This Summer my husband and I decided to purchase a large, above ground pool for our backyard. Neither of us have any experience caring for a pool and had no clue where to even start. Even though we did not purchase our pool from Midnight Sun, they have been incredibly helpful! They have welcomed our MANY questions! I think we have spoken with each of their Bemidji employees, and each one has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They have absolutely earned our ongoing business!

Customer Service is top-notch! Filled out an inquiry online and the staff at Midnight Sun in Bemidji followed up the very same day and were able to explain all of their products over the phone and sent detailed information. Midnight Sun went above and beyond and delivered/set up the hot tub the same day it was ordered all while there was a blizzard happening. The service tech that came out to deliver and set up the hot tub was very professional and walked through each step on how to properly care for the hot tub. I visited the bemidji store, spoke with Ryan and Abbey. They talked me through my options as far as what would fit me best as a customer. Got my tub yesterday. Corey and Jake set it in place perfectly. Made sure the tub was hooked up, it had a problem with pump number two. Corey with his dedication wouldn’t leave until it was fully functional. Turns out the problem was minor... while Corey fixed the pump Jake ran through the chemicals and the instructions were perfectly clear. So as for my experience and recommendations these guys all get a 5 star rating from me... the professionalism they have showed throughout this process is amazing. Thank you all for my great experience diving in.

We purchased our hot tub on a Tuesday and on Wednesday morning Corey and Jake were right on time with all the materials and expertise needed! They did a fantastic job removing our old Jacuzzi and setting up the new system. They took care not to disturb our yard and cleaned up all of their packaging material. Corey and Jake also went over all the functions of our new system and made certain we were comfortable with how to get the best out of our tub and Covana cover electric lift system. Incredible Customer Service!Sometimes you only know how much a Company values customer service until you have a problem.... The sauna that I purchased would shut down before getting fully heated up. Long story short, Phil and Abby made sure their employees came back (over 50 miles away) 5 different times until the problem was resolved. Though it was frustrating for all parties involved, Abby and Phil were consistent in their actions that they were not going to quit until I was satisfied with the product I purchased from them. These guys were great to work with!! The install was a piece of cake, of course I didnt do a thing but I was shown how to do everything to keep my tub working the way it needed to be. I have had my tub for 3 years now and it still works like a charm and Ive never had to call in about a thing!!!
