I love my new queen size pillow. The texture of the pillow case is very nice. The cushion and give are good. The pillow bounces back to original shape, as promised. My chiropractor recommended this product for better side sleeping.

So fantastic, service like youd expect from a family-owned company! We spent several hours test sleeping on mattresses on display. Previously (at sears), we got duped with the floor model, and the delivered model is much lower in quality. But at Beloit Mattress Company, the mattress is manufactured right next to the showroom! We originally picked a firm mattress, and after a few weeks, we decided it was a little too firm. I took the top mattress back and spoke to Matt. Matt gladly took it back into the shop and replaced the firm springs with medium springs! Perfection! No more aching back, waking up with a sore neck! No sales or gimmicks or (50% off deals) or B.S. at Beloit Mattress. Other stores.....seem to go out of business or liquidate about every four months! If you spend a third of your life sleeping 8 hours a day.....rest well and spend a few bucks, so you wake up in the morning and feel well! Weve had our mattress for nine months and stopped going to the chiropractor, which saved us $3000+ in medical bills. In the end, it pays to buy quality. Cheers to Ryan and the crew (the delivery crew did an excellent job too, and they took the old mattress away free of charge)!

Three years ago we had Beloit Mattress Company make us a new mattress for our RV. The mattress had to be specially built because the space was six inches shorter than would fit a regular sized mattress. They came through with flying colors. It is a perfect fit for our RV and is really comfortable. We liked it so much that when we needed a new mattress at home we visited again. They offer great service and fair prices. Highly recommend.

The sales representative at Beloit explained each mattress on the floor regarding the pros and cons for my needs, and I did purchase a hybrid, (a combination coil, foam and latex). Best experience. My husband and I stopped in to Beloit Mattress in Beloit and found the perfect fit for us. We asked a lot of questions and each one was answered with complete knowledge. I needed a hard pillow not firm but HARD I basically sleep with my head on a rock and do you think any place would have a not firm but hard pillow? No but I found one here.Another time we were putting bunk beds in my daughters room. We found the bed we wanted and asked for two. They only had one and made another by the end of the next day! For over 30 years we have bought several mattresss from Beloit Mattress. We have never had even the smallest of a problem. The quality is just outstanding. They are very knowledgeable about their products and the competions products, and you dont get any hype and B.S. from them. They deliver on time, and treat you well. Our family has been purchasing mattresses here for over 30 years, and my parents did the same . Mattresses have changed a lot over the years, so when we recently started looking at replacing our mattress we were overwhelmed by all the choices. We went to several places to “educate “ ourselves on the different types of mattresses. Then we went back to Beloit Mattress where Steve patiently explained the differences and listened to what we needed. He helped us find the perfect one for each of us and we couldn’t be happier! Makes me wonder why we wasted our time anywhere else!

I almost gave up in finding a mattress that didnt exacerbate daily night sweats. Over the last year, Ive purchased 4 other mattresses, and nothing worked and I was getting very poor sleep. By luck, someone told me about the Beloit Mattress Company and how they make their own mattresses. I didnt want any foam and wanted all natural materials. With the help of Ryan at the Beloit store, who spent several hours with me, we finally have a mattress that doesnt make me hot. Ryan was so knowledgable, and committed to helping me find the right mattress. I chose the Somnolent Pure Balance Pillow Tuft, but found I was still a bit warm and it was too soft. So Beloit mattress took it back, Ryan suggested that they remove about 5 lbs of cotton to make it more breathable and took out a row of springs to make it more firm. Now finally I am able to sleep well again. My husband loves the mattress as well. I also purchased my 9 year old son a mattress from Beloit that he loves as well. The Beloit Mattress Company made a custom mattress and box spring for us. We needed a shortened bed that could pull out to be regular length for our cottage. They are the “real deal”, a small, family-owned business making a quality local product.My experience of buying from them was hassle-free. We live in Milwaukee, so we drove to Beloit so we could try out the mattresses to make sure which one we wanted. I had read online you should lay on a mattress you are considering for at least 15 minutes. The sales people were great about telling me what I needed to know, then they let me be to take as much time as I wanted. (And I took a LONG time. I went back and forth testing between my top two choices four times!) They were able to answer every question I had, which helped a lot in narrowing down my options to three mattresses, then two, then finally the best for me.I did have to wait a few weeks for them to make the mattress, but that was okay with me because I want my mattress to last a decade or two, so waiting a couple extra weeks seemed reasonable. Even though they had delivery, I picked my new mattress up myself. (I admit this was because there are no Taco John’s restaurants in Milwaukee County and the Taco John’s in Beloit is excellent. 😂). Picking up was also hassle free; they loaded it in my van and home I went.I sought out the best new mattress I could find because I get a sore back and wake up several times a night unless my mattress is just right. I also had been diagnosed with sleep apnea just before I bought my mattress. That was almost two years ago. I love my mattress, it is comfortable and I am much better rested. In fact, I plan on buying an extra-long twin mattress for my daughter’s room from Beloit Mattress Company as soon as we finish our upstairs remodel.

We bought a mattress at the Beloit Mattress Company and used the Rockford branch. After a few months of sleeping on the mattress, it was determined that the mattress was too firm. They reworked the mattress (for a fee) and it has been perfect ever since. The outcome was great and why I awarded them 5 stars. I wished they would have covered this within some kind of customer satisfaction guarantee instead of charging us to have the foam added and pay for delivery and pick-up. But it did save us from having to throw away a new mattress and start all over again. We tried every negotiation tactic I could think of to avoid having to pay to improve the mattress, but in the end we lost on that one. The lesson to learn since they dont have a customer satisfaction guarantee (more than a month or so) is to be VERY sure you have exactly the mattress you want first before ordering it and having it delivered.

Im a disabled veteran who has had extremely bad catostrophic injuries and havent had a good nights sleep in years. Ive been buying inexpensive mattresses that seem good at the time, but are total junk in a couple years. I always assumed private owned mattress companies would be too expensive for me and get the same product, but Ive never been more wrong in my life! I went and spoke with one of the salesmen and explained my situation and not only did he help select a mattress thats perfect, he had them custom make it for me and it still wasnt any more expensive than all these box stores and fly by night mattress by appointment dumps that scam you with cheap garbage that works long enough to get you out the door. My husband and I had been searching for a quality mattress that didnt retain heat or transfer motion, and was made with organic materials. We actually were going to see what was available in Chicago, when Beloit Mattress popped up on one of our phones, and we thought, Why not? Lets see what they have to offer. We were helped by Pearl in the Beloit store, who showed us all the different options, and let us take our time testing the mattresses. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Eventually we settled on an Heirloom mattress, and we felt it was a good choice for us. It is extremely well-made, comfortable, and will last for years! The staff has been very helpful and courteous and answering all our questions about building us a custom mattress for our daughters super single waterbed, which we wanted to put a standard mattress in ti. The first time the mattress was great and fit perfect.
