Under staffed on my mid week visit. Bathrooms looked to be out of the 70s. Paint peeling, wet floor, pee smell, discolored walls. One girl on check out, plan to wait in line. The checkout is a mess too. She had about 1 square foot to work with. We had a cart full too. They use a cattle corral to get to check out.

I had to come back to buy my new traveling companion.

Quick trip in for batteries. Inexpensive Duracell batteries. what I wanted.

They got cheap stuff the outdoor patio stuff they got like 30 K-Cups for like 20 bucks or maybe 75 I think depends on the shipment pools 200 bucks you can get like a 17 foot pool people usually pretty good theres a couple people that work here that a little rough to deal with but for the most farts pretty good store

The food was very good and the service was also very good. We were surprised that the kitchen staff did not wear face coverings but the waitress did. We wore ours. We will probably not go back for a long time. Sorry 😞

Ive been using this store for approximately 5 years I havent had a visit where I didnt get what I wanted and usually something I find that is very interesting I havent had an unpleasant experience with any of the employees there and I intend to keep shopping there thank you

Its hit or miss on the pricing some things are awesomely priced others are so above what the norm is its scary

Paid in full for a sectional, recliner and ottoman. Was told by the manager the sectional was there, and the ottoman was not, but was on its way. I was told that the recliner would automatically be ordered when I purchased it, and that if I wanted to, I could wait til all the items were there to either pick them up, or have them delivered. Called today, they sold one of my items to someone else yesterday. Then was told that they didnt know when they would be getting my ottoman nor the recliner. NICE. REAL NICE. $1250 worth of furniture I have been waiting on, and its not there...I purchased this on 5/1 and it is now 5/23....if you couldnt fulfill my order, why sell it? And then sell MY ITEMS TO OTHER PEOPLE AND NOT TELL ME THAT THE ITEMS CAME IN?????? Tony, the Assistant manager said he would work on it. Lets see if he is a man of his word.

I went in for a baster brush for the grill. Unfortunately, they were fresh out. Every time going there, the store employees seem to be very happy and are always willing to help customers find what they are looking for.

We camp in Ossipee and brought our (5 lb) dogs inside to grab a couple things two weeks ago and staff said it was ok, as it was 90 degrees and too hot for them in the car or at camp, but today we tried to go in (holding them) and manager was rude and said service animals only. If this was their policy they could have said so previously. I get the policy but no need to be totally rude about it!

We bought a 3 piece living room set for a very reasonable price. The service was great and well versed in the product lines available for purchase. I would recommend Big lots to others.They carry quality brands as well as lesser known makers also. That being said, pay attention to what purchasing.

FRAUD ALERT: Ordered a couch for “same day delivery” and after 3 days had still not received it. When they finally showed up to deliver it, the driver showed up alone and expected my wife who is recovering from surgery to help him bring it in. He was rude and swearing the whole time, couldn’t manage to get it up the stairs so he loaded it back in the truck and left. Unprofessional is an understatement. Now I have to contact my bank to contest the charge as fraud because the online rep says it’s the store’s responsibility and the store says that it’s not.

Bought a a patio set yesterday with multiple pieces. Staff was great. They were so busy and customers were being so rude to them. The staff handled the difficult customers very well.

The store is well stocked with variety of items like households, food, health, beauty, and body products, souvenirs. Great place for Christmas shopping and gift ideas. Great and friendly customer service.The female cashier was wonderful.

This store has a very imited supply on a lot of items. Maybe because of covid 19. Don t use the bathrooms, They are digusting. I question when the last time they have been cleaned. With covid 19 they should be throughly cleaned daily. It makes you wonder how often or when the rest of the store is cleaned.

At 4pm I had no trouble finding a close parking spot. I was greated by a friendly employee just a few feet through the door and told to feel free to ask any questions if I have any. I went to check on prices and brands/options of mattresses which were tightly displayed in the back of the store but in an orderly layout from least to most expensive. That was rather helpful since I was on a short time limit. They layout of the store seems to change fairly often but its still easy to navigate from past visits. Check out was quick and was even signed up for their discount program before the next customer even got in line.

Its not that bad of a place to shop. Has alot and I mean alot of beautiful and amazing home decor!! They usually also have great Christmas items and gorgeous wreaths and trees. Im aiming next year to finally get the tree Ive always wanted from there. The people are awesome to that work there as well. Its really clean too.

I love me some big lots. Always find something to buy. Or a sale to catch. The only neggative thing to say is that, the toys there are incredibly over priced. Everything else is fair priced.

Usually like this store. Was in buying a bed I asked Holly if there were any coupons going on that Id have in my email. She responds i dont know.... i cant check your email.. that was just one of her many rude responses. Usually employees know if there are any coupons out. If they dont, answer respectfully. Then i see her leaving while we are loading up. We were obviously holding her up from her shift. So RUDE.

Great store sales. Employees very accommadating to disability customers, even brought my cart and items to car and loaded my trunk in over 90 degree temps!!! They were a lifesaver for someone with respiratory disability!!

Clean, organized store with friendly service. They sell home goods such as bedding, furniture, pillows both bed and throws, cleaning supplies, trash cans, storage containers, trash bags, ziplock bags, automobile items such as fluids and bulbs ect. Pet supplies, hair and body care items, food, outdoor items, kids toys, clothes, socks,shoes, art supplies and the list goes on and on. Great general store to get almost all of your needs.

Big store. Lots of selections. Very clean. And most employees are very helpful. I would definitely shop here again, especially when they have discounted sales.

Help is not helpful at all. Bought a display item and it was all in pieces loose, no packaging, no instruction and part of it was just rolled up into a messy ball. Also purchased outdoor seating which they were not aware of when they brought the first item out. They never even looked at the receipt. Both employees went back inside and left myself and another person with me load the items ourselves and then had to go back in looking for the rest of our order. Will not go back to this location.

Cant beleave its still making it the store needs new everything call me Big Lots I will show how the store can rise agian it needs new ideas and most of all management serious call me I can turn you back around.

I usually like the stuff in big lots and the clearance. Lately, most of the stuff is missing prices on shelves or items. Was told by one of the male managers I can just bring it up and theyll check it for me. Thats a lot of work for me to bring it all to front or back and forth and for them to put it back if I dont like the price. Also, alot of things are up on top shelves that not even tall ppl can reach especially if pushed back on it. Large shampoos with none on lower shelves, clearance, wall clocks, etc. Im 56, and usually have to find something else long enough to reach it (back scratcher, mops or brooms with handles) and pull it down and catch stuff with my other hand. My Bf is about 6 ft tall and can barely reach the front items on the top shelves either. Theres not many workers walking around to ask for help besides going all the way to front agn. I did meet some good cashiers tho. Pleasant, can relate, try to help lol. Theres a couple women there sometimes, and a young guy there this last tues. like that. Still like their stuff and sales. So have a 4
