I hardly ever participate on public media, read or write reviews, or give recommendations for businesses. But I was surprised when, in passing, I saw the reviews others had written, and I felt I should balance the picture a little. Yes, I have sometimes had to wait a while longer than than expected for a prescription to be filled. But I have always been treated kindly and with respect. I have been getting prescriptions from Walmart Benton Harbor for more than 10 years, and have never had a negative experience. Thank you to the pharmacists and assistants for all you do for us.

Came to get a prescription filled and they claimed it was not called in although it had been called in 5 hours prior. Called my doctor again and she called it in again while I was on the phone. Came back 20 minutes later after shopping and they said they havent received it as of yet. I called the doctor and they claimed they could not talk to her or state if its been sent in since my line was unsecure and the doctor had to call them again. She told me to tell them to check their messages as she already called in the prescription twice. They finally checked the system and what do you know its just been sitting there unfilled by the two pharmacists and the 4 techs chatting away behind the counter. Then they had the nerve to tell me to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled!!! Never again! If it wasnt something that was needed asap I wouldve had the doctor send it somewhere else. Incompetence to the highest degree.

Worst pharmacy in the world. Always screwing up autofill then blames you. Shredded my daughters prescription and denied receiving it. After review of camera several days later it caught the employee shredding it. All we got was sorry. My daughter didnt get her medicine that day. They are rude unprofessional and just misery to have to deal with. If you have insurance through Walmart you cant even go to a GOOD pharmacy cause your prescription insurance will only be covered at walmart.

I work at a hospital, in the Bronson ER in Kalamazoo, even though they are open( service desk confirmed), I cannot reach for anyone, I have been calling since 04:45 pm, I am writing this comment at 05:33 and I have been only on the the phone that entire time trying to reach them, to confirm if my unconscious patient is on blood thinners. If you use this pharmacy and god forbid, you life in some ways depends on information they have, you will die. Also other Wal-marts wont tell me anything because they dont fill for that patient. Please pray for this patient here.

They yelled at me and hung up when I asked whether or not they had my prescription.
