Outstanding service, I had a very hard time finding the deck stain I wanted. These folks nailed it. Got the job done before the weather turns. Ill get the paint from them in the spring when I paint 3 of my houses. Cha ching!!

Staff very nice but they were not able to make paint samples due to being out of the base paint. We would have had to pay about $40 for a gallon to try something. There were several colors we wanted. That cost would be way too high. Id rather spend my money here, bit well have to go to Lowes

Excellent customer service. The curbside approach is right for the new reality we are in. I appreciate not having to go inside the store.

I stopped in and had some paint color matched, they wanted me to come back to pick up my paint which was just fine. Twenty minutes later I come back for my paint and its like I was never there, no one has any idea who I am or what I want or where my paint is. After a ten minute search for a missing employee, low and behold, my paint. The color did match perfectly but if you are in a hurry, good luck.

30 min wait for 1 test quart, they had no more 3 inch paint brushes when I asked if they had any more shawn just shrugged his shoulders said I doubt it and I dont want to walk back there to look. I had enough time to start a account and write this review while waiting for them to put the phone down and help me. Go to Miller if you want decent service.

Higher number of staff members on a sale weekend. When I entered on Saturday, there only two employees and one was being bombarded by questions from a man who eventually left the store without buying anything. In the interim, the poor lone staff member was on the phone answering questions while trying to deal with a challenging in-store order. Meanwhile, 9 people (including myself) had to stand in line and wondered why the store hadnt staffed to a higher number when there was an appealing sale taking place on a Saturday. Several were openly dissatisfied.
