Decent store, good fabric selections, customer service was the worst ever and I shop at joann fabric stores twice a month in different locations. During checkout the cashier was rude about having to enter my gift card information then I was charged twice for $30 cut of fabric and when I went back and asked nicely for a refund they were rude again when it was clearly their fault.

I do enjoy different Joann stores but this was closed! The area seems like it is waiting to be demolished!!

Friendly, helpful. They always try to use every coupon available on the stores app. During this pandemic theyve been amazing keeping up with all of us mask makers and our needs. Pellon! Thread! Elastic! Rotary cutter blades!Needles! Fabric, fabric and more fabric!

I go to this store at least once a week, the staff is always rude and not to willing to help you out. They make it seem like an inconvenience. I wanted to use my coupons today and the lady behind the counter literally huffed at me. I will keep using this store since the next closest craft store is 2 towns away. But they should hire friendlier people

Curbside pickup is nice but maybe post a sign as to where to park as it says no parking.so I parked in front of parking spot to be seen staff came out with my purchase and very rude stated they cant come off the curbs. Wow ok sorry for the inconvenience.

I am a frequent customer. This store carries a bit of everything, but online purchases are usually necessary to get the exact product. I rated a 4 because often there isnt enough staff to help customers.

This store has a great selection for my sewing and crafting needs. They also have great prices and even better sales. HOWEVER, this store has the absolute WORST customer service of any store I go to. Against my better judgement, I keep going back to give them another try hoping that their poor customer service and inattentive staff from my last 25+ visits were just flukes. Sadly, today was no different. I picked out my fabric and went to the cutting counter. I rang the bell as instructed by the sign. There were at lest 2 clerks within ear shot and neither responded. I waited for exactly 5 minutes and rang the bell again. This time one of the clerks started heading my way. When I turned to look at her she let out a loud sigh and proceeded to make an abrupt right hand turn toward the outside wall and made her way around me but as far from me as possible. I waited another 5 minutes to see if she would come back. She didnt. Fed up, I left my fabric on the cutting counter and walked out the door straight to my car where I wrote this review. I am done giving this place my business.

Incredibly rude staff today -refused to assist me even though no other customers were nearby. I am invisibly disabled and only ask for help if I really need it.I also got a very nasty answer to a simple question about framing, a service which I apparently should have known is not available.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Given it multiple tries and these associates never fail to make it very clear that I (and every other customer) am a HUGE burden to them when Id like to make a purchase.

The employees at this location are at best, not helpful, and at worst, rude. I suppose it is the only game in town so customer service and professionalism is not high on the priority list. Pricing on many items is quite high.
