I needed a new unit for my Sprinter for radio, Bluetooth, Spotify, etc. and Sounds Fast was my first (and last) stop. The rep showed me the different options and got me set up with what I needed. They happened to have a cancellation that day, so the install got underway right away. A few issues came up….the old install was not great, so they needed to upgrade some wiring and a module. They called 3 different times to explain the situation, ask me what I wanted to do and kept me in the loop. I really appreciated the clear communication. The job ran a little long, so they called to see if they could keep it overnight. I have no doubt they would have worked late to get it done though, had I wanted that. Bottom line: good product, good price, good communication, good team over at Sounds Fast. Would highly recommend them.Bob WBend

Great Service! I had an old remote start - keyless entry fail that they installed 8 years ago. Instead of making me purchase a complete new system they were able to adapt new components with my old system saving me a considerable amount of money. People who know me know how obsessed I am with my Infiniti g35. So I was extremely upset when another company messed up the re-tint (enough to cause replacement of my rear window).Thankfully, a friend suggested Sounds Fast. They gave me an honest estimate for different levels of tinting and explained the difference.They were patient while I got the rear window replaced and did an AMAZING job when they could finally fix the botched job. I can tell a difference with the ceramic tint they suggested and love the level of tint they did.My ONLY regret is that I didnt come here first!!I loved their integrity and professionalism with quality so much that I decided to have the radio/tape player replaced.. This was no easy task as the car is 15 years old. They were clear about every step and helped me get a rebate. I am a little overwhelmed with all the features, but I absolutely love driving this car again!If they ever seem expensive, it is because they do it right the first time and ON TIME. Cant beat that.

I had the front windows tinted on my Subaru Crosstrek to match the rear window tint. Folks did a stellar job and I loved the reminder sticker across the window controls to not roll down for 3-5 days. Im in Virginia and I was trying to keep busy with a DIY install car audio upgrade during COVID lockdown. I was having a tough time finding a decent upgrade path for bass in my RS7 when I saw an old install of a custom subwoofer enclosure the guys at Soundsfast had done on a S7. I reached out to Jamie and while he told me he didnt have the forms for the old install, hed reach out the next time he had a customer looking to do something similar. Luckily it was only two weeks later and Jamie said they were doing a 10in JL sub enclosure for another RS7!! Long story short - they made a second enclosure, giving input on materials and looks etc, and in a week I had a custom box shipped across country to my garage door! They helped walk me through the install and were super helpful all around, and the sub enclosure looks amazing -- so close to stock coloring, its perfect and sounds amazing! Customer service is amazing - price was competitive, build quality excellent --- thanks guys!

Didnt actually buy anything, but they were super nice and helpful. When i told them i would have money the next day, they held the item i thought i was going to need, and wound up not needing it. They offered solid advice and helped me work out what i actually needed, the speakers fit so much better now and the rattle that my door was making went away. Would totally reccomend this place to people who chase high quality audio like i do.

These are the ones to go to for automotive accessories. They set me up with a 20 inch lightbar and a custom installed radar detector. I was very impressed with the results! Very professional job, and I plan to go back to upgrade my audio system.

Knowledgeable on products, found a solution for my car that nobody else in town could find. Beautiful custom install job. Under budget and on time. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

The staff was nice! One even offered to give me a ride so that I could get to an appointment. The store is clean and nice. Even the bathroom sparkles. The downside: originally I was told three hours for an install and I waited at the store 6 hours after my drop off time. Be prepared to wait and to be shined on when you ask for a time estimate. Had the staff been forthcoming when I placed my deposit I could have made plans to have someone pick me up. Advice to the staff: Give your customers a reasonable time and cost estimate so they can make plans and budget prior to the appointment. Next, I was told 249 for the basic install then I was charged an additional $35.00 and $75.00 for another charge. They did deduct the 35.00 fee as requested. Be forthcoming let the customer know the truth about hidden charges. Let them know that the basic install is 249.00 plus a $20.00 fee in the fine print then on top of the fine print there may be additional charges. In summary: Customers be aware of additional fees, get a quote or estimate in writing prior to install, and take a computer or book with you so that you can catch up on work. There is a comfortable waiting area and Wifi.

