Although I did not buy my wedding dress here… I called and they were so wonderful in helping me set up an alteration appointment. Ling, who is their fashion tailor, is incredibly talented. After a few fun and easy appointments she had my wedding dress fitting like a glove. It was beyond perfection with her sewing quality and craftsmanship. She even showed me how to best travel with my dress and steam it on my actual wedding day (since I was traveling out of town). Not to mention, Ling is so personable and friendly, which made the alteration experience enjoyable and comfortable. Prices were very fair considering how much time and handwork goes into tailoring weddings gowns. I highly recommend Ling for any tailoring needs!

I had the best experience at Allegria! Julie was SO helpful and made me feel really comfortable. I walked in feeling pretty nervous and self-conscious and Julie helped me feel confident, supportive, and excited. She picked dresses that complimented my figure and talked me through the whole process. Definitely recommending to any and everyone!!

I purchased my wedding dress at Allegria and had the absolute best experience! The selection of dresses was great (variety and options but not in an overwhelming way) and the staff was so helpful! I worked with Barb and it was because of her I got my dream dress! She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I was torn between two styles and she came up with the perfect solution of adding a skirt on to the fitted dress that I could take off so I could have both looks! She also made the recommendation to add buttons in the back to give it an extra pop. Additionally I used Luciane, the seamstress downstairs which was super convenient and she was phenomenal! She knew exactly the changes I should and shouldn’t make and when she was done, my dress fit absolutely perfectly! I highly recommend going to Allegria to find your wedding gown!

I had an amazing experience at Allegria Bridal. Every dress I tried on I was in LOVE with, I remember thinking Im getting my dress here 100%. They were all THAT good. This was the third salon that I went to and I didnt feel this way anywhere else. I found THE ONE that I was the most GOO GOO for. It was so lightweight, amazing to dance in, great train, great details on the back, it everything that I was looking for. Maria who did the dress alterations was absolutely incredible, I loved her and I felt like I truly was in the best of hands. I HOPE that I get to see some of my friends go to Allegria, try on dresses, and fall in love like I did. Im so glad I found this dress shop, I will recommend this salon for life. #allegria4life

I found my dream wedding dress here in Aleegria bridal after looking couple of stores. I could say all the dresses there are so elegant. The lady there, I think her name was Barb, was so nice and helpful. She helped me to find the style that I wanted. They didnt put you in rush to choose a dress. My dress deliver even earlier than the time they told me and they called me right away and ask for pick up. This is the best place I think every bride should check before buy her wedding dress!

This place was AMAZING. Appointment was on time, selection was great, and the person helping me even picked out other options based on some I selected and what I told her. I found a dress that day, and I received SO MANY compliments!!! It was also on a huge sale!! They were so friendly, upbeat, and fun!! My mother, sisters and I had such a great experience.The follow up was great. and my seamstress was the most adorable person! She was able to hem about 6 inches of the bottom, which was scalloped and laced (pretty complicated.) She did an amazing job!Cant say enough great things!

I had my bridesmaid dress appointment with Erin this weekend. My god, that woman is a rockstar!! She was so attentive, busting her butt to make sure that the dresses being pulled were up to par with what we were looking for. So helpful, did not feel rushed at all, and just a generally amazing experience!!

I was really impressed with both the salon and Barb. I had such a wonderful and special experience. Barb was so welcoming and warm. She started by asking me what I was looking for and helped me pull a few choices. Once I started trying on, she tailored the designer and dress choices based on what was working well. She guided me to THE dress. I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger, but she wrote everything down and encouraged me to keep trying. There was no pressure at all. When I called a couple hours to come back and buy the dress she was so welcoming and kind. This place is a gem and I am so glad I found it!

I cant say enough positive things about Allegria and the ladies who helped me find my dress. Top notch quality and service all-around. This Boston-area gem was recommended to me by a good friend, and I in turn have recommended to other brides-to-be.

I went to several stores in NYC, but found the best dress selection and service at Allegria.

