle that fit my needs. The only issues I had were that I had to replace my brake pad and rotors all the way around in the first week of owning my vehicle and the inside could have been detailed so much better.

Natalie was amazing!!!! I called the store and she took my call. We set up a time to look at vehicles. When I arrived, I was greeted kindly. Natalie listened to my wants, needs and situation. I bought a used Nissan rogue from Nick Savas at this dealership and I couldnt be happier with the deal we made, no ridiculous fees or extras being tagged on the end like some dealerships try to do! I had a vehicle I was very upside down on and very bad credit, Alex was able to get us into a brand new vehicle at a similar payment. My one and only complaint was being told things would be ready to go by 1030 the next day by the owner and they werent, waited till the next day and ended up waiting another 7 hours to hear anything, we had to call again and ended up rushing around late in the evening to get the deal done. We had to call there several times. We were told they were waiting on the bank but a courtesy call would have been nice to keep us informed of what was going on. Alex ended up meeting us with the car so we didnt have to drive all the way there and Alex was very nice and easy to work with.

Bought a used Ford Edge here last week, and was very pleased with everyone at the dealership. The entire staff was helpful and friendly throughout the sale even when I came back a couple of times before deciding to pull the trigger. Then when a minor item came up on the car a day after the sale, the service department was right on it. Two thumbs up to Edwards Mitsubishi in Bellevue.

The staff is very nice. The don’t try to force you into anything you don’t want. They work really hard to get you financed through a lender. My co-signer is handicapped so my sales person followed me home so they could get the papers signed. Would refer people to them and will get my next car from them.

Well I thought everything went smooth until I paid cash for a used vehicle and didnt get the title. It has now been 2 weeks and no title. I was also told the vehicle had a recent oil change and it did not. Anyway Im not too happy about not having a title and have been told twice I would get a call back to let me know where it is. I guess the commission on a used vehicle doesnt warrant good customer service. I wont be back.

My experience was amazing! I was there for awhile but it’s because the sales guys were trying to give me the best deal and the best payments! This place is one of the worst car dealerships Ive had the unfortunate mistake of dealing with. Firstly, I would like to say that they did not detail the car I bought very well to prep it for selling. Which I thought was alright because I had originally seen the car online and fell in love. Got to the dealership and it reeked of cigarettes. Took it home, scrubbed the upholstery and got the cabin air filter changed out and it was fine. But then, I went to register the car. When I got to the DMV, they told me that the title was not put in the system yet. This had been over a month since I bought it and the in transit was technically expired (even though during the pandemic it has been common to see expired in transits). After contacting their titles office, they said that the title office didnt have the title yet. So in other words, theyre selling cars that they dont have the titles to. When they finally did get the title in they said they had yet to have it inspected. So I had to take the time out of my day to have it inspected. And all this is after me trying to get ahold of them and they would not pick up their phones. These people are irresponsible and do not do anything necessary to properly sell the car. They expect the customer to do all the running and work for them. On top of all that when i was able to register yesterday, they gave me the wrong copy of the information for the the DMV and now my friends at the DMV have to struggle to get the correct papers.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS!!!! They are selling salvage title vehicles without disclosing the information. They have left my son, whos truck was stolen, without a vehicle because the insurance company wont pay out because, (they admit it should have never been insured for full coverage) but because of this failure they wont pay out on the totaled vehicle. Crooks, lying SOBs

He did a great job of making me feel comfortable. He also did a great job explaining things to me in a way I understood.

I purchased a used car here for my daughter on an extremely cold day this last winter. Due to the frigid temperature I didn’t think to check the air conditioner. We later discovered that the ac doesn’t work. I understand that the car is sold as is. I feel the ac issue should of been disclosed. It could have potentially been a deal breaker if they refused to fix it before purchasing (which of course is why they don’t disclose this info). Seems like a very shady business. We won’t be returning.

I worked with Kurt Dado, and he was amazing. I had absolutely zero troubles with him whatsoever. And as someone who knows more than the average person about cars - he gave me the courtesy of never once assuming I didnt know what I was talking about despite being a 20 year old young woman.

