Originally ordered a pair of custom doors through Blankenship which they quoted to arrive in 8 weeks. It took 6 months! Did a fine job with installation though.

They came and repaired a broken spring on my main double garage door the same day I contacted them. Repair was readily made by the owner himself and customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this company.

Lived in our new house 8 months and have a problem with the garage door, installed by Blankenship when Pahlisch built the house. Their rep told me that the door may not be covered by warranty because the warranty starts when the door was installed, NOT when we bought the house and moved in. Cross your ts and dot your is with this company otherwise you may not have any warranty.Update: 5-10-21: after complaining to Pahlisch they magically found someone the next day and it turns out that all that was wrong was the door sticking to the seal. Some silicone spray + its fixed now. I sure have to jump through a lot of hoops like a circus doggy to get things fixed at my new Pahlisch home. Ill try the silicone myself next time.

Moved into a house with a Ryobi controller and was concerned it was incorrectly installed. Blankenship was able to send someone out the next morning to inspect it. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Appreciate the help, Blankenship!

A part for the motor for my garage door broke. The serviceman was prompt, cordial, and informative. He gave me the choice of replacing the part or the motor. Both prices were very reasonable, and the serviceman did not push me to replace the motor rather than the part. I chose to replace the part, which the serviceman did in short order. I paid the quoted price. There were no hidden charges. Garage door works great.

I backed into and damaged my garage door when it accidentally started coming back down. Called around and had one company tell me I needed to replace it for $1500. BGD came out the next day and had it fixed for a small fraction of the cost to replace. They also gave me a quote in case I wanted to replace and the quote was 1/3 less than first company. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with the service that Dan from Blankenship Garage Doors provided. My garage door suffered a broken spring and I called Blankenship at about 8:00 am. After sending a few photos of the spring Dan called and said that hed be there around 1:00 pm. At exactly 1:00 pm Dan showed up and within a couple of hours my door was back in operation with two new springs for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Blankenship garage Doors for repair work.

My technician Steve gave me a curtesy call before he was on his way . He did a great job and was very professional . I never actually used them, I called them 6 times, they never answered any of my calls, would only get voicemail and called in the morning and afternoon. I left a message requesting a call back and they never called me back. I ended up using Broken Top Garage doors, they answered their phone every time and were able to service my garage door in a timely fashion. Call Broken Top garage doors if you need service.

The track on my garage door was starting to detach from the wall. A technician from Blankenship Garage Doors came out and re-attached the track and serviced my door. Everything works great!

My garage door broke on Saturday night so I went online in the Blankenship Garage door website and made a request for a repair on Sunday morning. It states that they will respond to you within 24 hours. Monday night at 5pm there was no email or call to me so I called them and left a message explaining and to call me for service. 3 days later no call so I called another garage door company. I dont expect next day service but I do expect at least a call to let me know when they can handle my repair.

Blankenship Garage Doors is nothing short of superb. I became familiar with them because they install garage doors for a couple of builders that I know. Over the years Ive called upon Blankenship Garage Doors for some service calls, but recently they came through in full heroic fashion. As luck would have it, a spring broke the day before leaving on a business trip. I wasnt exactly thrilled to leave my family with an inoperable garage door and vehicles stuck inside. Fortunately, luck was on both our sides, and Blankenship Garage Doors had an available tech that had just finished up their full work day and they also had the parts I needed (which is saying a lot with prolific supply chain issues). Not wanting to be a demanding customer, I was willing to wait and schedule a future appointment, but I think Dan could sense the stress in my voice and proceeded to call upon his tech, Steve, who was happy to oblige with one final job for the day and get my garage door back in operation.
