Worst service ever. Ordered a uniform, waited 4 weeks. At first it was the end of the week, but they kept pushing the date. I finally just cancelled the order because I got tired of being lied too. Also was charged double for masks that were advised for cheaper online. Just save your time and money. Shop somewhere else!

Absolutely worst customer service of any store I’ve ever been or used online. My wife has tried to reach them multiple times after placing online orders to be out on hold and ignored. We still don’t have our orders. Losing $65 dollars isn’t a huge deal but after spending over $1000 you’d think they would give you the time of day. Nope. If you want to be ignored make the call!

We Bought our kids football gear from them and the young man who helped us was very knowledgeable not to mention the price was way better than any big box store.

Ordered some products it took a little longer than normal but I also know small businesses are struggling with stock and shipping delays so I can not blame the business but our product was delivered and exceeded our expectations worth the wait for sure

My wife loves the vintage Bella Canvas shirt I bought her for Christmas.

Very unreliable and doesn’t call back. If you try to call the mailbox is full. Been trying to get just one thing for 3 weeks. It finally comes in, and I’m told he’ll call back when he unboxes it. No call, it’s Christmas Eve and they are closed. Disappointed to say the least.

The experience was fantastic I came in to get 5 custom shirts @ 10am they were done by 4 pm for my grandsons birthday that evening everything was done in a professional manner and the price was very reasonable for a rush order. Will definitely be back to get more shirts for our next event!Thanks

Recently we ordered about 20 shirts for our softball tournament. This company was awesome at getting them done on time! They were very professional and the shirts looked amazing. We received many compliments from others. The shirts are comfortable and easy to wash the dirt stains out. Thank you so much for your amazing service for our team!

I’ve used Sports shop for 5+ years for my youth organization and each year they have exceeded my expectations. I have had to change orders and numbers on jerseys and they have always been great about making the changes quickly, no one is perfect but they have always made a conscious effort to keep me happy as a costumer and I can honestly say that I am. They have great pricing and great costumer services I recommend all other leagues and travel teams to use them for a great turn around and product.

We ordered basketball uniforms for our team. Everything was wonderful and very cost friendly will return. Also have a young man who speaks Spanish that was very helpful for us.

We had great services and help with our Spirit wear items for our school. As a small business owner, it is great to see this type of love for the community and schools around them. Locally owned is hard to come by these days.

I would give a zero if I could but unfortunately I cant! We did not order our shirts from the new owners. He was rude, arrogant, and acted like he was to troubled to work for the next two normal business hours. On top of that he doubled the price just to lose the business. I have always done business here since I was in school but never again! Max and the family were fantastic! This man is horrible!!!

Bad Customer Service Experience - My very small order of uniforms was messed up from the beginning and when I called back to inform them of the issues, they made it seem like it was my fault the order was wrong. I paid for all the products and didn’t not put up a big fuss with them because I don’t waste my time with people who do me wrong. I just move on to a different company that provide the same services.

I called and placed my order and a week later hadent herd back from anyone i called again. They had no clue of the order i placed a week prior. I went in and personally placed the order this time. I had a very simple order and even showed the new owner a picture of exactly what I wanted. A week later went to pick up the 6 shirts and sure enought almost everything was wrong but he handed them to me and said this is what I ordered. I reminded him of our conversation and showed him the picture a second time but he said that what he printed was what he had readily available. Very displeased. I will never use them again. The customer service and good quality left when the new owners too over in 2015.

Made some very nice shirts for me for less $ than I expected and got them to me quick.

If I could give a zero rating I would. They are a bunch of liars. They messed up 4 uniforms and tried to charge me to fix it. Brandon was the guy who took the order and messed it up and would not fix it. They also messed up uniforms and hats for a little girls softball team. They corrected that mess up but it was corrected after the season. Then they state we have been calling you for days but there was no missed call from them. Horrible customer service and full of lies, and not timely at all. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The sports shop that caters to the needs and wants of sports enthusiasts like me. They have some affordable items in store for everyone.

Small area although they are well stocked

This shop is NOT what it used to be. Bunch of kids running the store. NO communication skills or follow up on my order. Literally waited 4 months and my order was never filled. I had to keep checking with the shop only to find out the work was never done.

Fantastic!! Everything was done in less than 4 days. The staff went above and beyond to meet our deadline for a tournament we jumped in last minute! We can not express how greatful we are.
