Terrible service the manager didn’t want to help. In fact she ignored my family and continued to put away parts instead of dealing with customers which by the way is her number one concern. The clerk at the desk didn’t know what they were doing. I tried to exchange a tool that was broken and under a lifetime warranty with the receipt and was told it wasn’t his problem. I then proceeded to the Waco advance auto parts and the were quite the opposite very willing to help very knowledgeable and quick to try to exchange the tools. They are definitely the store I would recommend for anyone trying to get parts or tools.
Well informed and friendly counter personnel. I accidentally dropped my wallet and returned to the store about 30 minutes later and the clerk had put it back and returned it to me.
Great service and friendly staff. Wanted to see if my battery was ka-put or if I had other problems. The staff checked my battery and when it showed as bad (which I figured was the case) they showed me several options and I picked one and they took the time to put it in for me at no charge. Good to see this kind of service hasnt disappeared!
Horrible customer service! I went in while there was only one other customer and was completely ignored. I stood at the counter with my product ready to pay for 10 minutes while the cashier wandered around looking for a car battery for somebody else without ever acknowledging me. I finally told him I would have to come back the next day and still he just said sorry and let me go and lost a sale! I went to Napa down the road and had a wonderful experience!
Got in and out quickly so have a little change in my pocket, cool.

The guy in charge here on Feb 4, 2021 must have been having a bad afternoon. You could see it the way he was treating me and the guy that started helping me. They both accomplished the task, but a friendly attitude can go a long way. At the end I did get what I needed, but i was courteous and somewhat knowledgeable in what I needed. All I can say is sorry for the people before me, but do not take it out in me.

I have had to go to this store many times and everytime I do it seems like there are 2 workers chatting and pretending to work in the back shelving area and 1 person working the register but clearly has no desire to help customers. I have walked in and been the only customer in the store, stood in the same area looking for what I needed, clearly needing some help, and not one employee walked over and asked if there was anything they could help me find or anything. There is almost always a line and if they are going to have to go out to your vehicle to test a battery or check the codes on your car you are in for a wait. There are other auto stores in the area this isnt a top pick to say the least

Definitely recommend this place. When the other advanced auto parts in the Waco area, found on Beverly Hills and Valley Mills refused to help out with service we clearly deserved (warranty products, and warranting then out), this place was able to help us without any issues! Highly recommend.
The old white lady with white hair wouldnt answer any questions about the product and kept saying Google it and the when me and my friend are getting into the car she went to the store window and gave us dirty looks!

Do NOT use this to drop off UPS packages!!! Droped a 1 night air delivery package off on Wendsday and its now FRIDAY and my package has still not left the location nor will they return the package to me so I can take it elsewhere! I paid UPS $80 to overnight a package that is still sitting at the drop off location 2 days later!! These people are 100% incompetent.
They checked my battery and found it good. What a relief.
I had been looking for tie rod ends for a old 4x4 truck I recently bought to restore. The previous owner had changed out the axles and had 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive parts. The guys at Advance took time to help me figure out which parts I needed and matched my old parts with the correct replacement parts. Great guys with patience.

Always friendly and helpful staff. 99% of the time they have the best prices over any other part store. If they dont have it, they will find it & get it for you. The only auto parts store I use Period! Wait time is the only thing I would like to see improve.
Oil change was quick. $5.00 senior discount, but you have to ask for it. Able to stay in the car. $33.53 total. More than Walmart, but no wait time.
Crystal was the best! I spoke to her before I got there and she remembered who I was and what I needed. She was fast, thorough and most of all she was professional and kind. Highly recommend!
Some staff here are not very knowledgeable. But for simple projects like fluids replacement, wiper blade changes, etc then this place is okay. But as far as price wise and parts availability they don’t stand out from any other run of the mill chain auto parts store. In my experience you can typically find more knowledgeable sales associates at a NAPA auto parts. If you need knowledge on a more difficult task try NAPA. But if you just need easy and convenience then this is a good place.

The staff there is either kinda knowledgeable or knows nothing at all. This store WILL NOT answer the phone. After I went it the store, there were other customers inside complaining about having to come into the store to check on things because they couldnt get an answer on the phone. They have a lot of products in stock as long as you know what you need before you go in. If I didnt get a little discount there because of where I work, I wouldnt shop there.

Today my sister and I went to Waco which is about 90 miles away from home and I ended up having my car overheat so I pulled into Advance Auto in Bellmead and they were super helpful by checking out my car and then inviting us to come in where it was cool offered us water while my car cooled down since it was 102. My husband called for a price on an alternator and was given the price and told the item was in stock. He was also told the core charge was $70 when in fact it was only $27. Additionally, we got there 15 minutes after being told it was in stock just for them to say that it wasnt!! He tried to get ours tested and their equipment wouldnt complete the test. Just ridiculous all the way around.

Mixed feelings, employee turnover is unreal here and the odds they even know anything are very slim!

Apparently they still advertise items they dont have in stock and offer their company version. Most are interior despite what they claim by mouth. Always check the contract and if its not in writing, they wont honor it.

I went to 3 auto stores looking for the paper seal that goes between the 2 parts of a thermostat housing. I had my part in less than 5 minutes because the employee knew exactly what I needed.

A few wks. ago I had been out the Hospital for apx.3 days after staying for 2 wks. due to My blood pressure. My husband works out of town every day and So He was attempting to work on our 1999 Ford Windstar van just incase I had an emergency. He went to trade our 3 yr old starter in because it kept bringing battery life down.We have a lifetime warranty.Well when He got there The lady working was very rude with Him.She pulled it up in Their computer that He had spent $113.00 but it did not say what He purchased.He told Her that it should have been documented. That was The only part on our car from them.She told Him He must find reciept.Which was crazy cause I found it.A 3 yr.old receipt.So She had no choice but to trade it.He said it made Her angry and That She was so rude about The situation that He just had to find the reciept....She has terrible customer service.She should have apologized for their mistake.....Bellmead,Tx.store!!!!!Be careful People!!!!although...They Sure Were Very NICE when They offered us The lifetime Warranty!
