Ø There used to be several nice grocery stores in my town, as well as specialty stores and mom-and-pop locations. Within five years of Walmart opening in our town everything else was closed. Then of course they jack the prices right back up.To hell with this corporation. I wish folks would please deeply consider never shopping here again.

Well, what can you say, its Walmart !Always clean and well stocked. Has the newest items available to market.Has my crafting supplies plus some.Beats local grocery stores on prices and department stores too. Who wouldnt want to go to Walmart ?

The hobby section in well improved but the checkout section needs lots of help i.ve always have ask cash or credit I always pay cash.( fix it)😆

New to the area. Absolutely one of the worst Walmarts I have ever shopped. Bare shelves all over the store....not just items, large areas were bare. Items not marked on shelves and no price check machines around. The greatest irritant was 5:30 on Friday afternoon and 2 checkers! Stood in line over 20 minutes. Walmart Benton Arkansas is off my list as a place to shop.When I did finally get to check out, checker was very nice and pleasant. Only miss charged on 3 items.

I normally feel no need to review a Walmart. Its a Walmart. Thats usually all you need to know. However Im a crazy fan of the bakery at this Walmart. I completely love these Banana Chocolate Chunk Muffins. Love. LOVE. The pies are also terrific particularly Blueberry. Cherry also very good. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. But did I tell you how much I love the muffins?? Ive lost all control.

I went there to get a covied shot and they didnt have it like they said.They have most of the other stuff though. My best friend took me there one time so i have good memories there with her.

Went to Smart styles for haircuts for myself and a trim for my granddaughter the first hairstylist we uncountered was horribly rood, not just to us but some poor elderly man on a walker . Her name was Delilah! There was another young lady by the name of Anna and she was awesome. Delilah I think your in the wrong profession! Just saying.

You are truly on your own. No help finding products, checking out or anything. Been a Walmart customer since they opened but about to stop. Ridiculous

The BBQ is great, bake beans delicious.

This is a pretty nice location. The store seems to be organized and kept up. People seems to be nice as well. We drive about 45 mins to shop here, and it’s pleasant every time

These people are so rude. The store associates need to stop being rude and unresponsive to a customer. If i were yall, i would find a new walmart to go to.

Some of the associates are nice & helpful. Others are downright rude & lazy. We shop Hot Springs a lot.

Picked up mothers meds. The pharmacy has gotten a lot quicker than in the past

Helpful staff and always have carts available. Having 2 kids under 4, a cart is a must so I appreciate never having to go back into the parking lot to snag one. May sound dumb but a 40 lb and 25 lb kids arent exactly what I wanna carry through the store or wait with to get a clean cart.

Sam Walton! RIP Sir! Your store and cheap prices still survives. I have been going to your store for many moons. I am thankful for the jobs that you give out to the community and the low prices you have on your products...

Whats to say really? We have almost as many Walmarts as we do churches here in AR lol. Our local Benton Walmart is clean, which to me is important in any retail place, imo. Its been recently renovated a bit and reorganized etc. I prefer it over Bryant Walmart as well.

Sometimes I am able to locate help if I need and then sometimes its impossible to find an employee to help me, and I believe all of the employees they have wondering around they should be able to have a few check people out in stead of long long lines at self check out, where if you want to buy those things then you have to do what they are paid to do in order to get out of there, yet they say they are all about their customers, and i just cannot see this as the case.

Malvern Arkansas Walmarts bathrooms were nasty, litterly to the point of poop on the toilets & they claimed a coin shortage yet again when no other stores including other local Walmarts, lacking in products as well

I miss cashiers checking out our baskets full of groceries. Its becoming more and more impersonal.

Store is always clean. Shelves are a little empty but I think right now thats everywhere.

