We purchased my Daughters first car from Ross and had the best experience! He was kind, accompanying, and went out of his way to help us in every way he could! He didn’t have the exact car we were looking for, but knew he was soon getting one he thought we would be interested in, so once the car came in, he sent us videos about it and gave us all the details of the car. We drove almost two hours to test drive it and were very impressed with how clean it was- it looked brand new! He takes great pride in his business and it shows. We went to Cupples for 2 reasons. The first being that they were highly recommended by friends, the second that they had a car advertised that we were interested in. Im very happy to say they were as good as we were told. Ross came over to us as we were looking over the car. He explained everything he could think of about the car...how he got it, what he did to it and any concerns he had with it. After test driving the car we new we wanted it. He stayed open late to help us get the process completed that night without having to come back another day. We will definitely go back to Cupples the next time we are in need of a new car. I was introduced to Cupples because my husband bought his car there back in 2004... which he is still driving. I bought my first car from Ross in 2012, I helped my mom get her car from him in 2015, and I just bought another car from him the other day as a 3rd vehicle at my house. Every experience was more fantastic than the previous, with Ross always being happy to answer any questions I had by email, phone, or in person. Hes never your typical used car salesman and youll never find a lemon on his lot because he always takes pride in his vehicle stock. If you need a newer vehicle and you HAVENT checked this place out yet, youre really losing out on a great car buying experience. I will definitely continue to make all future car shoppings happen with Ross at Cupples.

We loved the service and the car and would recommend Couples Auto to our friends and family. BUT the St. Marys Bank that we were recommended to use because we were Maine residence is horrible. There are a ton of hidden fees, a maximum amount you can pay at one time, and there are fees for making extra payments. When we called the bank I have had to sit on the phone for about an hour before you can talk to anyone. Their online account system is also atrocious.We would go through couples to buy a car again, but we will NOT be using their financing.

The CRV Ross found is in amazing condition, with very low mileage, and the price was very fair -- which has been my experience with every vehicle purchased from Cupples.
