The owner was very helpful and polite. Has been in the business many many years and had great advice and recommendations. I followed his recommendations with using chemicals in my hot tub and thus far things have worked out great. Strongly recommend this business as I will definitely make this my regular spa store.

The owner Cory is fantastic. We had a tub from someone else in town that they were unable/unwilling to fix the chemical issue we had. We had heard about Bend Spa from a friend and they were absolutely correct, they are the best in town. Do not mess around with anyone else. Highly recommended!

We just purchased a house in the Bend area that came with a spa. I knew nothing of their care and went to a couple of places asking what I should be doing. Most handed me a couple bottles of chemicals and said close to Add these. Corey took the time to ask me about what type of use it would be getting, suggested a couple of different types of chemicals based on usage and gave me their pros and cons. I felt I walked out with a much better understanding of spa maintenance instead of a bag of chemicals. Thanks Corey.

After 3 months of shopping for our new spa and several recommendations to go to Bend Spa and Hearth. We finally bought our new artesian spa. Cory at Bend spa was by far the most knowledgeable and was always able to answer our questions. The products were better quality than anything we found and the price was much better. Everything from ordering to delivery went exactly like he said and was right on time. Great delivery guys also.I would recomend Bend Spa and Hearth to anyone looking for a higher end spa at a good price.Thanks again.
