Sitting outside by the lake on a beautiful day with exquisite food (and oh, the company!) was fabulous. The staff were stressed (labor shortage) but friendly.

Great store. A wide variety items from wall decor, kitchen gadgets, to clothing, jewelry and blankets. Good selection of jelly, Js and salsa. Wonderful, helpful staff.

This is a lovely local store and the staff are very helpful. I just happened to go in when there was a great sale. I probably wouldn’t have been excited about paying full price, so was very happy.

I love this little shop. It has the best array of gifts and household supplies and decor. Cute MN themed things, fun lawn decor, really comfy clothes, super soft blankets, lots of fun dips, salsa, sauces, and canned delicious-ness. Its a must stop! Books, toys, games, clothing, blankets, kitchen supplies, outdoor stuff, all the things! 😍 I shop here for us and for fun things to give friends and family.

McKenzie Place is one of my favorite places to shop. Theyre clothes are reasonably priced and have a Bemidji/Minnesota theme that I love! They have many local items and also carry decor, kitchen items, and fun souvenirs. I can say this is one of the first places I go when looking for gifts.

Great gift shop with reasonable prices on everything. Tons of Bemidji t-shirts and lots of cabin home art decorations. The also have local sauces, syrups, and kitchen utensils galore. Just about half the store had items on sale this time in early September.

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m not one to ever write reviews but my experience was so bad here that this is well deserved. I called about how terribly the lady at the front counter treated me so hopefully they hire better staff.

I love coming here! Its a great spot for me to buy closing gifts that are unique and perfect for homeowners! The selection always changes and there is a great assortment from Bemidi apparel, local food items, holiday and home decor!

At first glance a person might think this is just a tourist trap. Its also a top notch kitchen store. I didnt know this until I was just bored one day and stopped in. If you are looking for the perfect gift for anyone who likes to cook, a wedding, a foodie it would be a great stop. It also has nice art. There is also the kitchy stuff for the tourists.

A nice clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of stuff to choose from. From kitchen utensils to clothes candles and nicknacks. They even have samples of the various jellies that they offer. A nice place to visit.

I have shopped here 3 times and everytime I did buy something because I like the item, and the said item has been very nice! However the customer service is terrible!!!!!! If you are under the age of 40 be prepared to be stalked or harrassed and treated like you are plotting to rob them blind! I was wearing a sweatshirt I bought from the store prior to todays shopping trip and still got followed while carrying a giant item that in now way was I going or able to stash anywhere on my person! I understand you have a business to run and I know theft is an issue in our area but come on!! If your going to treat the young generation as if we are all thieves while Im wearing merchandise I have a receipt for in my wallet and obviously am back for some reason to spend more money...hmm Not good business practice!

I presented them with a problem. I wanted to order a specific candle. They said no and iinsisted I wait until they had a $ 5000.00 order to place. Looks like Amazon or another supplier is in store. Very disappointing for this reputable store. PS, I doubt they will ever see this evakuation