It was a very small shop but full of many hidden treasures. I found my dream dress that I was going travel all the way to NYC for. I received my dress almost a year in advance and the shop held onto it free of cost. They also delivered my dress as well, free of charge to a suggested tailor...... AMAZING 😉

I was looking for a dress for a vow renewal ceremony and wasnt sure where to begin. After sending a request for an appointment someone got back to me very quickly with dates/times to come in. I felt a little funny knowing I was not looking for a traditional bridal gown. But Julie, the woman who helped us, was very warm, friendly and welcoming. She helped me find the perfect dress! I can now celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary the way I pictured it. Thank you Julie!

This is the place to go in the Boston area for wedding dresses! They didnt have a huge selection but a quality one, definitely not bargain prices but not too expensive either. The customer service is fantastic. My attendant, Julie, was such a huge help. She picked out my belt and veil on the first try. Everything looked amazing together. I also got my bridesmaid dresses here. Like the wedding dresses, they have a smaller but good selection downstairs. You are missing out if you dont at least check out this place in your search!! Or if youre like me, go there first and get everything in one try!

I went to Allegria Bridal on Saturday for the Eve of Milady trunk show. It was an absolutely perfect morning: the salon is beautiful and quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection of trunk show gowns was just exquisite. It was my first time shopping for a gown, and the beauty of every single Eve dress literally took my breath away!Barb was so lovely, she let me and my 3 guests pick out as many dresses as we wanted, made a few suggestions and was conscious of our budget. After trying on at least 7 or 8, I narrowed it down to 3 dresses, and tried each on for a second time to help make my decision. I ended up finding the most amazing dress at the perfect price (15% off for the trunk show), and got the veil and hairpiece on sale as well. It was a stress free and lovely day!Im also so glad that I stopped by to see their selection of bridesmaids dresses. They carry Hayley Paige bridesmaid - which I didnt even know existed! They are high quality and amazing. I definitely plan to bring my girls back to get their beautiful gowns at Allegria!

Loved this shop! Erika was wonderful in helping me find the perfect wedding dress and we had a ton of help finding our bridesmaids dresses as well. Would absolutely recommend! Also, I had my alterations done with Janette Tailoring in Arlington who was recommended by Allegria and she did an amazing job!

I purchased my dream wedding dress, accessories and bridesmaids dresses from Allegria for my November, Boston wedding. They had by far, the best and most high quality selection in the area. All the girls that work there are so helpful, knowledgeable and they made me feel so excited for my big day! I cant say enough wonderful things about this salon.

My Mom and I went to a few places, Allegria turned out to be the best experience for both of us. I wasnt sure about the prices at first, but they had dresses in my price range. There were two that I really liked, but I picked one and I absolutely love the dress ! The staff were all very nice and helpful, the shop is bright and clean and pretty. After I ordered the dress, my mom and I looked for a veil and headpiece in a couple other places. We ended up going back . The headpiece matched the beading on the dress perfectly and didnt look cheap like stuff we had seen elsewhere. It was important to me that everything worked together, and they understood that. I recommend this store if you want to look really good!

Its been a while since I bought my dress, but my appointment at Allegria was with Julie. I got to the store and walked up to the front desk and asked for Julie. The person at the desk barely looked up at me and asked who was looking for her. I gave my name and she asked if I was expecting more people, which I said yes to cause my mom and sisters were going to be joining me. She told me to sit and let her know when they got there. As soon as they joined me, I walked back up to the desk and spoke to the lady again. I was surprised when she said that SHE was Julie. The rudeness of not acknowledging me when I walked up to her the first time. She could have told me she was the person I had an appointment with when I asked for Julie but instead she just said, whos looking for her? In hindsight I should have walked away from that appointment but I didnt cause we had driven so far for the appointment. Its been a while but Im still annoyed at how unprofessional she was.

I was so impressed with everything about Allegria Bridal from the selection of gowns to the level of service, everything was amazing. I would highly recommend them, my gown was absolutely perfect. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the process seamless.

Bought my dress here. It was a very small shop, but the quality is high and the prices are reasonable. I didnt get to meet with my stylist because she ended up attending to previous meeting for a very long time, which was disappointing, but the other attendants there helped me try on some dresses we picked ourselves.

I had the best time visiting this shop. The gown choices were amazing and I am absolutely in love with my gown! Ask for Erica, she was awesome to work with!!