Had some tower speakers and sub installed in my brand new boat about a month ago. I was satisfied with the service and installation. There was a mistake made but was promptly addressed and corrected. I had the crew at Sounds Fast put in a remote starter for my wifes Toyota Rav4. They explained the products available and the process to install very well. The price was excellent! I gave my wife the starter for a Christmas gift. They got me right in before Christmas for the install so it worked great for a gift. The function of the starter is awesome! These guys are great. Heres the story. I bought a stereo and from a big box store and had it installed through them. The next morning I realize they screwed it up and didnt hook the heater cables up so my heater and ac didnt work at all. Not fun for fall time in the PNW. I had planned to go back to people that installed it but they didnt open till 10. I saw that Sounds Fast was open so I just went by to see what they thought. After talking to them I just decided to have them fix it, they squeezed me in, fixed it in an hour and I was on my way. Great customer service and high quality work in a timely manner. I have had Sounds Fast install stereo systems and heated seats in my Sprinter and Jeep Wrangler. They have also installed ceramic tint in the Sprinter, Jeep Wrangler and now our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ive recently had my car here 2 times and my moms car here once. I purchased a ceramic window tint and automatic car starter, then did an automatic car starter for my moms car as well. All 3 of these services went 10 times better then I expected. I am very picky with my car and they couldnt have done a better job. The front desk manager Sean is great and has a ton of knowledge. I will be back for more services soon!

They told my husband they were installing a top of the line $500 Bluetooth system in my van. It takes me two seconds to google that its a cheap $138 system.This is after the fact that they claimed they could not program the system that was already built into my car to recognize voice or make calls.

Guys were cool and polite but they wanted $350 to install my head unit. I did it myself within 30 mins and no hassle. They are cool but that price was ridiculous for such an easy install.

I went to Sounds Fast to get new led lights as my right side wasnt working properly. After the installed, the right side was still poor. I went back to tell them, they told me it was my headlight assembly. (Why did I spend $500 in the first place to just have to tell me something else is wrong after I paid!) They gave me the same basic answers about my headlights without actually looking at them. Its because it is a projection headlight, these wont work well with them (Why would you sell them to me then!?) The left side then started to flicker. Tried to set up appointment but they were always 3-4 weeks out. After I finally got in there with an appointment, they took the car in the back and told me the part they installed had failed. Im thinking, okay, great! Replace the bulb and install the new headlight assembly that I bought and Ill be on my way. Nope, not that easy. I guess the really expensive lights that they convinced me to buy were out of warranty and can replace them at a cost. (Why would I send $500 on lights to only last 1 year!? Thats absolutely ridiculous!) He offered to install my new headlight assemblies at no charge. Great, at least Im getting something. After getting the car back, they simply just installed the new lights without transferring any of the $500 lights I paid for. Why would I not want the better lights in my new assembly!? I was very clear as to what I needed and wanted done. Now I have a car with basic headlights, the $500 set still sitting in the back of my truck and totally out the money I paid to fix a problem that ended up failing faster then I could even get good use out of them. Poor service, sales tactics that tricks the consumer, false upfront information about warranty, over priced and not knowledgeable about what works and what wont work in certain vehicles. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. You think you get good service and parts with how expensive they are but you will not. Do more research to find someone else in town. Save the time and money.

Had a tint job done years ago, still hold up good, at first I was dissapointed, but the owner called me and wanted to make it right and redo the job with their new tint guy. I thought that was awesome, but we were just to busy to be able to drop the car off during buisness hours so we still have the original job, despite years, its holding up great. Ill bump it from 3 to 4 stars

Worked on my car did good quick job.

My Chevy Tahoe had ground feedback coming through the rear speakers. I tried to fix it myself and didnt do it properly. I took it to the Chevy dealership and a local shop that Ive trusted for years. Both quoted me $1,800+ to fix it. I took it to Sounds Fast on a whim and drove out thirty minutes later with my stereo fixed...for $40! Turned out to be a blown fuse and they simply disconnected the bad amp so my stereo works fine. They knew what I was up against and could have charged me much more with me being none the wiser but they went the honest route. They have my trust and my business now.

Ive been to better stocked and better serviced car audio shops in the Dominican Republic. Unbelievable theyre in business in Bend.

Professional and many options to choose from for sound upgrades. They werent real keen on sharing info on the vehicle wraps they advertise though.
