I saved $70 by using Walmart Pharmacy today. I went and I was the only person in drive-thru. I waited 10 minutes and no one helped me despite pressing the call button repeatedly. At the 5 minute point someone came to the other lane and was helped and on her way while I waited.Save your money and effort and just go to HEB. Its a further drive, but at least they are willing to help you.

Love this staff. The ladies that work there were so helpful and caring. Went out of their way to find the needed information and got me exactly what I needed. So grateful ♡

Horrible experience here the pharmacist and employees giggle and laugh behind the counter but can’t do those jobs correctly! Doctor refuses service even after my doctor let her know I needed my prescriptions. Never have I met such a horrible professionalisms from someone and felt so discriminated against . I guess some people can study books but apparently basic customer service is a bit harder to comprehend!

Have had a few bad experiences. Officially going to a different pharmacy. Waited on hold in line for 15min before I had to ring the teller for a second time. Don’t let them fool you, you will wait forever. Has taken over 30min just to pick a RX in the drive through.

This is the absolute worst Ive ever experienced. There is zero help figuring out a solution when theres a problem, which has happened twice now. Two different associates had me calling 3 different numbers to figure out why they cant see my daughter has coverage, when their Doctorsoffice has no issue. I will not be using this pharmacy ever again.

Definitely not the go to pharmacy.The service is decently quick but the customer service and the attitudes from the moment you walk up to the counter to the moment you leave.

Staff is pleasant and responsive. Pharmacists get to know who you are. Waits are reasonable.

Rude,Rude,Rude. I went to pick up groceries the old lady with short hair and glasses made me wait for 25 minutes before I could get the groceries, and I had to call 5 times before the order came to me & on top of that 4 other cars came and was served before me. I dont know if its because I have an accent but they wouldnt let me finish my sentence over the phone she kept hanging up on me. I called again but asked for a manager his name starts with a D & I explained everything to him and dismissed it all so I asked for a corporate number and he also hangs up on me lol. Sounds like discrimination to me!

Never tried the drive thru but at the counter they are very nice and i have rarely had to wait long. Dont know why there are so many bad reviews.

Pharmacy drive thru is always slow. U have to wait 6 minutes before getting ur prescription. Then when you get put on hold on the telephone ur wait is super long.

Customer service was very pleasant.
