Called pharmacy about Covid vaccine. Pharmacist tells me I have to make appointment online. Personal info required, no problem. Also, printed required documents and filled them out, a tad lengthy, but no problem. Arrived 15 minutes early per their requirements. Was informed that they have no more appointments, including any that were scheduled online. No big deal to any of the pharmacists on duty. No apology, no explanation, no additional info, no can we reschedule your appointment. Very disturbing that through the whole process, the fact that they were out of vaccine was never mentioned. Typical example of Walgreens stellar customer service.

To the black manager working tonight you was very rude to another customer in which you should have never said what you said out loud. Somethings are better unsaid.
I get all my medicines filled here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes care of any questions you may have. One of the better walgreens Ive been to -
I would give them negative rating if possible.Walgreens is the most unreliable pharmacy to date! I just paid $100 and had the proof the transaction went through on my phones bank app and then had to pay AGAIN to get the medicine. All while I am being lectured by the “pharmacist” when I don’t even have a voice (laryngitis) to comment back.Definitely a case for Arkansas State Pharmacological Department
I stopped by yesterday to pick up a few things and two people inside the store (customers) were not wearing masks. The employees up front (as I was checking out) greeted both customers and said nothing despite the “mandatory mask” sign posted on the front door. I won’t shop at this Walgreens again.
Had my doctor call in a prescription for blood pressure medication. Called the pharmacy and explained why I was having to get it early. They told me they would have it ready. I went to pick it up and the pharmacist said he wasn’t filling it because it was too soon. That’s the whole reason I called to explain why I needed it early. He starts talking loud for other customers to hear. They don’t need to hear my business or why I’m getting blood pressure meds early. Had them transferred. Bye Felicia (Matt the Pharmacist)
I have never had any major problems with this store. They have always been super nice to me. I agree the drive thur is slow sometimes but that is usually because people do not have their insurance cards ready or up to date. It is rare I have found it to be the stores fault. They have had to back order some of my medications but again it was no fault to the store that they ran out or had to order a medication that isnt normal stock. I continue to use this store because of the great customer service I get here.
Again the employees are sometimes nice its a decent place to get your medicine but its unorganized some of the time.
Above and beyond! Store manager, Kevin, was in the Christmas spirit. He went over and above to make my granddaughters gift right. So very nice and accommodating when they had no reason to be.
Aside from being a little understaffed at times, Im not sure why anyone has any room to complain. If you dont have your insurance in order, of course it is going to be rejected and itll possibly take longer to get your prescription refilled. Its a funny thing but Im pretty sure common practice with good ol insurance companies, you have to keep your insurance current in order for it to do you any good. I have been to this store for my meds and to buy stuff for home so I have used both departments of this store on multiple occasions at varying times of the day and have to say that Ive not had a long wait and the staff are kind and courteous. If any improvements were to be made, I would say it would be to make sure there are enough employees....but this is a corporate problem, not to be blamed on the store itself.
Walgreen in Benton Arkansas (pharmacy) - should be classified with zero stars. They are incompetent and left me with the impression they do no care about their jobs or the people they are hired to service. Bye Bye Walgreens Hello CVS! Overcharged wife by not billing insurance. second person couldnt help(pharmacy manager). called back and talked to christian. she was very helpful in getting us our $30 refund from their overcharge. would i go their again, probably, but would look over everything closely.
Love this store . Great staff always nice . Most of the time when i go in there for smokes the cashier if it is someone that knows me gets them before I even ask .

Walgreens almost always never has the prescription meds you need. And they give you the third degree about getting the meds you need. Why I switched to a local pharmacy.
If I did not know better, I would swear this store is run by the Federal Government. It is inefficient, and terrible to deal with. Some doctors in town try to avoid them if at all possible.The way the Benton store is mismanaged, one has to wonder how such a small operation cannot be well managed.I am only referring to the pharmacy, of course.
This store is so convenient and almost always has everything I need. The employees are very helpful and accommodating!

This is by far THE SLOWEST establishment Ive ever been to, they have 2 drive thru lanes and only ONE person working both of them so the go back and forth so whats the point of 2 lines if you dont have 2 people working them? I would say go across the street to CVS but theyre just as pathetic but only with 1 lane....
The wait time here is horrible. Used them on back to back days neither was very busy (only car in he drive thru) both times took longer than four hours to fulfill. Will be finding another pharmacy. Shockingly bad service. Bad location with military traffic. Unfriendly staff.
Its the worst EVER!!!!!! Dont go n there unless u look like u r made of money, and u arent sick in any way what so ever, especially medically physically sick looking, or u will b judged n profiled horrible bad it wouldnt give me a choice to put no stars it doesnt even deserve a star. Went n there about two n the morning of Halloween morning after I got off from work to pick up some wax paper to make caramel apples for my work Halloween party later that day and seen Halloween makeup looked at it because was lacking stuff for my costume that I still needed, l picked up what I needed continied to walk on and I heard of all the employees the MANAGER if not the GENERAL MANAGER tell several other employees outloud also in front of the other customers when I was n the next aisle over say and I quotethe person that walked in make sure to watch them and follow them until they are ready to check out I heard that n was standing right behind the manager n the girl he told that to immediately asked are u ready to check out? He then turned around eyes got big then he tried to be all nice I asked for what I needed they didnt have it, and so I walked out slammed the lipstick on the counter and left, then to make matters worse the girl literally followed me out to the parking lot and made sure and watched me leave completely. I had my wallet in my hand to with over 200 hundred dollars in it plus my Paycard so why would I need to steal and Im sorry but I work with the public everyday n my workplace and not oncw do we make our guests feel that way. I had a beanie on, flip flops, sweats, and a T-shirt and was treated that way towards to. And he said it so loud that all the customers heard to and watched me as well. Not once n my thirty years of life have I ever been treated like and felt like a criminal as much as I did that night. I will NEVER go back in there gain and will tell everyone my experience there and what kimd of people they have working there especially the kind of people working with the everyday public.
Moved closer to the Benton Walgreens so started filling our prescriptions here instead of Bryant Walgreens. Huge mistake. Needed to pick up my 4 year olds allergy medicine (she has severe allergies) and was told I needed to have my insurance re-verified. Gave them my insurance card and was told that my daughters birthday registered with my insurance was incorrect (she confirmed the birthday that Walgreens had in the system was correct) so the only way I could fill it was to pay full price ($65 vs $8). It was 8pm so I left and called the insurance company the next morning. Her birthday was not incorrect in their system and they said no one had run it to check (they said any check that resulted in a confirmation or rejection would be logged in their system). So I wasted my time for two days dealing with this because the girl was too lazy to do her job and actually run my insurance info. I transferred everything to CVS. Dont waste your time!
Worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. If you go through the drive through....pack a lunch youll be there forever!! No matter what time of day or night. I have complained twice before to the manager and nothing ever changes. Very pourly run.VERY POURLY RUN!!!
African American female assistant manager was yelling across the store at an employee for not getting the Christmas aisle finished. Female employee looked like she was about to cry. The employee didn’t deserve to be treated with such hate and disrespect. Won’t be coming back as long as assistant manger is working in this environment.
Only cause there wasnt a 0 star option, when someone is trying to call about the availability of some thing and youre on hold TWICE for over 30 min, your store sucks.
The pharmacy is what drags this store down. Theyre awful.
