Terrible customer service. They treated my wife terrible lied about many things about our build. Gave us a new sales person that didn’t have any experience to speak of. Tried blaming us for all of the wrong stuff we received stuff we were shorted on. They also ordered stuff that we did not need and then told us it was non returnable. I wouldn’t give them 1 star. Finished our building stuff with another on the north end of town and very happy with them.DO NOT BUY FROM GRIZZLY! You will get burnedPlus the quality control on their rafters is terrible. We received 2 that shouldn’t have made it out of their yard one was missing the metal plate on a heap the other had a knot all the way through a bottom cord.
