Very welcoming crew who was very forgiving of my 2 kids. The process took about 6 hours-that was the only bad thing. Marvin was excellent and personable. The finance guy who quoted our trade in should’ve came and talked to us instead of having Marvin do it, that way we could ask HIM questions instead of Marvin.
My salesperson was very professional, informative, and personable. I had a great experience with him and will recommend him to my friends and family. The dealership was also very clean and sharp looking and all other staff was pleasant and professional to deal with as well.
I brought my truck in for the 1st oil change since purchasing it. They were done in a very timely fashion and even removed the safety chain carabiner that were left in from the previous owner but were seized up. Still in and out in less than an hour. Very pleased. Thanks..
Sean from service took care of my truck after service issues. Offered a free oil change and called to make sure my truck is running after they had it towed to their service department and paid for my car rental and offered free diagnostic test and to bring in to make sure all is well with it. As long as Sean continues to ensure no other issues will happen. And he will make sure any further work that may be needed will be done correctly j may continue to go their . Wasiimpressed they took responsibility for their mistake and fixes it

Traveling from Manitoba Canada to Reading Pennsylvania We noticed our Volt guage on the truck dropping. Stopped at a couple of auto parts stores and they could not help me. We saw this chevy dealer and decided to check them out. 45 minutes later we were on the road with a new battery and a very reasonable bill. Back on July 14th, after traveling from VA to Rockford with my 2021 Chevy Silverado (9400 miles) and travel trailer, the engine started misfiring severely and the check engine light came on. Since I had just started a cross country trip and needed to be in Bozeman, MT a couple of days later I was concerned and tried to get a dealership in Rockford to look at the truck but they were less than helpful. I contacted the folks at Bud Weiser and they said they would be glad to look at it and to bring it up. This was about 4 PM and I left as soon as possible, arriving there between 5:15 and 5:30. The service manager had waited and got right into the truck. Immediately he heard the miss and drove the vehicle into the bay and called Sean, the service advisor over to scan the vehicle. Without hesitation, they called one of the techs who was still there and had him come listen to it. In short order they all agreed that a lifter had gone bad and most likely had caused a bent push rod. They said they would work on it first thing in the morning and try to get me on my way by noon, but the problem might be getting the parts since they were backordered. From that point, Im not sure exactly what happened, but when I called Sean about 9:30 AM the next morning he said that they had gotten the parts and were working on the engine and it should be done about noon. I called again around 11:30 and Sean said I should come up and by the time I got there it would be ready and it was! They worked a miracle! Im sure they had other customers who were in line ahead of me, but they worked me in and helped me reach my destination on time. I cant say enough about their kindness, professionalism and courteous demeanor. They went above and beyond to help me whereas the dealer in Rockford could have cared less. If I lived in the area I would ALWAYS get my cars here and take it to them for service. GREAT JOB GUYS, and many thanks!!! Ned Davis
My wait time while they were servicing my car was minimal...comfortable waiting area and very friendly associates who gave me a detailed and very understandable description of the diagnosis and repair....I trust their advise...and depend on them for helping me to keep my car in good running condition
Had my transmission fluid flushed n 4 days later my ransmission goes out. My lights on the dash come on with warnings that the transmission is very hot. N then my truck just drive n now im.worhout a vehicle. . I had no issues with it until I took it in for its service. No I dont have a vehicle to drive .
It was really nice. My salesman was Tim Spangler and he was easy to work with. Very friendly and I appreciated that he was able to get me in and out in one day purchasing my Tahoe. I would recommend my friends and family to give Tim a call if they are in the market for a new vehicle.
I bought my dream car in 2019 which ran beautifully until I brought it in to Budweiser Motors for a recall. A few day after that the check engine light came on and my got really loud. So I brought it back and was told it was fixed. The check engine light came on again and the made home but I could no longer drive it. The timing chain broke off into the motor and they told me it would be $9100 to fix my 2013 Equinox AWD Its not worth that. Now Im paying on the loan for a car I need to junk. Very heartbroken and disappointed as I am back to driving my 2003 Ford Windstar. Nothing wrong with that motor

Called businesses that worked on the vehicle we were purchasing to ask questions about the undercoating, bed liner, etc. When stating a couple concerns about the vehicle Cole fix them right away.When you picture a business who is honest and trustworthy I would see Bud Weiser at the top of that list! I came in to get my power steering fixed (2014 Chevy Sonic, on 2/8/2021). (Had to wait a week to get in for that due to no mechanics available). I also was due for a oil change too. Told me that it was the battery. Replaced it. That nite, it stopped working again (In a snow storm no less.) Came in to get it looked at again (2/11/2021). Between the 2 days it started working on and off. When I took it in, it was working. Service person said it will be a wait to look at it. And, since it was working, maybe I should just come back when its not busy. They also did not have loaner available and I would have to wait for indefinite amount of time. Felt like I was being rushed out of there with that explanation. It is still working on and off since this time. I think its maybe because of the cold weather. But I am no mechanic (which i was hoping to have taken care of this). I cannot tell you how infuriating it is to start a car and cross your fingers and hope I can drive it normally. Instead of like a tank when I have NO power steering. I plan on buying a new car soon and was hoping to do it at your dealership. Like my last 3 cars my family have bought from you. I believe this will not be happening. Thank you for your time and this long rant.
I had my brakes serviced all around, front and rear. When I was on a business trip, I started hearing a little noise coming from the rear. I brought vehicle back and it wasnt the brakes but another part of the wheel. They fixed it and now the noise is gone. I really appreciate everything Bud Weiser Chevrolet has done for me and my family. Thank you again.
Online process was a little clunky. I was asking for specific information about pricing and financing options and I kept getting pressured to come to the dealership “to make this happen”. Once I said please no sales pressure, provide me with the information I need to make a purchase decision communication improved.Once I had the information I asked for and decided to move forward, coming to the dealership for delivery went great! Phil was great.
Tim Spangler went out of his way to get best deal for me, I was hesitant buy vehicle due to the extra 3000 miles on the Traverse. He came back and gave me extended warranty. Scratches were repaired, did find another scratch on rear bumper and hope they will take care of it. Tim went beyond and I am greatly appreciated!

