Absolute worst car care I have ever experienced. I brought my van to north end to have the muffler fixed, then had to return because they bolted it incorrectly. I then returned to have the transmission replaced, a very expensive job but despite my previous visit I had heard good things about them and were one of the only places in town capable of doing it. Instead of removing the y pipe to get the engine out, they cut straight through it, permanently ruining the pipe. I understand not everyone will understand this but that is the absolute laziest and most harmful way to remove an engine demonstrating how horribly unprofessional they are. After I noticed to exhaust not working properly I took the van to a muffler shop as I had had it with north end. The muffler shop informed me about the y pipe and when I called north end to question them about it they flat out denied doing it. Once I brought the van back and showed them the proof their attitude totally changed and they offered to reweld the pipe for free. Within a few months the exhaust stopped working correctly and I discovered they only welded half of what they promised to weld. Every time I have taken the van there they have damaged it worse or forced me to bring it back for a free fix of there own mistake. Never have I experienced such terrible car care, please do not bring your vehicles here.
