I gotta say with all next generation console chaos online my local Game Stop absolutely came in for the win. I was able to pick up pre-orders for both the series x and ps5. The staff here is all awesome and very helpful for someone who has been out of the gaming scene for a decade. It was so much easier to be able to pre-order in store at this location than trying to fight bots and scalpers online. Thank you so much Game Stop and thank you Amber, Josh, and William!

Everyone at this place was awesome. They helped me get credit for as many of my trade ins as we could, and even though they didn’t have a switch in stock, she called another location and had them put one on hold for me! Super stoked, and super grateful for all their help!!

I took my grandson to buy a controller for his X-Box 1, but they didnt have any. Due to Covid 19, stores are not getting shipments from China. We decided to buy a game that he could play on my PS4 and the lady that helped us was great. My grandson is six years old but he was very impressed with the lady and he told her so. He was happy with his Spiderman game also. Great job!

Never do business with GameStop. They are the worst business for games that you could ever deal with. They conned me into buying a console for children. After I did shopping for adult games to find there are none available. I contacted GameStop by email and they said I could return the system and everything I bought. As I arrived to the store the guy said he will return it and made me wait 29 minutes for the refund. As I came back inside for my refund he said he couldnt do it because it was after the 30 days. Which the email they sent me telling me I could return it was after the 30 days. Save your money and time and spend it on amazon. This place is a joke along with its employees.

Great location. People here are knowledgeable. They have great selection of used titles. Super friendly. There is a reason this place gets its Prestige designation.... the staff here is that reason! If your looking for a new game or to replay something from your past this game stop is your destination for your new quest!

Maybe get some video games or something like that for my system is a great place to stop by...

After spending 17 hours in line and being 1st in line but somehow this location did not receive their shipment and tried to lie about to our face. Very dishonest people never again will I do business with the company

These guys had the very last PS4 pro red dead redemption 2 combo left in the state of Texas. I called them on Dec 31st and told them I would be able to pick it up Jan 1st. They held on to the system and recommended me God of War as well as Shadow of the Colossus new with discounted rates. They put me as a customer first and my gaming experience instead of just treating me like a transaction. Cant praise this store enough and I highly recommend this location.

While yes they have a great gaming selection And are always there when you need help. I went to exchange a game that had nothing wrong with it they said they would pay me $4 cash I looked on the shelf at the same game preowned and it was $30 I think that is outrageous.

One of my favorite shops. Great for older games such as PS3 games. We can always find at least one game for under 10 dollars and one for under 15Also great staff they know their stuff.

Seems like gamestop has gotten worse over the years. I walked in was going to buy band new tb headset, cod brand new, new controller new everything. Got to the resister and guy says sorry we are out of cod, and that controller and that headset. Shouldnt have things on the shelf if its not in stock

Went in to trade in some games. The guy helping me was so helpful and nice. I was new to the whole trading thing, and he helped. Didnt pressure me into hurrying up to pick a new game. He let me take my time.

Its a good place and its location is well put so no longer do I have to run all the way to the other side of the city just to buy a game. The workers there are very helpful as well as informative especially if your looking for something in particular.

They do not have many headsets

The employees were friendly, and the store credit value of my trade in was decent.However I bought a supposed to be new 3ds cartridge and didnt notice it was obviously used until I got home (cartridge was scuffed and dirty and needed to be cleaned). Although I didnt call to try to get it resolved, ill just be more careful before I leave the store next time.

Youd think theyd have what youre looking for here thats game related, but I came in looking for an Android game controller and they didnt have it and they didnt have any used controllers for Xbox or PlayStation.

Gamestop is a great fun place for those who are looking to buy new or used games and system or accessories like controller, Headphones for gaming and for you phone, action figure, shirt of your favorite games, sock of many different game charcters, backpacks and more. The staff is excellent and experience in the gaming world and has plenty of knowledge on the games you are thinking about buying. The staff are also people meaning if you would like to play online with them just ask for their gamertag and they will game with you when they can. Also there are three different types of customers. There are you regular customers that pay full price for item and then there are the other two types of customers that are: power pro customers who get discounts or games and systems, after that theres the elite power pro customers they get discounts on everything just like the power pro members but they are also since special offer on the gamestop app. (Im an elite pro member) Remember you do have to pay for the two different types of membership and renew them when there expired. They are no restrooms here, but it is located next to a walmart, Sallys beautiful supples and many restaurants. So stop on by i promise youll have fun.
