Super fast shipper!!! Ordered wholesale plastic (cellophane) bags for client give aways. The product arrived in under 2 days and is great quality.

These people are friendly, however, they false advertised the product that I ordered. I ordered a plastic bag on rolls, which was indicated as clear on their website that even had a photo of a clear bag. No where on the website did it say that the bags were going to be cloudy looking or opaque. I thought the bags would be clear as the bags on the photo and as the website indicated so I ordered 4 rolls, which came to be over $100 including shipping costs. When the product arrived, it was opaque and not clear as indicated on the website. I called them as they requested and Calvin was nice. He said that those bags are clear like those that you would see at the grocery stores. I told him that they are not clear as the bags in the photo on the website. Im not really sure he understood that this is false advertisement. I asked what can be done for a refund or exchange. He said theyd be happy to give me a refund or exchange but I would have to ship the product back and pay for the shipping costs. Either way, I would lose more than $30 on shipping so I decided to keep the product even though it was clearly advertised wrong. They are receiving a 1 star because they were friendly.

I ordered on March 5th - it is now March 15th .. I made a total of 3 phone calls to them ... Just to get the run-around...I finally was able to cancel the order - but it took me to tell them that Im calling my bank about this transaction - that got their attention .. If you have time to waste - this is your place to shop..

Their name is four stars, so I shall give them exactly four stars. Should have named yourselves five stars and I would have given you five stars. Smh.

Four Star Plastics gets 5 stars from us! They made plastic bags with our logo on them for our patients to take home toothbrush, floss, etc. The logo is beautiful on them and the quality of the bags is great! Now all of our patients are walking advertisements for us! Thank you!
