So thankful for Elkhorn Chemical. They have been incredibly helpful, accommodating to our needs, and give excellent customer service. Jon is always available by phone or email, and if a message is left, he is prompt at returning a call. Delivery of ordered items have been received quickly, usually by the next business day. We are thankful to have such excellent customer service for our growing clinic.

Elkhorn Chemical is a hidden gem for any commercial grade products for businesses. Theyre sales and service team are absolutely wonderful. Theyre kind, helpful, and accommodating. And they still have toilet paper!!!But all jokes aside, I purchase all of our commercial cleaning / supplies for my business from Elkhorn Chemical. Theyre prices are unbeatable and theyre delivery options and turn-around times are great. Highly recommend them!

Woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional. I have never been treated so horrible as a customer in my life! Was left on hold for so long that I finally hung up. I went elsewhere for my small business.

I called as a new customer to place an order. A rude receptionist answered the phone, could not answer my questions, placed me on hold twice for long periods of time and then finally ended up hanging up on me! (I assume this was an accident and not on purpose). I was also told they were out of stock of bubble wrap. Pretty common shipping supply to be out of stock of. Never even tried to call me back. I dont have enough time to deal with such unprofessional service. I would leave a 1 star review, but I dont want to be overly harsh in case I had a freak experience with a sub receptionist or something.