Eddy Sr. Was my salesmen he was very helpful Im very outgoing very easy to work with. I test drove a 2009 Saturn Vue in a 2009 Chevy Impala LT the Impala had brand new tires a very clean car. I ended up buying the Impala once we left and got to about plattsmouth my reduced engine power came across my dash I could not go over 50 miles an hour. So I was really worried it took them over an hour to find the keys to the Impala for me to test drive it when I test drove it it sounded like there was something wrong with the power steering. I just decided to take it to my local mechanic when he looked at it he said it it wasnt the power steering it was I needed a new pinion and rack. With that part alone it was going to cost me around $1,500 for the part and labor. I needed a new washer fluid pump when I test drove it I forgot to check if the air conditioning worked so I asked Eddie senior so I forgot to check the air conditioning does it really work and he said oh yeah it beats cold when I bought it and took it home and tried it it didnt work at all so I need a new AC unit also. I did have them run a diagnostic test to it to see what was all wrong with it when I before I bought it. they just told me the leak was due to the power steering which I figured easyfix Ill just take it to my mechanic didnt think it was going to need a new pinion and a new rack. I guess you get what you pay for but I wasnt expecting to put $3,500 of work into a vehicle that I just bought a day before and thats what I paid for the vehicle I wasnt planning on spending $7,000 on a vehicle. they should tell you everything thats wrong with a vehicle specially if they do a diagnostic test on it there. Not saying its a bad place but just be really really careful with what you buy when its used Ive learned my lesson the hard way.

Bought a used vehicle here, signed the as is no warranty and all, a day later I noticed just minor problems with the vehicle Id purchased and when I assumed I was just screwed I had David contact me right away after Id left a voicemail to the sales team and he made it right, personally I usually dont even write reviews unless a place really screwed me but he made it worth it to say something. Not a bad place Im happy with the decision id made to go here. Thanks David!

I went up to look at cars. The salesperson was friendly but the things the managers told me were lies.I had told them what my salary was and how much I wanted my payments to be.The manager said he could make that happen but after my test drive he wouldn’t even come close to what I was able to pay.On our way out the door he promised he would give us a courtesy call the next morning which he never did.

I just bought a vehicle there and the salesman was a nice guy. However, when the time came to register the vehicle they refused to include that in the loan. I live in Iowa and the dealership is in Nebraska. They never discussed this when we did the loan or anything. I asked about it the past few days and they still refuse to help me out when they should have included it in the loan. I do not recommend this place at all and will never go back here.

While we like the car, dealing with Edwards after the sale to get our registration paperwork has been a complete nightmare and is still ongoing. The dealership has avoided resolving the problem - which is 100% their fault - for a literal month as of today. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. Ive never had an experience this terrible with a car dealership ever. I wouldnt recommend Edwards to anyone and I wish Google would let me give zero stars.

I have been to several dealerships who were not honest with me and they would try to sell me a car that they themselves would never drive. When I came to Edwards, I was greeted with such amazing service, from the time that I stepped foot through the door to the very end when I got my keys to my new car!My sales rep was Billie Fouts and she herself is an asset to the company. Not only did she have such great customer service skills, but she made my visit with her very personable. While we waited for the banks to work with the finance department, she could see that I was feeling down because I was nervous about my credit not being so great, that she started asking me questions to get to know me better, and as we conversated, I felt so much better. I didnt feel like, I was just a sale or transaction to her, she treated me like a person as well as a friend. She also reassured me that she would do everything she could within reason to try to get me into a car. She is an amazing person, and Edwards is lucky to have her as an employee!I also want to say that Lonnie Weaver from finance was a tremendous help as well! He works very hard and he is amazing at his job! I apologize that this is so long lol, but I also want to thank the entire team at Edwards because every single one of you makes a difference!

Terrible place to buy a car DO NOT buy your car from here.They seem like great people at first then won’t give a care after you sign for the car. Bought my car not to long ago and brakes went out already and got them replaced and the next day started to shake and took it back in AGAIN and they said they didn’t tighten the brake pads. And Three days later brakes are Grinding again and called them and was hung up on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They also give you a free tank of gas after you place a good review so don’t let all these good reviews fool you like it did with me.

This is an update to my initial review of Edwards Mitsubishi on 10/26/18. I bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox in the rain and didnt realize it was covered in hail damage. Lonnie at Edwards assured me they would fix it and they did. They gave me a loaner for about a week and repaired the hail damage. I am thrilled with the results and the customer service I received at Edwards Mitsubishi. Thank you, thank you, thank you for keeping your word and for the excellent customer service. Natalie did a great job as far as a salesperson.the Sales manager Kurt did not want to honor the price until i showed him a lower one on the windshield of the vehicle. the finance guy wanted to charge me an absurd interest rate when i called him on it it was cut in half

LOVE our new Outlander! These guys were great. My husband and I went in with a budget and we werent pressured to go above it. Our salesman showed us our options and helped think outside the box to get us the best deal possible. If you are looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend checking this dealership out. We had been to dozens of dealerships before this one and not one of them even compared to Edwards Mitsubishi when it came to prices, honest salesman, and straight up good customer service.