Tried to buy Roku TV, on sale, Albert Pike in H.S., said they had one left. Ask them to hold it. Bought and paid for. Showed up and they sold it, but still billed me over $300.00. Benton had 1. They told me THEY would save it, give time to get there. Drove to Benton SuperCenter, made my purchase, Salesmen were polite and very helpful. (Actually knew their merchandise and able to give answers other than, I didnt know!) How refreshing. Thank you so much.

Lots of variety for a decent price..

Chicken, fish, shrimp and all the trimmings. Nice clean place and very friendly service. The only issue for me is everything was very salty.

Not giving 1 star to the facilityIm giving 1 star to the so called Hyper tough weed eater. It worked ok for about a month then it started pouring gas out of the air filter even sitting on a level surface.I though I was choking it to much but NO itdumps gas all by itself and it wont start

Everytime I try to call, NO ONE picks up the phone. Ive called 3 times in a row let it ring numerous times, still no answer. This is bullcrap! They never have anything stocked, you never can find anyone to help, and if by chance you do find someone, they dont no where anything is at, when you go in here dont check you out anymore, that should give more associates time to answer the phones! Think Ill be going somewhere else from now on!!! They want you to shop there, but you cant ever get any help!

Its walmart. I do not understand why stocking seems almost nonstop but yet they dont have a lot of what i want. Summertime stock it up gatorade powerade throw a couple of flavors in there. I always wonder when i go to get things theres always certain products that theres plenty of and the ones i want not so much. Im finally wanting to speak out about the horrible experience I had working at this Walmart 2 years ago.I was only 18 years old trying to make a living for myself when I found out I was 12 weeks pregnant not even 2 days after finding out I was pregnant I had a miscarriage, I used the electronic call in system when it has you pick a certain category for the reasons you need to call in i picked pregnancy after having a miscarriage alone dealing with it alone because I didnt know what else to do I was afraid after having to go through that very traumatic experience, I had to go back to work not even 24 hours later. The problem is when I got there I had coworker asking me about my pregnancy, I never told anyone I was pregnant I had only known for 2 days the only option to how they could had found out is that a manager was talking about it because the only onces who would know the reason for calling in would be my managers, I didnt only have to go through a miscarriage but had to explain to mutiple people that I had a miscarriage after just going through it, I dont care what others think this was very traumatic for me I can even go into a Walmart without have severe anxiety and sometimes panic attacks its uncontrollable Ive have found peace with my miscarriage now but it stills effects me going back there, if I knew my right back then I would have gone to human rights I hope that no one else has to go through there information being spread to there coworkers. And this isnt even the only problem I had there. They just dont care about there worker at all and I want people to know that.

They have rearranged the store AGAIN this makes the 3rd or 4th time since covid hit. Its hard enough to find things without having to locate the dept.

Always the workers that are shopping for pick up orders are BLOCKING the aisle. Rude and will run over you.

Very helpful and understanding customer service. I left one of my bags at the self check out called the store to let them know and with just my receipt and of course my word they replaced the items that were left behind without hesitation.

The associates are completely rude at this baseline store. I had cashiers make several false accusations against me. It is none of their business how I choice to pay for my items, I had to listen that I should not be using my credit card if I can not afford the items. Good grief. I was accused of being on speed. Good grief. I guess they are walking and talking drug test. I never said a word. I know the truth and so do others and thats all that matters to me. Stay away from the baseline store!!!

The service was slow, the food was not hot, and the the eait for our drinks and food was long.

I would like to congratulate the whole crew of the electronics department for the worst customer service ever! All the way up to the Team Lead! Ill never shop the electronics department again! The rudest of the rude! Im sure their mothers would be proud!!

The shelves are not stocked .its getting worse every week . Im going to have to shop somewhere else . You cant depend on everday items to be there . Im handicap and dont want to go to more than 1 store to get what I need .

I’m pretty sure that y’all don’t train your team leads to say, “oh my God. I hate people” in the same check out section as 20 customers. Mrs. Kenya needs a lesson on customer service as I didn’t appreciate hearing that. I am a faithful customer to the Benton Walmart but if that’s the kind of person that you have representing the store now, I’ll just drive to Malvern. Thank you.

