First time at chocolate works, it is beautiful chocolate wonder. Items for a dollar the chocolate covered graham cookies in plastic bags and big pretzels as shown in picture. Got a Groupon of 11.00 for 20.00 of product. The truffles are good especially the caramel filled ones. Selected mostly dark chocolates that are very good. The chocolate covered pretzels and graham cookies the chocolate was a little too sweet and thick.But for the 3.00 out of pocket and the Groupon deal, I would have not known about the store. It was an excellent buy and would do it again.

The older woman was so rude. She was frowning and appeared angry when you ask her about their products. Her voice is so loud that you think that she is talking to a deaf person. I ordered one-half pound of chocolate oreos and she took the ones in the middle and front (I assume that they were the one which are old.) I was right, they tasted old and stale. I am so disappointed as I bought one pound of their products. My daughter loves chocolate but because of poor service, I will never come back. Beware of the high price as well. Again, the older lady was so RUDE. No wonder, their store was empty when we came.

This is a great place...chocolate makes most folks happy and they have a wonderful assortment of freshly made goodies...

I have always loved the handmade chocolates and the other assorted candies they sell. Plus, the smell of chocolate when you walk in is heavenly.

Went here for work seems like a great place for kids parties

This store is awful! Placed an order for delivery and they got it wrong and never replaced it. Called the manager and he offered no resolution only excuses and empty words. Delivery was a Valentines surprise for my 6 year old daughter and he did not care. Ill NEVER give this place any of my money ever again, AWFUL!

Was here with my friend and her nephew. Good fun experience for the kids. He got to make his own candy bar! Good fun on a chilly Sunday afternoon. Delicious chocolate truffles here too. Yum!

Excellent chocolate and fantastic customer service, it really doesnt get better than that. Recently ordered a get well gift for a friend in the hospital and didnt put in the correct address. I emailed them to correct it and they got back to me super fast to remedy the delivery address. Their chocolate is delicious and they have an amazing selection. I highly recommend.

My daughter lover it for her birthday. We had about 19 kids. Just know it really adds up... and quickly. They are very patient. Peter was great and we spent well over $1400. And we started late-our fault.

Dropped off my son for a birthday party over the weekend, and I was blown away. The store is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. They had so much to buy and the prices were reasonable. My son had a great time at the party. I will definitely be going back. A++++

The staff here is so helpful and nice! The quality of their chocolate couldnt be better! There prices are great and their quality is fantastic! I bought a beautiful gift basket and everyone LOVED it!! They even customized it for me. I highly recommend it!!!

Perfect place to get a chocolate lover a gift. Reasonably priced, and they do a Great job with gift wrapping. Parking is an issue. Theres a Spin Center next to it, so most of the time you have to park on the street.

Was so cute for the bday party we attended. Not the best for a special needs kid because there is some waiting your turn. But nonetheless my daughter enjoyed it and we came home with sooooo much yummy chocolate.
