I had received excellent service at this location once before, so I was disappointed when the rep we dealt with yesterday, couldnt program my new at&t phone. If he couldnt make it work, I didnt want it. I hadnt touched it, but, nevertheless, was charged a restocking fee. To add insult to injury, he had turned my current phone into a brick! I left with nothing, went to the AT&T store in the Hillsdale Mall, where all was resolved. Ask for Dylan!

We came in to get 3 prepaid SIMs for our family and AT&T officer Joe convinced us to get the best postpaid plan for almost the same amount we planned to spend. Were very happy he asked all the right questions and found the best plan for our needs. Were grateful for the the attentiveness, concern and cheerful assistance from Joe.

I want to commend Matthew who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit today. My number got suspended and later we figured that all we had to do was just to call and get a representative on the phone, which I can just do myself, but he insisted that he would do it for me. I definitely had a good time and wish him a successful career!

Dell was very helpful, friendly and patient with my dad’s cell phone issue. The best scenario was to add my dad to my existing Fam plan, which in return lowered my monthly cell phone bill. Win-win! Thank you AT&T!

They open at 12:00 p.m. on Sundays and it pays to go early to get in line, as only a few customers can go inside at a time. Masks are required, social distancing and they sanitize tables/chairs between customers. Matthew an AT&T representative is very helpful and knows his products and service plans.

About a month ago I went to ATT Belmont store to upgrade our iPhone. I was greeted right away and was helped with an excellent customer service from the ATT store team and they made sure my upgrade were the right product for me and for my family. When I had to go back to the store they knew me by my name and they made sure my upgrades are working correctly. Thank you again to Ghewa and the team for the upgrades and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store for ATT services.

Purchased a new iPhone from AT&T website and was having trouble switching from my old iPhone to the new one. After phone tech support wasn’t able to help, I stopped by the store in Belmont. I was there 25 minutes after closing, but Judy came to the door, and after hearing my problem was more than happy to help and got my new phone working. In no way did Judy need to accommodate me and could have asked me to return the next day, but she went above and beyond and for that I’m giving 5 stars and would rate it even higher if I could. Highly recommend Judy and the team at the AT&T store in Belmont!

I have been to the store in person and they were great in the past. With that warm, fuzzy experience I had in the past, I was hoping to receive the same customer service over the phone. I was placed on hold for a good 20 min.+, called them on another line, the same person who placed me on hold, picked up, again I reminded them why I was calling.. he then picked up the 1st line I was on hold for and told me in less than 5 minutes my inquiry could not be accommodated. In the future, I would like to have someone who answers the phone to be more knowledgeable than what I had experienced today.

I would highly recommend NOT coming here! Horrible service. I came here to have a line for my friend who came ready with his own phone. After arriving there with my friend who also doesnt speak any English, he also didnt have a California id. So they refused to assist him and they were just so overall rude. They didnt want to help nor solve the issue, they just wanted more money out of us and we were not having it. If you want a solid normal company go to metro pcs they dont try to rip you off.

Tip: Make an appointment online to minimize waiting time. Check online if you can get what you need and even if you need to visit in store. Use the free AT&T Mobile Transfer app to quickly and easily transfer data and files.I visited because I needed a new nano sim card which they didnt have online for my model. It costs $5 for an in-store visit for something thats free online, if available. Even though I was able to get what I needed I still felt they only wanted to do the minimum and get me out of there quickly.

I visited this store 2 times just to merge my prepaid go phone to my family plan. First time, they moved me from prepaid to a post-paid account, but NOT my family plan, for whatever reason. Second time, they moved me to from the post-paid to my family plan. My prepaid $50 was expired but they credit me back $10 to my family plan.Then, one month later, I got this bill of $60 from AT&T with my prior prepaid plan and later several collection calls... Later I found out that each move between plans cost me $36 activation. But the store didnt tell me that at all!! And they moved me twice because their poor professionalism! I was very upset about its service. Not recommended at all! though AT&T customer service is fair.

Tracey provided great service in spite of many difficulties converting internet, TV and phone from Comcast to AT&T, none of which were caused by the local store or Tracey. She called often with info or to check on installs, etc. she made the frustrations less knowing someone was actually working on my problems.

For the tl;dr: misinformed about plan. overcharged by $200. att took no responsibility for misinformation & sent me around from calling them to the store and back to calling them. then, offered me a pitiful $30 while I am stuck with the plan I did not want.I was told that I would save $20/month by changing my data plan. Ok, sounds good since we got elderly parents on our plan and they dont use all the data.Got the bill for $570 What I was NOT told is that while data went down $20/month, each phone line went up from $20 to $35/line, per month. we got 7 lines. so, totally defeated changing the data plan AND I was charged for BOTH plans (old and new) at the same time.I called att who told me to go to the store where I made the change. The store is filled with incompetent personnel who keeps parroting that double charging or as they call it prorating was normal. They were also rude and condescending when I told them that (1) they misinformed me initially about the results of changing my plan and (2) double charging =/= prorating.It went nowhere. I called att again who offered me a 1x $30 credit. geeze. thanks. I cant wait until google provides cable and go into the cell phone business to smoke att into the ethers. Meanwhile, I am going back to t-mobile. I was with T-mobile for 12 yrs prior and I never had to question my bill. Not even 1x.

Google, Google Maps, Apple Maps, and even the AT&T Website say that the store closes at 7 on a Sunday. It doesnt. Apparently they didnt care enough about the hour change to update the website..

I recently upgraded my phone and, while purchasing it, we were informed of a promo deal where we can get an iPad for $99. Since our current was old, my husband and I agreed that this was a worthwhile investment and took advantage of it. At the time, the staff there was very helpful and informative so we had a pleasant experience overall. This changed today. I got noticed that I was being charged $45 activation fee and $10/mo fee for the iPad to have service. Myself nor my husband recalled this being explained when we were getting my phone so we decided to go to the AT&T store to look for a solution. Nick was the first employee who greeted us and heard our issue. He said we were unable to return the iPad since that period had passed but offered to get us the employee who sold us the iPad to see where the miscommunication occurred (best customer service of the trip). Since the employee, Russell, was busy on another call, Nick came by several times to check on us and apologized for the delay. Russel finally came out and, after hearing our complaint, emphasized that he explicitly recalled informing us of the policy and seemed to get somewhat defensive. He stated that we were stuck with the service fee unless we paid $150 cancellation fee, which my husband ended up doing to avoid creating a further scene. As we were leaving the store, two other employees held the door open for us but instead of wishing us a good day as they had in the past, one of them stated Have a good...and muttered something under his breath, causing the other employee to laugh. This entire experience made me feel humiliated and embarrassed because what seemed to be the case of a miscommunication turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I had personally encountered. Ive been with AT&T for over 10 years but, because of this one experience, I look forward to finishing my contract and then switching cell phone companies.

We went to there on 6/11 to payoff and unlock one of my phone because we need to use the phone abroad. We pay off the phone and they ask us to go online to unlock the without helping us in store. When I tried online it keep telling me the IMEI cant. When I called customer service, they cant help and ask me to call local store. I called and speak with Sean, Sean told me to go online and do same thing again. After I explain the situation, he told me my phone didnt from ATT. REALLY?! Why I paid off a phone not belong to ATT at your store? Then he ask me to bring the phone in, but my family member was already on flight. I told him I have the IMEI with me, he keep saying he cant help with IMEI, he need see the phone. YOU ARE GENIUS, SEAN!!! I will file complaint to ATT and BBB.