My experience with Allegria bridal far exceeded my expectations. The service I received specifically from Julie and their master seamstress Luciane was spectacular. Julie helped me find my dress which was a stunning simple fit and flare style with no embellishments. I really wanted to add a touch of lace to my dress and I found an similar dress online from the same dress designer with a lace overlay that looked amazing. Julie reached out to the dress designer every week for over a month requesting to purchase the lace to make a topper for my dress. The designer didn’t want to sell me the lace but Julie was so persistent that the designer eventually agreed. Luciane took the image of the designer dress with the lace overlay and made me an identical topper. The topper looked amazing! I am so grateful these two professionals went above and beyond to create the dress I was seeking. Thank you Julie and Luciane!

BEWARE!!!! They sold me a size 12 sample dress to a size 0 bride. I was also told I could not order a NEW dress because it was 6 months before the wedding. THEY DO NOT LET YOU TAKE PHOTOS TILL AFTER... and they did not disclose the size of the dress till you purchase it!!! They just wanted to sell it. Of course I bought a NEW veil and custom belt from them and they would not take any of it back...

Allegria Bridal is the best! Dresses are slightly on the pricier side but it is worth every penny for the quality of service and the quality of dresses! We have been to other stores where consultants had been pushy about sales to the point where it drove us away and ultimately ruined the experience. The whole staff at Allegria (Erica and a blonde girl whose name I cant recall) is WONDERFUL and our consultant at Allegria, Julie, was amazing, KNEW HER STUFF, and made us feel like we were hanging with one of our (very knowledgable) friends. Forget any other bridal salon and head to Allegria ASAP and ask for Julie! Thanks again Allegria!

A beautiful salon. I visited many of the boston area bridal shops but this one was my favorite. All of the girls are really helpful even though it is very busy here. I found my dress finally! it is so beautiful and I cant wait for it to come in. It is a designer that none of the other salons had so I was so excited to find it. Thank you allegria for finding my perfect dream dress!!!!

Had a fantastic experience. julie helped make the dress selection process easy - with great input and an understanding of what i liked. there was also fatefully a trunk show that day of the exact designer I liked. fumi helped with the alterations that really accented the dress.

I called to ask about some of the designers they carry and the lady on the phone was super rude basically telling me I should come in. If thats how you treat your customers I wont be coming in at all. I didnt get her name but very poor customer service! around 1pm on 3/4/20

I went to about 10 dress shops before I went to Allegria Bridal. I married my husband a year before our big day in a civil service with the plan to have a big wedding the very next year. When I went dress shopping I was 2 months post partum and I hated everything I tried on. To say I was dealing with post partum body issues was an understatement and I realize that is probably not the best time to go dress shopping. I felt no one understood what I was looking for and I was beginning to feel hopeless. When I went to Allegria I was welcomed with professional and amazing women! I literally found my dress after trying on 3 dresses and Erica was honestly so reassuring and unbiased I felt so comfortable with her opinion. I am so happy I went there and recommend it to everyone!! Thank you erica and allegria bridal for being you!!

I had a pretty challenging time at another bridal salon and was so impressed with Allegria from the phone call. Every step of the way Julie went above and beyond to make me comfortable, feel welcome and even work through some family drama. I cannot say enough about Julie and the Allegria experience. I never felt rushed or pressured. The check out process was a little different I cannot remember the name of the woman I checked out with but she was curt and borderline rude and when I had a questions she treated me like I was stupid and in fact I later found out she was wrong on what she was insisting I was an idiot about. Over all a wonderful experience but the woman who checked me out was less than pleasant. After our bridal fitting we went down and tried on bridesmaids dresses forever and the woman in this department was also absolutely lovely, helpful, kind, and had a great sense of humor which more than made up for the five minutes of unpleasantness.

Allegeria Bridal was wonderful to work with. Barb was very helpful and accommodating. After trying on close to 30 different dresses at a hand full of other salons, I walked in to Allegeria feeling slightly deflated. Everyone was so friendly and kind to us. We really felt like we were part of the family. I had a very large bridal party, and when I brought my bridesmaids, jr bridesmaids, and flower girls all to get fitted, Barb and her team were absolutely outstanding! They rallied the troops, let everyone try on the dress I had selected and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. My dress was everything I had envisioned and so much more. The wonderful staff at Allegeria really made me feel like a princess, and I could not be happier I ended up purchasing my dress with them.
