I bought my first scooter here last year. It was the easiest and awesome experience. I had it delivered together with accessories to my place at convenient time for me. I was shown how everything works, and in 15 min was on the road. After 200 miles I called Konstantin to schedule gear oil change. He told me that I can swing by the shop any time during working hours, and he will take care of that while I wait. At the end of the season I asked about winter storage, and they came and picked it up. I’m very happy with a great service!

So glad I found these guys. Genuine Buddy 125 wouldnt start. Replaced the battery but also tuned and even fixed the break lever I hadnt asked about. Couldnt believe how quickly they turned it around. Awesome.

We rented two scooters here and had a great time! We called the day of to schedule, and then simply arrived and filled out a few forms and we were off! The scooters only require a normal drivers license (theyre 50cc and go up to ~40mph), come with helmets, and are pretty straightforward to drive. We took them out for a half day to drive around and picnic. The drop-off was also very simple and without issue. Well be back again!

The guy working here tried to rip off us. Asked us to pay 65$ x 2 to replace tires on my electric scooter(disassembled wheels). Later, I went to Home Depot bought required tools for 10$ and fixed everything in 1hr.Never again bye!!

The best and more reliable scooter expert in Boston. Konstantin is quick, reliable, he is ready to explain you everything as well as give you advice regarding your scooter moped or Motorbike. He discussed with me my mopeds problem before fixing it and the bill was totally reasonable and clear. Knowing almost all local scooter repair and sales providers around this area i can confidently say, that some of them are trying to push Scooter Mutters business down. I read some of negative reviews that are fake or based on made up reasons. Konstantin is highly responsible person and you can always rely on his professionalism starting from price negotiations to warranty/maintenance support. Konstantin has been supporting other scooter companies in the area to start up and grow and some of them may not be happy seeing him starting his own business.

Konstantin is not an honest man, sold my brother a lemon. A friend of mine purchased a China Zz for 1200. Today my brother bought the same bike and he charged 1650 dollars, but the scooter is just garbage. It died out on the Road while traffic, not safe at all to ride. We purchased a motor oil because there was non on the scooter and it was smelling burnt. I was really scare on the road on our way home. We wanted to return it and Konstantin ( owner) said he would take 400 to return it. I recorded our conversations and we’ll be contacting the authorities if nothing is done. After I purchased my first motorcycle, I had to tow it for service and it was difficult to find a towing company which provides towing service for motorcycle. I looked up online, then found Scooter Mutter. They have great reviews, so I gave them a try and it was truly a great experience. My motorcycle was towed to destination safely and the driver even took a picture then sent to me after he dropped it off. Satisfied with their service, I arranged another tow from the service shop to my house after about a month. Again, my motorcycle arrived on time and the service was fast and professional. The cost seems little pricey at a first glance, but considering their level of service, its actually a bargain. If you need to tow your motorcycle, put Scooter Mutter on the top of your list. I called to get a idea on upgrades for my buddy 50 and asked if 1 part was good and person on phone respond by do u have to really pick my brain w questions. Yes I do I needed to know what parts to have u order so u could of upgraded my scooter.you were very ignorent and will pass this along to all 4 scooter forums I belong to.i will definitely bring my business to somone who shows there customers respect.

Konstantin is like a guardian angel to motor scooter riders. If you break down you can call him and he comes out with a car with yellow warning stripes and Flashing lights all over it looking like something out of Ghostbusters And pulling a small trailer that will accommodate two or three scooters at once. He also rents out motor scooters For those who have not tried it and gotten addicted yet. He is a great guy with a big heart. Phenomenal guy and exceptional customer service. I was in town for work for a week and rented a scooter to commute into downtown. The Vespa was in perfect shape, like new, and he provided a helmet, gloves and even lent me a sweatshirt. Top notch, I definitely recommend Constantine.