While the water pump was replaced the car now has a squeal when turned on and it gets louder on acceleration. I have to have turn the radio on louder than I like to not hear it. This has been the second thing I have seen as problematic with this car after service there. A few years ago I had new lights replaced and now I cant drive it at night easily as the lights only shine about 10 in front of the car.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was able to get the part I needed quickly. The parts counter person friendly and positive.

We went to see a vehicle and was shown that vehicle, did the whole trade in thing, I had one call from the salesman and that was it, no text, no email no call. Apparently you have no chance of getting a vehicle here. They have so much business they dont need yours or mine. Go somewhere else is my advice.

I live three hours away from this dealership. They had the exact truck that I had been looking for so I called ahead and made sure it would be available when I got there to look at it and possibly buy it and was guaranteed that it would be there and available. I drove three hours there and test drove it and sat down to talk numbers and was then informed it had been sold 20 minutes before that. I should have been informed before making a 6 hour round-trip that somebody was very interested in it. That is very poor customer service and I will never even consider doing business with a dealer that treats people like that.

We recently purchased a GM Certified suv from Ray Chevrolet, we immediately regretted not buying locally. We took it back for an intermittent shifting issue within the first week.They assured us the transmission was fine. However, it was a recurring issue that was worsening. We then brought it in to Budweiser for a second opinion. They were able to diagnose the issue.They replaced our entire transmission with a new one, provided us with an immaculate rental while in service, and got our vehicle back within a couple days.Shawn at the front desk, Josh the mechanic, and the rest of the staff, they truly made our week, (heck, our month).I own a local car audio store that also builds hot rods, so I understand customer service with vehicle owners, as well as the actual work that goes in to repairing the vehicles.The magnitude of work needed to repair our vehicle can take weeks with other service centers.Receiving a call within a couple days of dropping it off, and the level of professionalism from the staff...I just can’t say enough good things.Thank you very much Budweiser.

Asked the customer service representative to look into my brakes, as they squeak in cold weather in reverse. I have a brand new (2020) vehicle with 9,000 miles and the response I got was, “Unfortunately we get that a lot and there’s not much we are going to be able to do.”He said, “All of the new chevys do it.” Had I known that every winter I will have to deal with squeaking brakes that there is no fix for I would not have even thought about getting a new vehicle.

If I could give zero stars for the actions of Steve their service manager I would. He falsely stated I couldn’t receive my employee discount for a part that they were going to service($800+). He stated I can only get such deal if I were buying a new car. He treated me as if I didn’t matter and as if I was simple minded and I was disposable to his work environment I also felt as if my skin color had something to do with how Steve treated me. He walked away from me when he felt the conversation was done even after I told the service advisor I didn’t want to speak to him because he was the one who caused me to be upset to begin with. Our money is no good there hence walking away from me.
My family and I have purchased and serviced many of our vehicles here for nearly. The service department used to be incredible, but unfortunately with the newer hired service advisors, the service department has gone downhill. The service advisor Sean Gotham was extremely rude and condescending while I was trying to explain a problem with my vehicle and with answering my questions. The actual maintenance on my vehicle was completed correctly, so the actual mechanic crew is still great. It takes months to gain a customer and seconds to lose one, and I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future. As Sean would tell me: Go right ahead. (Something he actually said to me during our conversation.)
Chad Reuter worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. Everything went smooth and fast when I picked my blazer up. Mr. Spangler spent a good amount of time going over EVERY feature on the blazer. I’ve had many new vehicles and I have to say this time was my best experience. Thank you Budweiser motors employees!

This place is fantastic! Tried to get a broken hinge on a work van fixed. Several other companies, including 2 other dealerships and a well-known body shop gave me all sorts of guff about it. It is going to be a difficult job, better off taking it somewhere else. Of course it sucks, thats why we pay you to do it. These guys gave me zero problem. They looked at it Tuesday. Had parts by Wednesday. Picked up fixed van Thursday. I would very highly recommend this place.

Wet shoes and socks thanks Budweiser! Also if you are trying to redeem My Chevrolet rewards it’s a hassle. Might be looking elsewhere when getting a new lease.
