Whenever I need floors, these are the guys I come to. They have done carpet, linoleum, hardwood and now luxury vinyl for me. And all of it has come out well. If there is ever a problem, which is just the nature of construction, they make it right. Having work done on your house can be stressful-at least for me-but these guys do the best they can to help you get through the process without pain, from purchase to installation I have found them to be kind.

Loved the floors and service from this store. We bought a new house that came with carpet unless we wanted to pay a ridiculous upgrade price. Priced it at several stores and were very pleased with Benecia Flooring prices, service and no hassle salesmanship. They were fast and competent. Respectful and followed restrictions during COVID. Had a small issue with the stairs and they responded to our calls and sent someone out as soon as allowed (time restrictions because of COVID lock down when we first called). Great work and would definitely recommend them. Have had lots of positive comments on the floor from everyone from our movers to others who have seen it. We have shared their name with a lot of people! Also, big thanks to these guys for being willing to work the schedule so they could come in after we closed on the house — despite delays by the builder throwing off our dates — and get the flooring down prior to our move!!

Father and Son team who work there are a great example for going above and beyond in customer service. Would definitely have carpet and hard wood installed through them again.

Tried them once when located at East H & 1st Street. Completed floor replacement in our bathroom. Looked Great 👍Just few weeks later the floor started peeling up??!!? They refused to honor the warranty on materials and workmanship!Said would come and check it out, never showed up, no return calls etc..... To this day the owner pretends he doesnt know us!!

Not only they have a big amount of floors of all kinds to choose from, they are as nice as they can be. Made me feel welcomed, helped me so much to choose our new floor, came to measure and the crew that installed our floors where as wonderful as the owners. Absolutely recommended!!