Only one machine taking cash during the busy shopping times. Ridiculous, save your time shop at Kroger.

The Benton store has changed all merchandise areas around. I hate having to look and look for what I need. I will go only when I have to and I will go to other stores where I can find what I need quickly. What were the bosses thinking!

I used to work self checkout at Walmart checkers shouldn’t make it obvious they’re watching you it makes you feel profiled and it was just because I was young sorry but I work for my things 😡 ridiculous and the whole pen was filled with other people she stood about 5 feet from behind me and watched me the whole time through my 160 dollar transaction!

They were out of some of the things I was looking for.

Horrible management!! Called in to explain how I was mistreated in the store and management chose to be rude and hang up on me multiple times.

Went to 2 walmarts. First walmart woulfnt honor the price for something that was om clearance wringing up wrong at register, and their whole night crew walked out. 2nd walmart I had multiple people tell me they would get a person to open the storage rack so I could buy some earbuds. Acter 30 minites someone finally told me the first person I talked to was the peraon who had the keys and is now off, and they coupdnt sell me anything until7 am the next day.

Had exactly what I was looking for! In and out quickly. Used self-check-out.

The Bryant walmart jewelry section have the rudest employees working there Ive ever had the experience to see. I feel sorry for anyone who tries to shop there. They will not help you. Youd be better off shopping for jewelry totally online. It would make you feel much better than being made to feel that you dont matter to them.

This Walmart is very clean, spacious and has a lot of services. Needed the full-service FedEx and was able to grocery shop as well.

I like this Walmart because its pretty clean they stay on top of organizing and maintaining the building in the bathrooms. Their clearance aisles nice and they actually have enough employees to take care of everything.

All the changes..wish they still had a serviced check out lane for the elderly, and special needs.

Couldnt get any assistance in Health & Beauty department for inquiry on a particular female essentials Required product Brand/Super Absorption that my Wife uses. Not mad that it wasnt on shelf but when in clothing Fitting area Employee station gets on radio and ask per my request for someone to come help or at least check on the possible availability of it being in the Rear of Store Stocking area so we can maybe get what was the main item and main reason for our going to the store to begin with. No one ever showed up in that department even though it was said on the fitting rooms/clothing dept. Employee that did her job and should be given a That-a-girl praise & raise. Especially when she was told a representative was on the way to health & Beauty to assist us. Which in my view unfortunately could of made 1 employee look bad by telling a customer help was coming to assist us (If I hadnt heard it myself standing next to employee helping me in another departments radio) This may seem trivial 2 some but when a representative of a company is dealing face 2 face with People on the front lines (The most vital Connection of Public Relations) between the Customers and the Management of 1 of the biggest Retail online/Store providers in the World. With some Customers it could potentially cause a unintended complaint on the 1 actually doing her job I was getting actual Attempted help from simply because she tells a customer what a superior level employee has told ger to say falsely giving a false hope of help or at least a attempt to help a buyer and give the shopper some hope. As well as a feeling of importance. Anyway done with Rant. I do not believe any of this was intentional and I being a mover of Logistics from anywhere in the country to who cares where after 18 years. I do understand that less worker due to Self check technology as well as Covid 19 & a world where even someone who forgets That he (Biden) was running for President against Trump and not for Senate against Bush. Anything is possible unless it makes since God bless everyone & if interested I might have some helpful suggestions to improve Customer Service Help/Assistance.

We are visiting from Louisiana and I was surprised by how clean, fully stocked and organized this Walmart was. Unfortunately, the Wal-Marts in my town and not.

Went for a finger splint. they didn’t have any in stock. just had to wrap my friends hand up with some popsicle sticks. had to checks myself out. store is massively unorganized and the flow doesn’t make sense.

Very pleased with the whole transaction.
