Robbyn with Belmont Door & Window get 5 stars.Our architect knew of her work for years and in addition our contractor had a special set-up with her. From the beginning she walked me through options for what we were looking for with examples of doors, door levers and other items to match style and budget. (I especially like the wooden laundry door and front door in matisse blue).After getting the items together from complete list she came out to the house to measure door openings etc. I highly recommend to request she come for a site visit if your project is large enough to do so. Because we ordered many items there was an item that arrived in the wrong size and she swiftly exchanged.

After a down to studs remodel, Belmont Door & Window was BY FAR the worst vendor we dealt with. They are now known as Belmont/Pioneer and were previously Belmont Plywood and Door Co, LLC. We started the process purchasing an entire house full of doors with them in July 2019. Now, 12 months later, I still dont have doors. There were many issues all met with poor customer service, denial of responsibility, condescension, and a complete unwillingness to find a fair resolution. After spending a significant amount of money with them for custom doors, the doors we requested and were twice confirmed via email were not what we received, we received damaged doors multiple times, and ultimately had 2 separate warranty issues (which did get passed to the door manufacturer, but Belmont Doors was unwilling to provide any customer service to make it right with us). I wish there was a Lemon Law for doors...

Horrible customer service. Stems from a terrible CEO. Received this email when I asked to meet with him to discuss an issue--- I am the CEO and owner. Again, have you reviewed your signed order? Again, we will not be having an onsite conversation today. I will ask you to leave if you decide to visit us today.

I love the customer service at Belmont Door & Window, they were very helpful, and worked with me to find me the perfect entry door and still maintain to stay under budget. The options to choose from were all excellent doors so it is a great company to choose, I am very glad I went with them for the main door in my home. I recommend my experience was great!

Glenn was very helpful in getting me skylights, doors and crown molding.Staff us very friendly, helpful and prices are often cheaper than big box stores (HD or Lowes)Will happily buy from them again for future home improvements.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Delayed our project MULTIPLE times after failing to deliver on time. Manager is not professional. When something goes wrong (which it will) youre going to want to deal with a professional. Customer service is terrible. Look elsewhere!

I had some issues with my house windows. So i decided to replace them,i contacted Belmont Plywood & Door. First of all,They were very prompt and quick to respond to my email. They set a time for an appointment. They asked for some details and later the selection was perfect. They had me select the best window i have had. Very happy with the work. Thank you guys.

Ive been to many lumber yards and among this i found Belmont Plywood & Door. They were the best. All the guys were really nice without making me feel like an idiot. (Bret Kristina Robbyn) They were all super helpful and didnt ask me if I think I could really do this as I have experienced and other spots. Carlota at Belmont Plywood and Door has been really helpful with several interior door and mirrored closet door orders I’ve placed recently for our home. She was responsive by both phone and email and she was happy to answer my newbie questions about molding and door measurements. Even though I’m sure my orders were small compared to other customers with bigger projects, I appreciate that Carlota always made time for me and helped me get the products I needed. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Belmont Plywood & Door was hands down the most professional staff Id ever met. Super genuine, responsive, and extremely efficient. I called after hours so I got rerouted to another person who did the locks (not affiliated directly to them). Unfortunately the lock wasnt really fixable so they did a workaround and they came back a couple days later to do it for free.Best experience Ive ever had this guys are LEGIT. They are a family shop so go support em : )

Worst place to have your doors done. Took a door to be matched, hinges were off door was to big, the hole for the door knob was not deep enough just a total waste of time. I waited 3 weeks and when I called to check on the door they couldnt find it. Called me later to say they found it. I believe it was just a standard door they did nothing to. Wasted money, NEVER AGAIN BEWARE HAVING ANYTHING MADE THERE!!!!!

I don’t recommend these vendor, it happened that we purchased a full house doors almost 60 doors and sliding doors, Bret was the technician who helped us well and professionally however whenever it turned to problems and mistakes they made that they should be responsible for he would referred us to his boss who is so rude and unreasonable person .!They simply reject to makeup their mistakes with their own cost, they want to get payed before receiving all the material get delivered, They delay your project minimum 3 months, they promise something they deliver something else . We as a profesional Architect and contractors do not recommend these guys what so ever .!

Horrible customer service... I went to the store to buy door locks, lady at the counter asked me to move to the side for someone else to look into my requests, the next guy Chris was in hurry as he wanted to go home. He asked me to email him my locks specifications which he never responded after sending multiple emails and leaving voice messages. Find some other place for your needs.
